Hotel Side Mare Resort & Spa^{(4.5 stars)}

Animation and kids club from 1-11-12 past! Except Tuncay made for variety, staff friendly but you can tell it is the end of the season, beach clean I call different 3a 4 stars is ok for the hotel. Perhaps it is in the high season different. The many the hotel with 6-star hotel is probably because the opportunity get a one-week vacation to win! ( however only who 6 stars) I think that is not, and you should be neutral and not the review manipulate! Because if it pleases the gladly again we also but no more on the 1 ... November out! Food was plentiful and good, but you can tell it is at the end as with the maid (or there too few tip what I can't confirm) a la carte restaurant was already closed when we were there, but a minus point. Pool areas top except the not and wave pool times we had to many a time at the front desk remember, they were always forget to insert. So next time ask before how long the hotel was open and not until at the end book. Staff were very nice. Drinks also okay! read more

It was a wonderful relaxing vacation. A very large criticism was the 29-10-12 until 05-11-2012 were on site and there was absolutely no evening agenda for adults gave, even if you end of the season, I expect entertainment in the evening not only until 21/or 22 hours. Around 22:00 were layer in the pit what we as a large negative point see! Apart from that you couldn't complain at all. Which was very was awful but nothing with the hotel to do, that it extremely many stray dogs and for someone to that terror is not nice. In short: ... an almost perfect holiday! That was until now the best holiday! You had nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful. All friendly, each smallest problem was solved immediately. I can at the hotel, at the staff and in the area basically nothing at all complain about. We at side mare resort absolutely comfortable and most beautifully we found, that we the children (8 and 11-years-old) easy alone on the complex wander, swim and play can, without we concerns, had to make themselves, respectively some dangers (broken vacuum attachments in the pool, highway before' m Hotel etc.) were available. Everything was in great condition: room, pool area, pool slides, beach, restaurant etc. That the entertainment only to dutch is, I can't confirm. During our stay everything was in ... German, English and dutch notified. In the mini-club for children was a German advisor and dutch advisor, the but also spoke German. For the only problem have once again other guests ensured, the from 7 o'clock in the morning loungers by the pool reserved, is for the food pushed to the front or dirt everywhere herumgeschmissen have (of course will be charged from the staff they cleaned up). Satisfaction is just the beginning. Clearly we want to come back to this super nice hotel. The staff were really service oriented. You felt welcome by all staff wherever they were, in the lobby, in restarungen in the shops, the spa, the beach or when you met the lady. In addition, the food was amazing. Evening entertainment not so great, beach you will find only with the hotel bus, unfortunately no showers in the room, unfortunately no showers and changing rooms in the indoor pool, the excursions from the tour operator with sales trips connected, the ramps in the hotel are too steep and not suitable for wheelchair users, the spaßraum is unfortunately way too expensive, cocktails are an additional cost, as well as orange juice in the morning. But otherwise everything is super, nice, helpful staff, spa is very pleasant ( there is worthwhile the more expensive price in comparison to outside), wave pool ..., slides and how the weather bad was, was the swimming pool immediately open, the food was also after 10 days nor varied. We stayed at the hotel for one week. The main purpose of our holiday was to relax and enjoy. The hotel staff were all very friendly at all times and The food was excellent. Our children had à really good time in The swimmingpools. Also a big bonus to the spa&wellness center!! We would absolutely recommend this hotel to other families and we will absolutely come back one day :) read more

The pictures doesn´t lie what we saw on the photos before we left! Still after one week i didn´t see any hotel that looked nicer than this! I was also talking to some of the other swedish guests and the were more than satisfied with everything. All people were really friendly and helpful in the hotel. You relly get that feeling that everybody does "the little extra" for their guests. All the way from reception to cleaning to the staff in the restaurants and bars. And don´t forget the spa where I had at least 5 treatments during the week. ... Very proffessional and friendly. We also needed quick help when my son was ill and all cred for that as we got a doctor in 10 minutes, transport to hospital and really everything we needed. I relly got the feeling all the time that we were in good hands. Also a BIG thank you to the very proffessional guest realtion, Ahmed ISIK for all your engagement during the week and with my son´s illness. I can warmly recommend this hotel for families, couples, singeles and all type of people. read more

From the third day we didn't know more what to eat (in the morning, afternoons and evenings) constantly again picked you the food( unimaginative). Room not thoroughly clean. Elevator was difficult to get. Shallow pool was way too cold for the little ones. Service-bad. The beach was stony in the water. As we prefer a bit more money, than this hotel still time to visit. Not recommendable! read more

Everything is just right here, the staff's hospitality, the commitment of the manager, because of the only rainy day we had left it in the very large lobby with bar additional places to sit set up. Great! Everything very clean, from the daily cleaned rooms, with daily change of towels, on the dining room, outside terraces to the pools and slides. Only at the beach could the cushions be renewed. But, whether pool or beach, despite peak season ( autumn holidays) you always got a beach chair and a umbrella. The selection and the taste of the meals everyone feels ... differently, but my family and the many fellow travelers we met have, were very satisfied. The quality of the meals is very good! That's what you get unfortunately not in every hotel this category equally. Entertainment was also very good. The hotel beach is about 10 minutes away on foot, but with the non-stop transfer in the open bus of the hotel no issue and a lot of fun. In short: we are definitely coming again! read more

Everything was just great!! The only difficult thing was the stairs on the room, because the youngest one always wanted to go upstair. We put Chairs in front of them. People was very nice and warm and the weather was beautiful...Just GREAT!!!!! read more

The hotel is simple top nothing to complain about everything was great. All super nice, delicious food with a lot of choice, wellness area was also great, so what should make one times, pool great, the way from the hotel until to the sea is not long around 300 to 350 meters.
