We were 10 days in Isola Rossa, a very nice Fischerdörfchen and good starting point with the rental car the bays and areas to explore. The hotel Marinedda is a very beautiful area from small small house and on foot approximately 3 to 4 minutes Away from the beach is. We had a suite very beautifully equipped was. Everything very recommendable. read more

We look on a wonderful vacation, our honeymoon, back and today, whether we again next year in the marinedda go. The hotel lies like in the description far away from the mass tourism in the wonderful Bay of Isola Rossa (marinedda). The water is incredibly clear and the beach is really nice spacious and clean. Even the town beach in Isola Rossa ( about 15 minutes on foot away ) is very clean and also there the water is very clear. Merely in the last few days was the sea very rough and therefore gave it high waves -as especially ... the surfers very pleased. The largest highlight in this hotel the food was! We swarm still today of which. We have never eaten so well like in this hotel/ on this vacation. Both in the buffet-restaurant, as well as in the à la carte restaurant ' Cannedi ' the food was very varied ( always fresh pasta, fresh fish, meat, vegetables, cheese, etc.), simply a dream. Alone because of the meal and the great service we would stay there again. The choice of a standard double room with a view of the sea was just perfect. In our opinion sufficed in any case a standard -room, since this nice large and also sufficient reservoir offer. We were in the room 142 and had a spectacular view on the sea. Although no large children's entertainment was offered and there were no shallow pool there were some families with small children on location. The staff are very friendly with the guests and above all also very child-friendly. Nevertheless we would families with children between 3 and 16 years another hotel recommend, as there is really relaxation and in the foreground are. A rental car is worthwhile in any case, since there are so many more beautiful Bays to discover returns. Our tips: bay Saraina (direction St.Teresa di Gallura), sandy beach of St.Teresa, Bay Ezzi manu (just behind Porto Torres). Not at all is worthwhile the drive to the 'famous' beach Pelosa-it was even in September so full, that one the beach not seen! The beach Ezzi manu is much beautiful! Our summary: a dream on Sardinia. This hotel we would definitely recommendable! read more

    Number of: 3 restaurants ( in September only 2 open, because less guests), hotel bar in the lobby. - quality/ quantity the food: always rich breakfast buffet ( here is of course less variety to be expected), as well as extensive as varied is the dinner buffet ( here there is for everyone's tastes, and especially for the price friends of seafood), a highlight each evening it is the dessert area with several, daily changing variations Cleanliness/ hygiene: also here as in the entire hotel surprisingly good. - kitchen style: typical of the country, positive we noticed, that you ' ordinary Italian' dishes, you at home knows, completely avoided (so no pizza, spaghetti bolognese or lasagna), there was always' exquisite variations' of pasta (in warming trays ), meat ( no roast, but there was just amongst others a schweinebein since) and fish; not to be overlooked is the razor thin, sardinian bread as a side dish ( as grissini replacement) Price: the drink prices in the restaurant are moderate, as well as in the hotel lobby

    - we found an extremely friendly and accommodating staff for ( especially, because our impression was, that all without free time 24-7 work) Good German language skills especially with the staff the front desk, English is actually always and at each. - the cleaning of the rooms was always satisfactory ( however it was not cleaned, only, because we were times longer in the suite anyway; that later none cleaning staff more came, was annoying) Negative we noticed especially for breakfast the loquacity of the locals service staff; the spoke partly noisy and laughed (even on our tables away), some sang even, relaxing breakfast is something else.

    - beach: to the ( very nice) beach = around 3 to 400 meters ( however there is a shuttle service with golfkartartigen vehicles offered, of a central capacity to heckling/upon request to the beach drives), the appearance on the hotelhomepagebildern or Google Maps/ earth was not deceptive-> the beach is class: beautiful sand ( however not so fine sandy as Mallorca or similar ), crystal clear water, the best part of the beach is for the hotel guests reserved, as long as one couches with umbrella reserve would (half-and all day possible, 3 rows, price depending on proximity to sea, back row not a problem, for half a day we paid in September 8 Euro -> unfortunately somewhat impudent with the expensive hotel prices here still asked to pay for it to be; however the boys here for cleanliness and order to this beach section); for small children we would beach/ the sea here not really recommend, since relatively frequently waves and it was shallow are as good as not exist; there is a shower, dressing and also a beach bar for snacks and drinks. - leisure offers: rather poor, in September anyway, in the peak season there are in the hotel however kid's offers; really bad: access to the internet, only in the hotel lobby and then only 1 hour/day free-> weak!

    - location: for those seeking tranquillity ( September)-> 6 suns, airport Olbia is approximately 80km far away ( circa 1.5 -2 hours drive on typical, narrow, winding' streets'), the town isola rossa is close to the hotel ( this is hardly what, not good supermarkets, yet good restaurants; also therefore: rental cars are a must) - purchase-/ entertainment possibilities: shopping at the mom and pop store in every place possible, larger supermarkets not too far ( for example in badesi ); entertainment in the sense of party, bar and disco directly nothing, in the hotel there are generally every evening singing and music amazingly good quality ( always changing artists) - excursions: there is, will also from the hotel offered ( especially bottsfahrten ), we didn't use, a relaxed it is, the island on own fist with rental car to explore ( less relaxed are of course the winding streets and the 'optimistic' behavior of local); About a few hot spots recommendable, the no world trip away are: aggius, castelsardo, Porto torres, sassari, roccia dell' elefante, capo testa, island maddalena, the beaches north (direction capo testa, always a stop value), restaurant tip: il cavalluccio (castelsardo)-> here definitely the vorspeisenbrett with ham and cheese order, expensive, but the fantastic location with a direct view of the sea and the quality of the food compensate

We were already second time in the marinedda and would/will repeat. The hotel is at one of the most beautiful bays Sardinia and offers peace searching guests a ideal relaxation. It is recommendable by car to arrive and the North the island to explore. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Culinary I guess everyone at its expense. The complex is altogether very nice and well into the slope integrated, the location with a sea view good choice. The whole complex is in good condition and very well maintained, with the garden areas you want a little less weeds. The chosen half board was qualitatively and quantitatively very good-with a few downsides - see gastronomy. Negative were really only the many mosquitoes (no mosquitos), the us evenings but very troubled have. read more

    Number of facilities for disabled guests more than adequate. The quality of the dishes both in the buffet restaurant, as well as in the normal restaurant was very good, however was the temperature of the main course ( the offered main courses) in the buffet restaurant not enough ( meal times rather lukewarm than hot). It was however a very good quality offered, choice was great. In the restaurant service were the dishes hot, but sometimes left the quantity something else to wish for. The prices at the bar were in my opinion too high, for a cocktail 9,- Euro I personally too much.

    The distance to the beach was not a problem for us - in a couple of minutes good on foot to manage. The beach was beautiful, as well as the sea - very clean, without jelly fish or seaweeds. For excursions was also from side ensured, various offers are available. For at short notice excursions is however also a rental car a great thing, you just unbound and its excursions to fit and with its own timekeeper choose. The next town ( isola rossa) is also on foot through the countryside to reach, shops for consumption there are sufficiently available; for a beautiful shopping is however not very much was offered. The in the hotel offered entertainment consisted of 1 or 2-man -band, time jazz, time pop, was so reasonable. During the day no animation, and the spa area was not used by us, since he already in the expensive level.

We had a great vacation, but you need definitely a car if you want. Very child-friendly but we have a shallow pool miss anything. The food was simply top, very varied but unfortunately for children a bit late. 100% recommendation. read more

For peace-and people who want to relax a perfect hotel. We combine however very gladly a little sport with good food and relaxation. In the spa area there was a sort of gym, but the name does not do it justice. Except 5 worn-out Cardiogeräten there is nothing and for that to happen, the hotel guest 28.-Euro pay. A fee, for you 4 hours the spa area - so 'studio', sauna and indoor pool to be used and, if you just walk or in the sauna I would like. The possibilities to walk outside of the hotel are very ... limited, because the hotel in a dreamlike Bay, but otherwise no way for a little more ambitious walks to find. Everything remaining we liked: the food is very good, the friendliness of the staff especially at the front desk were great. Another tip: we had for the week a car rented, because the hotel but is very remote. read more

One of our most beautiful vacation. The hotel Marinedda can only be recommended. Staff, beach, sea, food, room, just great. We felt wonderful relaxed. The staff ( besides at the front desk) speaks a little German, these same however by friendliness and willingness to help again. read more

The hotel isn't really cheap, but gets regularly good reviews. And the has also earned. No mass tourism, many locals. The complex is located on a slope (nothing for footsicks), fits well into the landscape and is no 'bunker'. Food was varied and typical of the country. The prices in the restaurant were fair (bottle of wine for 15 to 20 Euro). At the beach the hotel has a small section, where you can chairs and umbrellas borrow (1 umbrella + 2 chairs from 15 Euro for a whole day). The beach-staff were very accommodating and pleasant. If you are ... looking for a great Island experience, a little peace finds, is just perfect in this hotel. We would definitely come again. read more

    There is also the problem. You know this typical si, si and then you had to wait a while, but for the locals there was si, si and pronto for the other si, si uno momento. It was with the trips to the beach or from the beach to the hotel, the locals were up to bed drove for the other there was only the necessary. At the end of the vacation we were not even on reunion said, although we didn't have complained about and be unduly much tip given.

We have our vacation in the high season in the 'marinedda' spent, but nevertheless a great care experienced: courteous and competent staff, exquisite dining in the restaurants and crystal-clear water in the bay. However is advisable definitely a car, there the hotel complex a bit isolated and you to the next village Isola Rossa certainly 10 minutes runs. read more

    As a family we had a suite with 2 separate rooms and a terrace with a view of the sea- just lovely. The small additional price for view of the sea should be invested. Only criticisms here: loud air conditioning ( we turned off Because of the extensive complex arise considerable sidewalks to the beach, restaurant and so on. Clear disadvantage for those, which do not are light on their feet, since there from the beach quite strenuous uphill goes ( shuttle bus goes not always)

    'only' 5 stars because of some scharzer sheep under the waiters, the part. Very cheeky to your tip freezes are, the table assignment in the à la carte restaurant ( fensterplätze) seemed dependent on tips without being able. Apart from that were complaints immediately and to complete satisfaction edit. Some ants in the room disturbed rather little.

    Prior with your own car from Olbia about 75 minutes, the hotel lies quite secluded on a wide bay. Great possibility to choose between rocky beach and sandy beach, there are on request umbrella and loungers to normal prices rented, definitely not a rip-off. Beautiful it is, a private umbrella to organize and in a small bay in the sand to lie. Who 25 minutes on foot invested can right ( sea view) over a hill other picturesque bays break. Hotel complex to be comfortable and relax. The town Isola Rossa is very quiet with a few shops. This is somewhat a pity. The beach is wonderful. Also the food tasted good. Full board was pleasant. The room were clean. The complex could however more care of flowers and so on need. read more

Very nice and quiet complex nestled in the countryside with lots of palm trees and bushes. We had an upstairs room with a dreamlike view to the sea. The fitness studio is located unfortunately in the spa area and for this you had 10€ entry pay, even if you just for ' n hour the treadmill to use! A great shame! You should watch, that you in the higher floors is accommodated, apart from that there could have been a bit noisy. Facilitities are beautiful spacious (no massive and ugly hotel block), but you should be good on foot ( partly. Quite steep)! If you a bit of the island want to see, you have to rent a car - apart from that you sit in the hotel ... feast! read more
