For a short break in Pfötchenhotel we got the AP. 5-a Doppelbungalow somewhat remote in the forest. As well as from other guests mentioned, no heating ( except for the ominous radiator) was even worse but for me: the water in the bathroom and shower about lukewarm (too cold to shower and to shave). After complaint: we control the! The next morning the same - after complaint: they can in our sauna showers as replacement offer. The breakfast buffet more than meager. For lunch or dinner: 1 hotel-restaurant city hotel ) in Beelitz -on star chef trimmed (expensive and 08/15 ... with Gigi) forget. To eat we had always between 10 + 20 kilometer drive to an acceptable restaurant to find. Dining in Pfötchenhotel = nothing. As dog guesthouse safe OK, but not as a hotel. The pfötchenhotel is, the atmosphere and furnishing in the bar, from 4 rooms in the heart in the forest and 4 rooms next to each other in the main building. Are three years we like to spend our agilityferien in the ap. 4. (installed near reception ) this room the ideal size for 2 people and 2 dogs, and has a bit of a corner sofa, occasional table and wood-fired oven. Really cozy, in front of the fire with a glass of wine to spend the evening.
The hotel are located in a huge area with animal hospital, animal shelter ..., agilityplatz and much more. For agi / hundeferien -hundefreunde ideal. One evening it knocked at the door; we were reminded that a film plus dinner in the seminar room is held, we invited are. For a family gathering in Berlin I (with a Dutch Schäferhündin traveler) than Aufentaltsort the Pfötchenhotel selected and was very satisfied. We planned on coupon a fall weekend with our six year old male dogs and puppies us. After arrival we were given our desired apartment. Five, after withdrawal we discovered, that the heating is, radiator it-the room with ice cold at night-a degree. We are already five years in a row, but there are no suits for the holder more, to the dogs pool and play with the dog, the parlor was Friday lunch too, dining as in previous years (great)-a shame is also, it was very much deteriorated-only dogs-vacation care, as the hotel is good-unfortunately very expensive. And now ... to top it all off-the heating was not at all and we were the only guests and there is probably not worth it. Conclusion for us-we left and were very disappointed, wanted to spend not at those temperatures outside three days in a cold room, the bathroom was of course was also cold. Great we were very comfortable.
Our dog a golden retriever dog was from the morning until the evening very well cared for. They look forward to every morning again and again anew their nurses to see and with him to go. We had a comfort double room booked with breakfast included. Us expected a double room in a bungalow, which was furnished nicely, but extremely cold. I did not expect, that the prices and with a comfort-double room, our task was, for a pleasant room temperature to ensure.
Of al we evening in the beds hatch wanted, expected us cold and also klammes bedding. On our complaint, we were told me basically, that the ... apartment already longer time not rented out was taken. Our morning shower was then all believe in a comfort dwindle. If you are after a cold room and a cold bathroom after a morning warm shower languished, so also this was expectations schockartig disappointed. The shower only had almost cold water. With the time of your stay we met then, that one the shower only once 15 minute run let had, so that the water somewhat heated. We booked through animod/eBay supplier a coupon for two days Hotel Beelitz paw. The achievements of the voucher could only partly fulfilled, since many things broken was or wasn't available. The staff was very polite but the hotel did not live up to our expectations. Due to the many defects we requested a discount of 20% as price was granted. Also a 'gift' compensation was shipped. very nice. But as already mentioned, the benefits of already paid voucher have only partly been granted. Tip:
You can leave your dog. But for a holiday, well.
It's a pity because good approaches ... were available. read more
