The hotel is great suitable for a weekend in the low season. In the area is unfortunately in the november not so much going on. Many restaurants and shops have closed. In the hotel there is a fitness center, library and (very expensive ) internet. The rooms, with a balcony and view of the sea, are big enough. Only the bad mattresses with herausspringenden springs. The mini bar is on request filled and safe key you got, for a fee, at the front desk. The breakfast is fabulous and leaves nothing to be desired. Dinner we didn't try them. We ... could the room already at 10 o'clock in the morning and for 20 Euro daily fee in the late afternoon check out.

The hotel has definitely its best years behind itself. The location is good ( right on the waterfront), the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food good. A renovation/modernisation is urgently advisable. read more

The hotel lies almost directly on the great beach, however rather on the edge of town. All free time- and shops are reachable on foot. Good starting point for exploring (via rental car). The hotel is partly. Quite run-down, the service was but, as at Riu-hotels usual, perfect. At the travel time were almost all hotels closed-as well as lots of shops. Thus it was a very quiet and pleasant vacation. read more

The hotel is somewhat outdated now. It would do no harm, the furnishing and floor coverings to renew, especially the lift would be improved. However the staff everything negative more than made up for it. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the cooks were everyone is very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable and were positively surprised. Also the food in the restaurant was well, although a bit more change not damage could. However the dishes were tastily prepared and there was something for everyone. The location of the hotel i found to be very good. ... Beach, shopping, bars, everything you can easily reach it on foot, you is however not direct in turmoil. All in all a successful vacation, the us the summer a little extended. read more

Unfortunately should this hotel next year not more to Riu-chain belong, just unfortunately. The food was varied. Audience is the majority of British and German. However you should because of the diets of the British to eighth, for breakfast a place in the other to find-fried potatoes, sausage and beans can morning Appetite.
We had a room with a view of the sea and balcony - the view fantastic. The peace and quiet in the hotel is great, in spite of the age of the hotel no noise from the next room.
You can even on internet-table, the on-line -check ... in for the return flight run. The Borkarte can then against a small fee be expressed. We would book this hotel again, because the location at the beach and the supermarkets cannot be topped.
Because of previous negative reviews on this page, we were very skeptical, however we can the negative evaluations not to understand. When Riu one does not make anything wrong. read more

I travel now 21 times in Riu hotels. The Riu Cala Millor was far the worst hotel. TUI and Riu should sometimes concerned, its guests so somewhat to offer. Known as was the hotel is already January 2013 at another chain sold. Was probably the best for Riu. read more

The hotel has I really liked it.
Large lobby, bar area, restaurant.
Above average good food.
Very friendly, motivated, multi-lingual staff.
Mainly German guests.
Directly at the beach and lots of shops within walking distance, nevertheless quiet.

In short: this year(2012) experienced my wife and I a great hotel vacation it began with the check in where you much time for everything left which was very informative afterwards we experienced a tremendous view on our balcony. Cleanliness ( room, pool area, restaurant), friendliness and varied kitchen were natural.

The hotel is centrally located right on the waterfront from Cala Millor, distance to the sea and purchase- and entertainment possibilities are very short. The hotel is clean, however the furnishing is as mentioned worn and older. Carpet in the room. Room very small, everything necessary is there, but in my opinion no 4 stars, as the comfort is missing. The rooms are with small tv, safe and balcony rather simply furnished. Food was fine., however not very varied. For 4 days it went, would however no longer want to stay. No animation, no kids' program, evenings live music for ... more older audience, which the Riu Playa also rather finds as young people or children. Service was very good, as well as at the reception, as well as room service. All together a clean and average hotel, I weigh however for my next stay in Cala Millor another hotel. read more

The hotel is recommendable, especially the service and the restaurant are excellent. The rooms are small. It would be better still, if the hotel somewhat refurbished. An advantage would be showers instead of baths. read more

The worst Riu-hotel which we experienced so far. Everything was antiquated, strong in need of renovation, food in slimmed-down Form other Riu-hotels, however clean rooms and dining room. Beds comfortable. Evening agenda in constant Repetition. The hotel is to pensioners relax in comfort and style. Funny was the morning Rentnerrennen to reserve the loungers by the pool from 07:15 A. M.. Location and the beach super and short way into the city from Cala Millor.
PS: definitely car rent, Mallorca is too beautiful, in order by the pool or beach to lie. read more

We were middle September until the beginning of October in the Riu for the first time Playa Cala Millor and felt really good there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location directly on the beach with a shower and changing rooms direct at the entrance from the promenade to the pool area of the hotel really pleased us. The food was good and tasty, for 4 stars a bit more variety desired. All told it were very nice day of vacation. read more

The rooms were small and old furniture. For a 4 star hotel i expected more.

The hotel we tentatively recommend it.
The location is brilliant. The hotel is only from the seafront away from the beach. Otherwise almost every room a great view of the sea. ( we would room from the 6th floor for example 610 recommend-) )
Not far from the hotel, is a great shopping street to find. There was really something for everyone.
The service is excellent. The complete staff is the friendly and accommodating.
In the rooms is everything available what you need, however everything is getting a bit old.
General should the whole hotel once be renovated.
Unfortunately ... there was no Wi-Fi on the rooms.
Since we almost were out for the whole day, us this however not bother us.
All in all, it was a really beautiful and relaxing vacation. read more
