The location of the hotel is simply only gorgeous. All people in the hotel are occupied were always very friendly. The food there was always a huge selection of dishes, the delicious tasted.
Particularly the large salad buffet and the freshly baked fish were delicious. For the kids of course the dessert buffet and ice cream and different desserts great. The entertainment team
Had a great evening interesting walks and a nice children's entertainment (crafts of bathroom or cookies baking. The large anzahlk the children, it was a nice atmosphere.
For families very convenient, for travellers the less commotion may ... not really. read more

We had 7 days accommodation without food supply in the inturhotel Cala Azul garden booked. On arrival ( flight and transfer absolutely smooth and uncomplicated) we were at the front desk told, that Azul garden already closed and we at esmeralda garden building would. Since everything to a large facilities belonged we had not a problem so that, on the contrary: our new hotel was a little closer to the 'done' and at the sea located. We found our apartment as clean and cozy, it was almost every day cleaned. At all the whole complex made a clean and well ... kept impression. It was for middle October still quite busy (many families with small children, mostly from Germany or England) nevertheless we could us on noise or other disturbances't complain. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked without food supply and gave us itself, but there are some possibilities. The spar supermarkets, the nearby are, offer a lot of selection and from the prices with autobahntankstellen comparable, so we bought in the markets the locals a. On the last evening we had at the buffet participated, it was very oK, but you should not that much expect.
All in all we were very satisfied and next year will again there spend our holiday, but then perhaps a couple of days longer. read more

The hotel is a bit outdated, but not worn and desolat. The three stars are OK. You should keep in mind, that from 9:00 P. M. until about 11:00 P. M. the live music from a neighboring bar from time to time could have been disturbing. The pool area of the hotel is a bit sad and green painted concrete surfaces dropped. But the Mediterranean sea with its beautiful Bays is easily reachable on foot.
The meal times in the nearby located main building (5 minutes) are very variety- and well stocked. The restaurant was clean and very ... child-friendly run. The service there worked perfectly.
If you want the hustle and bustle of the main area does not need and as we hotel room actually only for sleeping used, is in the Esmeralda garden with its 3 stars in very good hands. All furnishings and offers of the Esmeralda park hotels can be used, we have only the (small) indoor pool used.
Rental car should before from Germany to be booked, that will be cheaper! read more

We, 2 adults, 2 children at the age of 8 and 13 are for 9 days to Mallorca traveled. The hotel Esmeralda garden is a small extension of large Esmeralda park. In the hotel one was very accommodating and always friendly. One must to eat, we had the half board the Esmeralda park, for us was the not a problem there are no 2 minutes. The Esmeralda park is also the bar, the beach, the large pools and evenings found there the entertainment instead of. We found the not so great, but as there are different tastes. The food was ... very good and diverse even for children were evenings extra dishes. To point out I found the long opening hours, in the morning from 07:30 until 10:30 and evenings from 17:30 until 20:45 o'clock. The buffets were again and again refilled and everything was very clean and tidy. One small downside was, the dining room was huge, and the background noise accordingly high. Was amazing, as many families, with babies and babies on vacation flies.
Our apartment had a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The children slept in the living room, we in the bedroom in separate beds?!, strange but true. The room had an airco and a safe the for 3 Euro on the day was.
The hotel is located in the middle of city, if we evenings on the balcony sitting, one was from 2 pages treated to music. But I think that is Mallorca everywhere so. We have for sleeping the doors closed, air conditioning for us it was great.
A small minus I give the hotel, it was very noisy, we had somewhere around us a family with kleinstkindern the already at 6 out-slept and loudly noise made. The wasn't so great however luckily only a morning Sunday
In short we would again and again go, we were very friendly treated, the hotel was clean and functional, and the food good and sufficient.
We stayed for the 9 days for 2 adults and 2 children 630 Euro paid, included half board. Think this is a great price! You also small drawbacks in purchase, we were the whole day on the way around the great Island. Also in town is evenings busy, there are lots of bars and small shops there must one not directly to Palma or no idea! read more

Hotel overall clean and apartment a nice size, kitchen functional. Baby cot unfortunately somewhat old.
Half board partially additionally booked, first-class buffet also for infants, fresh fruit, little spicy dishes, much variations, very tasty!
Only the entertainment in the hotel opposite until 24 o'clock was for our baby a huge inconvienience.
Very satisfied, gladly again.
The beaches in the area are beautiful for families with small children, flat access into the sea, turquoise water, partly little visited. read more

This hotel we would definitely not choose. Belongs to a chain of hotels and in the main building there are food, that means in the morning and in the evening only once a walk and the with a child - unacceptable!
The aircon in the room very loud-no fun! Cala d'Or is a very british town-if you have fun, is in good hands here.
The beach and the water quality-the walk - unacceptable. Everything was very close, the water dirty-branches, leaves, waste everything is washed in the bay. In the town also relatively much dirt-there are much nicer places in ... Mallorca for a sommerbadeurlaub! read more

Esmeralda garden is a tidy hotel for families the not that much action to have would like. The downside is the way to the Esmeralda park in order to eat there. The Bay was the Esmeralda garden is rather too small, for the size the hotels. Tip: rental car and Cala Mondragon drive, is also busy, but clearly more space ( drinks carry forward, there very expensive). Information on arrival: ask the bus driver, whether they really on the right hotel -the apparently with the 'garden' and the 'park' always confusion-we are also wrong were unloaded (and were not the ... only). After the long journey it is not funny at 30° with the suit-cases by the place to wander. read more

The apartment was clean and 2 rooms big enough. The whole complex seemed well-kept. The nearest beach is but hopelessly overcrowded. For us, this was not a problem, since we a mietwaren had and mobil were. We have only in Porto Colom bathed. The hotel's own pool was only in the late afternoon used. At 18:00 o'clock was however badeende, we found that way too early. This hotel is only for night recommended and is rather suitable for couples, no bar and no connection look for. Nearby there is but the larger inturhotel esmeralda park, which rather for children ... fits. However the restaurant is very loud. read more

Actually everything ok, to complain gives it always which if you very quiet want should not to Mallorca flies. Many holidaymakers come from England, cala d or is very nice with many shops and nice restaurants we liked it. read more

For us it was a great relaxing vacation. Especially our kids were wholeheartedly satisfied.
What we also pleased, were the opening times in the restaurant. You could in the morning from 8:15 A. M. until 11 o'clock breakfast and evenings from 17:45 to. So you could the large rush out of the way and the buffets were always refilled. read more

We were with our 2 small children in the adjacent building( direct on a main street location) opposite a bar, every evening until 12:00 P. M. an artist occurred. Next to it was a 24 hour open the casino. Very noisy. To the Bay and to the dining room, it was more than imagined, which however still of a manageable size was about 5 minutes footpath. For a pure beach vacation the place is without rental car not so good. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and souvenir shops are in direct vicinity of the hotel. read more

The apartments are equipped with new furniture. In the kitchen area is with the exception of a coffee maker and a microwave everything was there. Dishes completely for six people. Live music a neighboring area is for those in search of peace vacationers in the late evening annoying. Guests mostly D, NL, RUs, gigabyte. But no noise in the area. Rental car recommended, although parking spaces nearby are scarce. read more

The apartment was always clean, everything was great even if it wasn't't completely new anymore. We actually only the room used as we were always on the island. The kitchen was surprisingly complete, except the Korkenziehr basically nowhere to be used. Toaster works even.
In March is, as expected, rungsum almost everything was closed. The supermarket next door has only half of the selection and therefor the Eroski supermarket prices than at the village entrance.
Except for wireless Internet did the area, as planned, nothing used.
A rental car is recommended at this time of year. read more
