The rooms are a dream! (make sure to book a room with a sea view!) They are large, bright and nicely furnished. Mini bar and a flat screen tv -tv are also available as a complimentary safe in the walk-in closet. The mattresses the beds were at regular intervals replaced and are therefore in top condition. Also the bathroom is also great. Compared to the size is here perhaps somewhat less space available. The hygiene is also perfect.

Since our last visit the outdoor terrace of the büfettrestaurantes much enlarged. Over here let yourself to enjoy the wonderful sit. The choice the offered courses is enormous. Everything was beautifully presented and of good quality. One has the possibility, (without an extra charge), in two served restaurants to evade.

The service we found an excellent. From the reception, over the waiters in the restaurants to the room cleaning there are no faults. All make a super job.

The garden is as already mentioned, unique. Everything is very tidy and very clean. The pools are huge and it has more than sufficient beach chairs and umbrellas. A felsenlift leads to a small, sandy bay, where you safely in the sea to bathe can.

Welcome home! ... So we were on arrival welcomes-and, indeed, in our 9. visit to this great hotel you feel really felt like home. There are even the friendly staff, the, so it seems, to task made, a make the vacation as pleasant as possible. The spacious rooms with superb ocean view, the gorgeous landscaped garden with attractive pools, (one of which is heated to 28 °c), the rich buffets to breakfast and dinner, now really nothing to be desired leave, offer ideal conditions for a successful and relaxing vacation.

Unique location right next to the rocky coast. The place Playa Paraiso itself offers not much, but with the hotel shuttle bus is you quickly in the shoppingzone the Costa Adeje. A bus stop is also in front of the hotel.

Everything functional and clean. The mini bar is always well stocked. But everything is very simple, little decoration. However, i the cleanliness important. There was no dust/sand on tables and floor.

All inclusive does not mean poor quality. We like especially the fresh grilled meat (beef there is always, but also pork, turkey and lamb), and the freshly grilled fish (salmon, tuna, squid and other). The selection of salads are rich. Partly vegetables, partly ready presented. It will be much fresh fruits and sufficient süßpreisen offered. The evening buffet was a theme (asian, spanish, etc.). The burgos (specialty restaurant) we only with the first stay tested.

The service is great friendly and in all areas. It begins with the front desk. We would quickly and friendly welcome. As regular guests had also no credit more deposit. Although we were already in the late morning arrived were our rooms finished. German is not a problem, most of the staff were in german hotel business. Otherwise always goes to english. It also speaks for itself, that we are not few service forces from our last holidays knew (and recognized were). The cleaning ladies were reliable and clean. The entertainment team strove for the guests without being pushy. However at this point the note: despite very many children seemed the kids club not overly busy to be. The water aerobics is always well attended. Otherwise soccer, Volleyball, archery, golf (for children, young people and adults separately). Everything very pleasant communicates. You can, but you didn't have to. The lower fresh water swimming pool is colder, but quiet. The upper heated salt water pool of young families relocates. Actually, the baby area very small, but still works. In the immediate vicinity the showers. There are many chairs and sunscreens. But also many early risers, the already at 8. hours with towels reserve chairs and then for hours not seen. The hotel management tried regulating action. But it is difficult. A short circular to all the guests seemed in the last few days to show...

We are (how many of the guests) enthusiastic ' repeat offender. The first time we booked the hotel, because it is one of the few locally family room (double room with connecting door), and all-inclusive services offered. The offer and the service we so convinced, that we now here for the 4. time were. You should know, that the area from the hotel from the first impression not everyone thing is. The typical souvenir shops and an old ruins are on the way there not really inviting. However you enter the hotel, you forget this very quickly. However, if you a rich nightlife searches, should rent a car (or bus on the doorstep). The hotel itself offers especially musical entertainment, but only the least notice. The furniture is rather simple, but the rooms are spacious (walk-in closet, separate toilet, gr. Shower and a separate bath ) especially clean! To the joy of our young children is the wi-fi access free of charge (however sometimes a little slow, for private use it is but good). The choice of food in the last two years for the quality reduced. The salad selection is extensive and the show cooking was excellent. This applies both to the pool bar, as well as for the main restaurant. In the easter vacations we found among the guests mostly families with smaller children. Essentially german and english (but with good table manners ☺.

The distance to the airport is on the direct way about 20 minutes one drives with the buses of the tour operators the hotel is usually one of the least started. It is better a private transfer to take. A taxi costs circa 40 Euro (ask beforehand). As already mentioned there is no excessive nightlife, what those seeking therein. The management told us, however, that in the next period is trying, the area clearly enhancing (there are probably the necessary authorisations/legally. Conditions). Otherwise the hotel offers a free shuttle to the sister hotel jardin des nivaria on. It is central and you can stroll and bright beach. Furthermore there is a bus stop in right in front of the hotel. The beach topic: rocca nivaria is definitely not a beach hotel. Although one arrives with a lift a small bay, in which you swim. But it is a black beach, partly. With pebbles. We had to a few hours enough and to have rather the really nice pool area good.

The rooms were relatively large, the bathroom as well with a bath, separate shower and toilet. The cleaning there was nothing to fault. The beds were large with good mattresses. The flatscreen tv the most important german channels, and on the balcony were amongst others 2 beach chairs. In the room, as well as in the whole hotel there were free wi-fi.

In short, the food was wonderful! We booked half board, and weren't dissapointed. The buffet were rich, it was cleaned daily on the outdoor terrace grill and wanted could also the 2 additional restaurants. The prices for the drinks were in the usual framework. If you didn't find anything here, the is not to help.

At the service there was nothing to complain about. The room was cleaned thoroughly, everyone was very friendly. There were complaints on our part not.

In the great garden 2 pools on 2 levels, which einr is heated. There is also a jacuzzi and plenty of beach chairs, so anytime to get one was. Unfortunately there are still contemporaries, the my the one with its towel to reserve.

We were the 1. time roca nivaria gran hotel in costa adeje and very satisfied. It is a very nice hotel with a very good location right by the sea. The romos and the bathroom are very spacious and we had a great view direct on the sea.

The hotel is somewhat off the beaten track, but also very quiet, what we also knew aware selected had. Right on the hotel there is a small beach, which we didn't make use of. If you ' on the slope' should after a hotel at another place look elsewhere, for people looking for peace and as a starting point for island tours is this hotel very recommendable.

The rooms are appealing large and well equipped, also bathroom (with a big shower and bathtub) and balcony. The view with the superior -room on the 5. floor was great.

Next to the large buffet restaurant there was a italian and a spanish restaurant, which we but because of the good offer in the buffet restaurant didn't use it. The food is very extensive and good.

We had during our stay no complaint. The staff's hospitality left nothing to be desired, most could either the necessary words in german or english, since may, my wife good spanish, so that we no problems communicating had.

Next to all the positive aspects, there was also a small negative point, in other words the cardio equipment in the fitness room, the, at least what the elliptical machine is concerned, not in a good condition were. In contrast, the equipment in the weight room, and also the two treadmills ok.

We were at the end of march for one week in this very beautiful hotel and at 4 in two different double rooms, a on the 5. floor with a very nice direct view over the pool area and the sea, the other a bit on the side on the 1. floor with a not so nice view, but before it was clear. We had all-inclusive, since we mostly in the hotel complex wanted to hang out. The food, from the breakfast over lunch buffet until for dinner was very good and varied, always freshly prepared courses as fish, meat, etc. The terrace the restaurant offers a very nice view over the sea and one could in fact already use, since the weather already very nice was. The wine, the all included was offered, was good. , however we had the impression, especially the cocktails completely aware with the all inclusive guests on the alcohol percentage was saved, not really important, but a small negative detail. The pools are really nice laid out and there are also enough chairs and umbrellas. Still can german guests not leave, already on the way to the breakfast your couch to reserve, even if the management in separate information this unsitte prohibited. Especially the heated sea water pool is unbeatable. Note the attached jacuzzi: the prohibited in the hotel management only adults use, which led, that the 16-year-old daughter of a couple, that the jacuzzi together with your daughter to use wanted, this actually again had to leave. Here is a bit more tact announced. During our time (spring break), were many families with children in the hotel, but it was not really disturbing, one should however with dinner already in the adult area planting.

The location of the hotel is divided into two parts to evaluate. Right next to the sea really super nice and a very beautiful area. The place itself is not really presentable, you have the shuttle bus to the sister hotel to use, because in the proximity are both shops, as well as a long seafront promenade.

We booked a junior suite this was really fantastic it was on the 3. floor with a direct view of the sea. The room was huge with a separate room for the kids. Spacious was also the terrace positive was the 2 beach chairs, and a table and 2 chairs had everything wicker furniture no plastic

There is a buffet restaurant, as well as 2 à la carte restaurant. We only used the buffet use/half board. Huge choice of meals and drinks, varied if you like freshly grilled meat wanted to enjoy, had a long wait in purchase because the rush very big was.

All the staff are very accommodating and speak good german or english. The cleaning of the rooms deserved big praise it was always really clean. In the hotel there is a mini club the our kids did not visit however. Thank you very much also to casanova and his team from the restaurant.

There are very many leisure facilities like for instance archery, Tennis, table tennis, air hockey, a large spa for adults and children from 16 years. Mini disco was during the vacation daily at 20,30. There are 2 pools a heated sea-water pool and a fresh fresh water swimming pool. There are plenty of loungers available. What we do not understand, the liegenreservierer!

A really beautiful hotel with a very well maintained garden, and pool areas. We booked a junior suite. The room was fantastic with a direct view of the sea and a separate room for children, great was the huge bathroom, as well as the terrace. Very nice the separate areas in the restaurant for travellers with children. Our kids have the kids buffet food and in the adjacent spacious play area disappeared, so that we the rich buffet could enjoy. All the staff are very accommodating and extremely child dear. We will go again next year.

Next to the hotel is a small lava beach with the elevator from the hotel to reach is. We didn't use it as the pool areas beautiful was. In the street to the hotel there is a small supermarket and stores the souvenirs sell, as well as a few restaurants that we however also not had visited. There is a nice promenade below of the hotel right next to the sea. The hotel for quiescentlooking for travellers. We had a car rented and could so our tours organise yourself.

The grill offer in the buffet restaurant and the quality had improved considerably since our last stay. The outdoor terrace is increase. That is why in the interior area again more space for 'adults only'.

Since we had already had in january d. j. Were there, we were in the evening especially warmly welcomed. Also otherwise was the service immaculate, we always felt well taken care of from the reception, the room service and also in the restaurants. We ourselves were this time tried, in the local language to communicate, what positively received. The highest rating we give it for the super pool, this time with lovely warm sea water. It was a pleasure to swim.

It was already our 7. the roca nivaria. The building captivates still by its very well maintained impression and its unique location on the atlantic ocean. On arrival one noticed immediately the peace and quiet and tranquility, the rule, the for relaxation of the guests resituate. The vacationers came first of all from german-speaking countries, also the british and french were to be met. The average age is in this hotel relatively high, there were but also young families with small children to be met.

Like already several times mentioned, is the area not to everyone's taste. We find the location however very nice, particularly the path, the around the hotel at the sea leads, is also on paying dearly for ' hikers' suitable. Convenient are a small supermarket and pharmacy with competent advice, if necessary, very close.

Very spacious rooms and baths. Very well equipped. Very wide selection of german fensehprogrammen. Balcony with 2 chairs, a small table and two chairs. Absolutely clean and tastefully furnished.

Main restaurant with a terrace, an italian and spanish à la carte restaurant. All restaurants are very good. The food and quality of the courses is very good. Even 10 minutes before end of breakfast time still new things refilled. It is always just pay attention to, that at the buffet never something is empty. There are always a selection of canary kitchen, but also international. Show cooking in the restaurant and a grill station on the terrace prepare the dishes on request. Who says, that you didn't find something tasty, the never something! The staff is very friendly and absolutely courteous and tried very hard.

All employees are very friendly and radiate a true joy from, always have a smile. Many speak really good german. With english and spanish it's always perfect. Rooms were always perfectly cleaned. We unfortunately needed twice a doctor. This was immediately from the reception called and was within 20 to 30 minutes in the hotel room. Nor on the same day inquired the guest manager of the hotel well-being. Perfect service! We asked at the front desk after an umbrella. Until we return to our room were (about 10 minutes later) the umbrella already on our balcony! Perfect service!

Heated seawater pool. Very pleasant. The showers are also beautifully warm. Chairs and sunscreens are sufficiently available. Per person there are two bath towels. Pool area and pool restaurant in very good condition. Mini-club and juniorclub (from 8 years). In juniorclub hourly changing program. Our daughter felt very comfortable. Also animation for adults possible. The entertainment was very discreet and never obtrusive! Very good!

For those seeking peace. Very relaxing. Although the hotel was fully booked (294 rooms), one had never the feeling, that it was full. It was all good in the hotel distributed. Also with the food at the buffet it was never crowded and it was perfect care, that always everything at the buffet was available. Wi-fi (free) has always worked well. Rooms and whole area were in very good and very clean condition. There is a large spa with many offered. Age structure was very mixed (from babies to 70-year-old), as well as the nationalities (german, spanish, austrian, british, french, no russians).

Bus transfer from the airport circa 30 minutes, depending on how lots of hotels were driven to. You can hear absolutely no aircraft noise. About 300 meters away from the hotel there was a small supermarket, 200 meters a pharmacy (english and spanish speaking employees) and some souvenir shops and restaurants/bars (we never tested, as it in the hotel was so good!). Bus stop for public bus about 100 meters away. From the hotel there is an hourly, free shuttle service to the sister hotel in Costa Adeje and back (duration around 10 to 15 minutes). There, there are lots of shops, restaurants. Direct beach access via elevator/staircase and door, right to the beach borders. Brilliant!
