Welcome home! ... So we were on arrival welcomes-and, indeed, in our 9. visit to this great hotel you feel really felt like home. There are even the friendly staff, the, so it seems, to task made, a make the vacation as pleasant as possible. The spacious rooms with superb ocean view, the gorgeous landscaped garden with attractive pools, (one of which is heated to 28 °c), the rich buffets to breakfast and dinner, now really nothing to be desired leave, offer ideal conditions for a successful and relaxing vacation. read more

    The rooms are a dream! (make sure to book a room with a sea view!) They are large, bright and nicely furnished. Mini bar and a flat screen tv -tv are also available as a complimentary safe in the walk-in closet. The mattresses the beds were at regular intervals replaced and are therefore in top condition. Also the bathroom is also great. Compared to the size is here perhaps somewhat less space available. The hygiene is also perfect.

    The garden is as already mentioned, unique. Everything is very tidy and very clean. The pools are huge and it has more than sufficient beach chairs and umbrellas. A felsenlift leads to a small, sandy bay, where you safely in the sea to bathe can.

    Unique location right next to the rocky coast. The place Playa Paraiso itself offers not much, but with the hotel shuttle bus is you quickly in the shoppingzone the Costa Adeje. A bus stop is also in front of the hotel.

    We had a junior suite. The furnishing was very well-kept. There were two tv and the mattresses all beds were great. In my opinion i found the living area a little dark. The telfair, that the curtains closed and if they pull up it anyway not really bright in the room was. But one sits anyway on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The bathroom was great. Very large and very clean. There was a shower and bathtub, as well as a bidet.

    Very big breakfast with everything you for breakfast need over there or also not. Freshly squeezed orange juice, sparkling wine, fresh omelets and pancakes and so on.     Is located directly by the sea. Great view. The small bay is serviced by a lift. I found the beach but not very attractive. The place itself is very bland. A few restaurants and a few small shops and a supermarket are available. Were in the horseshoe once pizza. Very tasty and good value for money.

    The rooms were relatively large, the bathroom as well with a bath, separate shower and toilet. The cleaning there was nothing to fault. The beds were large with good mattresses. The flatscreen tv the most important german channels, and on the balcony were amongst others 2 beach chairs. In the room, as well as in the whole hotel there were free wi-fi.

    In short, the food was wonderful! We booked half board, and weren't dissapointed. The buffet were rich, it was cleaned daily on the outdoor terrace grill and wanted could also the 2 additional restaurants. The prices for the drinks were in the usual framework. If you didn't find anything here, the is not to help.

    The hotel is somewhat off the beaten track, but also very quiet, what we also knew aware selected had. Right on the hotel there is a small beach, which we didn't make use of. It was already our 7. the roca nivaria. The building captivates still by its very well maintained impression and its unique location on the atlantic ocean. On arrival one noticed immediately the peace and quiet and tranquility, the rule, the for relaxation of the guests resituate. The vacationers came first of all from german-speaking countries, also the british and french were to be met. The average age is in this hotel relatively high, there were but also young families with small children to be met. read more

    Like already several times mentioned, is the area not to everyone's taste. We find the location however very nice, particularly the path, the around the hotel at the sea leads, is also on paying dearly for ' hikers' suitable. Convenient are a small supermarket and pharmacy with competent advice, if necessary, very close.

The hotel is really nice, visible new, with plenty of space and tastefully furnished. The rooms are almost invariably quiet and with a view of the sea. The guests are in march mostly 50 + defendendo, as we. Is however also not a classic children's hotel. The garden is very nice, even better than the sister -Hotel Jardines de nivaria. read more

    Roca nivaria is 2 kilometer as the crow flies north of adeje. So you are not in the middle in the adeje-action. There is a small shopping street on the doorstep of approximately 300 meters length. The complex located right next to the crag, a fantastic view. Outside the complex there are some schlichtere restaurants, which we however not used have.

The rooms are very big and well furnished, a small drawback is the clairaudience the room. The long corridors reflect the geräuchkollisen directly into the room. The cleanliness the room and the buildings Is in top condition particularly the außenanlä is worth it, more closely. The hotel has a free and indoor garage. The breakfast and dinner in buffet form is plentiful and tasted and the quality alright. Internet access is free of charge.     Friendliness and foreign language skills were good, the room cleaning was the alright true, once per day plus a further kotrolle performed. A small minus in my rating but on the day of departure the plus transformed. When we check-in were ready we were asked in the lobby bar to wait. This happened in a very stiff clay, so we waited again for the time being. After about 15 minutes meldetete i the front desk and asked for what now still so is applied. Knew the staff even not so exactly, as around us no longer worried i broke the waiting and we went on our room. After a guest questioning described our first impression of the hotel. The lady apologized and the small mishap was forget. The turning-point in the plusbereich of the hotel. We could on the day of departure the whole day remain our room delay, because we had a very late flight departure date had. Is not always selbstverständig. And so was the last hotel impression very positive

    Playa paradiso and a very peaceful location draw this hotel from. Beaches are only due to the artificially rocks positioned. (you must not have) the waves of the sea is through rock formations very nice to look at. We had a car to explore the island rented, and that's why the free and useful underground car park very against. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes. There are around the hotel a public swimming pool, diving school, a small supermarket.

Admittedly it's not easy on Tenerife a comfortable well priced cheap hotel to find. The hotel it must however acquiesce, with corresponding inselhotels compared to and here it regarding the taste of food-under 7 me well known hotels- quite bad. Positive to point out are: the good mattresses, the pool- and gardens with good loungers, the spacious free garage, the very well successful spacious terraces, the spacious comfort room or the 8 renovated junior suites; the latter however only, if you don't instead a family room receives. It is the about two thousand €(per person) for 2 weeks in january ... february not worth it. Concerning the food i have believed, everything between Baiersbronn and Penang Malaysia not only outside the kitchens to know. The quantity is good, also you don't need to the quality the products to complain about. But it must again and again garlic in quantities are: Green beans with a lot of garlic, roasted (half done) aubergines with halves of knoblauchzwiebeln, sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini and so on everything with unverträglichen quantities of garlic, even the excellent fresh grouper or adlerfisch tasted by tons of garlic spoiled. The highlight was in the italian restaurant the greeting from of the kitchen: brown bitter garlic powder garniert with a yellow sticky paste from knoblauchkonzentrat, served in a miesmuschelschale or lachssteak with onions saccharine in pink aqueous sweet-anise-sud. The waiter service is very good. The room service worked (after incredible glitches) to 10 days. The 9 years old about 500 apartment block offers very many facilities. Unfortunately is the food not the price range, therefore is it for me not recommendation. read more

This hotel we can only recommend it. A hotel, in the we after a few days stopped comparing had, a conversation in english to start, the staff has the relevant areas of the hotel offer very good german. If you a car has, and the is in our opinion important for Tenerife, is located the complex from the transportation was very cheap. The whole hotel area is very clean, the pool area is nicely decorated, the beach is very good reached and clean, the spa area features a finnish sauna, a roman and turkish steam bath. What else could you ... want? The food is varied and plentiful, also the two restaurants offer a good variety, the waiters there, was very professional and pleasant. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom big and with a bath and shower, the view of the sea gorgeous. We are here definitely not the last time and can fully recommend the hotel. read more

Who compares know at least after 1 day this hotel a good 4 stars hotel is however not 5 star. The food is rather unimaginative due to all inclusive, the level of food significant and is rather 3-4 star hotels. On the balcony cheapest execution of plastic chairs as in every giant hotel to find. All together a good 4 star hotel but more definitely not read more

We have been the 6. time in a row in this hotel and we have the vacation, always in january, really enjoyed. Our room requirements are reliable been taken into account. Particular emphasis should be on, the perfect realisation of my ' special requests' when the round birthday my wife. Advice, preparation, implementation, menu and room service were perfect. Thanks for this at the manager's assistant senora Sarah. Gladly we would prefer a room on the 7. floor with especially good view of the see and the sunset. read more

We are now already the 3 time at the roca nivaria. The size of the hotel is very attractive, not too big. The pool area is overwhelming. One of the swimming pools is heated and filled with seawater. The hotel also offers a very nice terrace to the meals. The views over the atlantic ocean is beautiful. On the whole hotel has wi-fi. The guest structure is both by the nationalities from the ages everything was there. Family friendliness is important here. We had ourselves made again comfortable. read more

    The rooms are all very big and bright, most with sea views. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath, and 2 sinks. Everything very clean. The balcony is very big and on each is possible 2 beach chairs. A mini bar is also available, you must but for minutes 10 €with 6 bottles fill so that one could use it. With child is suitable at the best a family room, this are equipped with a double couch, the bed is taken off.

    Playa Paraiso is not really nice, a small quiet place where there is a small supermarket and a few smaller shops are. To the hotel there is a beautiful promenade, which the surf of the atlantic could see. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the sister hotel. A public bus stop is it directly in front of the hotel.

We were for the 2. time roca nivaria gran hotel in costa adeje and were very satisfied. A wonderful garden area, spacious and with a beautiful, large heated sea water pool, enough chairs, and a nice restaurant by the pool. The rooms, we had a junior suite, are very spacious and actually all wonderful view of the sea. The staff are very attentive and accommodating, everything runs very relaxed and relaxed from. The dining room we didn't use, there the weather was fantastic, that we both the breakfast, as well as the dinner on the terrace could take. Pool enough ..., clean buffet, however the quality was not 5 stars. But overall a wundersschöner stay and we would gladly come again, even if the environment of the hotel not very welcoming and not very far to go for walks, as the promenade is quite short. Another hotel! ' if one wanted to go to a stay at this hotel tell \u263a The hotel is not too big and nice airy. Almost all rooms have beautiful view of the sea and a few have lateral view of the sea. The rooms are very spacious, what you especially from the balcony and the bathroom can say. The service is perfect. The rooms are several times cleaned daily and a day we had an orchid on the table. Also the waiter in the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The pools are beautifully designed, like the whole garden ... area with a running stream and lots of small ponds with koikarpfen. The average age is quite high, but the guaranteed younger people like us then at least peace and relaxation \u263a In the more immediate vicinity there's not much happening and there is even a little run down.     We were not sure, if we also again the maximum rating should, as the furnishing and location as always very functional for us were. Only if the neighbors were not there, the daily gladly with other neighbors still extensively their 'sag' after 22 hours on the balcony to take. After an indication, serveral it was tolerable.

We had in advance the desire the same double room with sea/pool view to as last year. Prompt us this wish was fulfilled. This compliment to the front desk and to the directorate. The garden and pool area is and remains a dream. Through the huge gardens, with numerous exotic plants, leads a small brook where you fish of all kinds could be admired. The two pools, one heated, are simply only wonderful. We had booked all inclusive and had the feeling that the quality of the offered food opposite the last year level.     The rooms are huge. Walk-in closet. Flat screen tv with plenty of channels and languages. Super bathroom with a bath, large shower, double sink, separate toilet and bidet. Mini bar refilled daily. Big balcony with two sun loungers, table and two chairs.

    One has the choice between 2 buffet-style restaurant (lunch at the pool, in the evening in the restaurant) and two à la carte restaurant. We had all-inclusive and can only confirm that the food very good and always diverse was. The in the all-inclusive wines offered were of high quality. Was had the luck that we the dinner always in a cosy atmosphere in the außenreich could take.

    If you're in the roca your vacation anyway you have to know that there is no beach vacation is. The beautiful pool area but compensated the lack of beach. The hotel is not on a disco-mile, if one however a quiet relaxing vacation to spend wants is the roca in good hands.

Very big complex, after a short orientierungsphase we felt very well by right found. Through the free shuttle bus to the sister hotel in los amerikanos, was the einkaufsproblem well solved. We found the quiet location the roca nivaria and very pleasant and knew this to our shopping spree more to appreciate. Great was also the possibility upon reservation in the spanish and italian restaurant dinner - definitely notice, because delicious! Completely was the stay in this hotel simply superb and we will again go there. read more
