Very nice hotel with a fast perfect kitchen. A little complicated to get to the ski lifts, but it worked out fine. We had a beatifull holiday week in a wonderful resort Zermatt. The chef in the kitchen was outstanding with a lot of variations in the week we stayed. The spa and sauna were of outstanding quality. read more

Great hotel at very good and peaceful location in Zermatt. Absolutely great kitchen, very friendly staff. Lots of swiss people (valais wines) to choose from. Beautiful wellness facilities with whirlpool. read more

Warm hospitality by hotelier and staff. Very atmospheric, clean, small hotel. Very quiet and yet centrally located. Modern, simple rooms with a large bathroom in the new building. Shuttle to and from to the train station Zermatt free of charge. Very recommendable. read more

I love this hotel very much. Everything is super cozy and friendly. I went there for honeymoon...so everything is just perfect. i love the breakfast where they let us cook ourselves bacon and egg...that is super cute with all this cute christmas and sheep theme... love it... just don't know what else to be said... but recommend. you will fall in love with every little details. read more

    In the room it has everything, what one for a pleasant stay needs. Bathrobes and slippers for the spa are in the room. In the standard rooms (old part of ) nice view on the Matterhorn, in the design rooms (new part ) up to date furnishings with wood and glass. Everything is great clean.

Couldn't be better. It has simply loved everything, Zermatt is anyway a dream, but specifically on the Europe we come again and again back. Who believes, Zermatt is kitsch and noble, errs enormous. The value for money is much better, as many people believe. Gladly again a dream week there. And: in the Valais region is the weather mostly much better than in the forecast. read more
