A well run hotel in the higher floors an office building, reachable from the sidewalk with lift in the 2nd floor.
By proximity to hermannplatz best bus- and subway-access to the rest of the city.
Big advantage the large parking in the backyard, reachable through a tordurchfahrt.

Cheap hotel with a very good breakfast!
In spite of the location outside of the city center are Alexanderplatz with the metro in 15 minutes and the main station, as well as the reichstag by bus ( and subway) in 20 to 30 minutes to reach. read more

From the outside the hotel makes a bit rather inconspicuous impression, is however very well-kept. The lobby is located in the 2nd floor and after change of the elevator you can reach the rooms on the floors 3-6. The lobby is open 24 hours. In the 2nd floor is the breakfast room, as well as a very nice outdoor terrace on which one can also have breakfast respectively also can enjoy a drink. It is located on the same floor was also a small bar, where you in any case drinks get. It is very clean. The guests are outweigh ... middle to older audience. We stayed with 3 persons a weekend in the hotel, room clean and very spacious, good breakfast, breakfast on the roof terrace is something special. Good connection to public transport, subway quasi on the doorstep, nevertheless for the location fairly quiet. Good value for money.
For a city trip the hotel I would definitely book it again. read more

The hotel surprised by its beautifully designed breakfast room and the terrace garden, after it from the roadside rather inconspicuous works. In the breakfast room wähnt you in the middle of in green surroundings, although it 'only' a backyard is. Should be emphasized also, that you can park your car for free, which in Berlin only rarely is. And by close proximity to you -train station Hermannplatz has a excellent starting point for all possible things to Do with the public transport links and can the car leave.
We had a room at the back with very good Soundproof windows. ... Air conditioning does not exist. Room and bathroom had a comfortable size and enough possibilities to file for clothes and luggage.
The breakfast was good, sweet and hearty, cold and hot food for any taste. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet constantly refilled, even if the plates only half were empty. My personal highlight was the fresh strawberries and pineapple.
All employees were very friendly and helpful, with a personal problem I was outstanding support.
All together an extremely successful stay in a small hotel in the middle of Berlin, and by the beautiful garden terrace and close proximity to park nevertheless in green surroundings! read more

We were looking for a quiet Latin for one night in a three star hotel. After an extensive Geburtstagfeier we had very good in the room adequate sleep. Sanitary and the rooms were very clean. But only the breakfast buffet - rich, varied, X rolls and breads, warm element( Sausages, scrambled egg, boiled eggs), arranged apetizingly, for Wurstliebhaber, Käsefreunde or Cerealienliebhaber > all are very well looked after. Juices, yoghurt and fruit in many variations. I know some Frühstückcbüfetts, this it proposes to lengths.

We were 3 adults and two infants of 3 and 1 year. We were a double room with subsequent single room and shower reserved. Free us a baby bed and a additional Kindermatratze available made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For children we were on request extra milk warmed. The hotel very clean, centrally located, nearby subway Hermannsplatz. Hotel lies Kreuzberg-Neukölln.
Nearby large park ( Hasenheide ) with playground and animal enclosure.

Great hotel with offiz. three stars. In almost all Bewertungspunkten a very well deserved. Very, very clean, room for a city this large and spacious and. The breakfast room nicely, super clean and comfortable installed. Furthermore, the possibility (depending on weather and mood), outside on a covered patio for breakfast. Breakfast wide and additional. still. U-train station 100 meters away (U7 + U8). Are easily reachable all destinations. All round a great stay in a hotel with well feeling character. Please do not be put off by the exterior appearance.
The hotel is located directly on the underground station hermannstraße. In the neighborhood a few nice little shops in order to satisfy your hunger. The hotel itself is well maintained. The rooms are modern and installed it is perfectly clean. The room was cleaned every day.
The breakfast was perfectly adequate (rolls. Bread, cereal, yogurt, Wuark, announcing, salmon, salami, Turkey, cheese, salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, juices, and so on) and each table is nicely decorated. My room was quiet and loud neighbors snoring from my part nothing.
The staff ... were always friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces. 24 hour staffed front desk is the. I would highly recommend this hotel and will book again my next time in Berlin vacation. read more

We stayed with our three children (9-13) in a double and a triple room in the hotel's immediate vicinity, the street for lämempfindliche people may be a bit noisy. Very good breakfast buffet with good service. Free parking behind the hotel.
With the welcome card have used the BVG about 60 €for five days the urban public transportation. U-train a few minutes away from the hotel, Berlin-highlights within all 30 minutes from the hotel reachable.

We had a double room as a family of five and a three-bed room. The very commodious three bed room next to the double room in a separate room with a door for a further single bed. Sensitive people could feel disturbed by the elevator noise but, since the lift shaft right on this single borders.
Free parking spaces and location right on the intersection of two metro lines (U hermannplatz) are the best in Berlin. Tip: bus line M29 from hermannplatz directly to kadewe in the bus. read more
