Clean, bright, friendly, typical of the country designed. The bathroom is nice, spacious, clean. The toilet is extra accommodated.

The breakfast buffet is inviting to stay a while. Muesli, getreidemühlejoghurt, sausage, cheese, eggs in different variations, cakes, different jams, a coffee machines for Capu, Latte and so on, víele types of tea, bread and rolls and certainly I have on my list is still some forget. The dinner is either as -course menu, buffet or -course menu serves. Partly with various issues or themes. The food is very good taste, the quality also. On special wishes is always very responsive. Soft drinks are during dinner free. The wines are very recommendable, the owner himself has a gr. Wine cellar and always a good wine to hand. The dining room is typical of the country decorated and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal.

The room staff is very friendly and ensures that beautiful, clean rooms. Towels always changed and are always sufficiently available. For families with children there is a kids club, pony-trekking and other offers. Every in the hotel ensures that a friendly tone and approach. Very good everything!

Wonderful wellness area, various saunas, steam room resting room, garden with sun beds and sun screens, swimming pool. Everything very clean, bright and friendly. It will be guides hikes offered. For the kids there is a games room, the kids club with an offer.

The hotel situated in a quiet area and for relaxation a. It has an underground car park and a gr. Car park directly in front of the hotel. Size of the room good. New bathroom, the tv however too small. Everything very clean.

About the food one noticed, that here too many, if not even only local products were used. The selection of menus, as well as the quality of the meals was very good. Especially outstanding is the fondue evening. The meat and sauces in any extent from the buffet get (no restrictions). Fries in addition serves. Just when the fondue shows the quality of the meat; this quality was perfect. Liked a great deal the free selection of non-alcoholic drinks during the dinner. The offered menus at the remaining days were both the size and the quality very good.

At the service there was nothing to complain about. The owner-couple helped very strong for the waiters with. The rooms were very well cleaned. The us offered table did not meet our expectations, we got immediately without discussion other table zuewiesen.

For the size of the hotel was the pool very big. Unfortunately as in several hotels this class water but too cold, never 30 degrees. The spa area the quantity good. Only the resting room is too small. Even if you so that electricity saves, saunas etc. Only after the manual switch to around 25 to 30 minutes ready for use. I like that in a 4 star hotel have never experienced something like that.

The hotel is by the size arranged and family run. Altogether it is very clean. The guests came too many from the german-speaking area. It were several families with children present. You can because of the facilities for disabled guests the hotel as families hotel designate. That however not at all pleased and thick downside is, that the hotel basically as a smoker free is declared. The exception the front in the bar area. Unfortunately you have to in the restaurant and to leave through precisely this bar. I think this is not acceptable, especially if you with children in the hotel is. Either one takes structural changes in the form, the bar really is separated (without durchgangsfunktion ) or one prohibits the smoke also in this area.

At the end a lateral road in a very peaceful location. The main village neustft about 5 kilometer.

We had an apartment with shared balcony and view of the mountains. It was comfortably furnished with rustic furniture. The bathroom was rather simple. 2 tv, radio, telephone and safe. The room temperature was too high for us. Even with during the day open balcony window and zugedrehter heating we had constant 23/24 degrees in the room.

To breakfast there were different bread and bread rolls, a wide selection of marmelade, different variations of eggs and a good selection of cheeses. The breakfast meats could been more diverse. Different yogurts, fruit salad, muesli, flakes and so on beautiful tea selection. In the afternoon there was always a good selection of cakes. The dinner was very plentiful and diverse. We liked it always tasted good. The kitchen was typical of the country, but there were also regularly 'modern appetizers '. The children were at the table always painting supplies welcomes, every day what new to the color in. Besides there was a small spielzeugauswahl, the waiting time to shorten. The children got kindgerechtes food, which was tasty.

All hotel staff were very friendly and entgegegenkommend, extra wishes were fast fulfilled. Our apartment was clean, the bed linen was in between also changed. In the basement there is a small kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine and iron. A child care was in the afternoon provided in the games room. Besides we could as hotel guests the ski kindergarten on the middle station free of charge-a great service. The whole week we had besides a hartan -baby carriage available.

For children there was a beautiful games room, where crafts and painted. There was also a tigerentenabend with malwettbewerb, where all hotel guests as jury were included - was fun. Access to the internet in the bar free of charge, in the room be applicable. The pool area was clean, sauna we didn't use. For small children we found the water however relatively cool. On the terrace, but also on the balcony there were pool chairs.

The hotel resort is an informally run hotel, peacefully located in the urbanisation medraz in fulpmes. Everything was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. We booked half board. In the hotel were guests from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Denmark, on the one hand families with children, on the other hand couple middle ages.

Though the hotel is not directly in fulpmes, but there is a shuttle service is offered, and there is also a regularly driving, free ski bus to the valley station. Shops there are about 1 kilometer away in fulpmes. Around the hotel you can have a nice hiking and go for a stroll.

We had a large family room the equipped with all modern amenities and was clean. Every day it was cleaned and we felt at ease. Merely the clairaudience has a bit disturbed. This is in particular a problem, if loud guests (as at both of our last days and after information from other guests last year the case ) in the hotel are. Then it is sleep-consuming.

The food the resort is good, if also for this performance of the hotel not top. As there are better. In particular salads and appetizers lack whistle and the variety. What there was tasted and is also from the quantity absolutely sufficient. The wine list is very extensive and also concerning the price there is something for everyone. And free not alcoholic beverages for dinner have just returned for families with children not too shabby either. The breakfast is for our opinion a bit boring and offers everyday the same, even if it is adequate. Are missing for example small sweet things (Croissant, cakes...) ; and that the hotel this very well may, shows the cake buffet in the afternoon! The selection of bread, yoghurt, cheese and sausage is okay, but not top. And the fruit salad was mostly from the can, that's a pity. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, not too posh and not too basic. But a request: if my napkin not in the envelope 'to recycle' minibus, then i want to next time also a new!

Both the employees, as well as the atmosphere are very friendly and accommodating. Wishes are met as far as possible. However you should guests, the other view, not 'teach' (the chef has once other guests very strong tried to 'explain', why this with your opinion coffee wrong).

The swimming pool and the sauna area are generously, appealingly designed and clean! Only suggestion: a sauna towel per guest (then you at the front desk against a new swap can; further towels costs 10 Euro deposit) is not up-to-date and annoying! And the pool water could be a bit less chlorine contain

In order to take it in front: the occasional harsh criticisms from guests we couldn't understand. The resort is a good, personally managed hotel, the all facilities offers, the one in this price range expected-albeit with 'air upward' (see below). All rooms are clean and tidy and you will find everywhere kind details, you feel good. Merely the lounge with bar a bit small - and there is sometimes smoke, which for us was unpleasant. We enjoyed the wine cellar - even if we not wine tasting have.

The location is ok. The stubaital is great, medraz however definitely not the most beautiful place in there. The hotel is near a small industrial area (for us as a mountain and nature freaks not the ideal location) and at the edge of a small residential area. That in the early the disadvantage of not a few wegfahrenden cars (typical noisy austrian diesel engines...) , what the night's sleep while having the windows open mind.

The rooms are cozily furnished. There are various sizes to be booked. It's all clean and neat. Safe and a tv are available. It is good furnished and clean.

In the dining room starts off the day with a rich breakfast buffet. With the homemade rolls with sausage and much more can the trip start. In the afternoons there are a cake buffet. Evenings a multi-course dinner, the description would be too long, just try and soft drinks included during the meal.

Family atzinger and the entire team are very friendly and accommodating. They leave nothing untried, the guest comfortable and great vacation possible. The child care i didn't visit, but it is several children together about the food and crafts i had the feeling it was all great fun, the parents could comfortable in the restaurant eat. For complaints is the family atzinger safe open and tried to fix it.

There are many sporting activities available. In the winter cross-country skiing, skiing and in the summer hiking and the beautiful bathroom invites you to swim. Different saunas, an infrared warm cabin, as well as the turkish are for the body pleasant. In the summer can the sun on the chairs in the garden be enjoyed.

The hotel is of family atzinger run. Informal and comfortable for a great vacation also for children. The horse-riding arena and the bathing area are only two of the various services around the hotel. Everything is well maintained and is clean. The half board is very recommendable, the chef i don't know personally, but what he with his team at the particular evenings created is unbeatable. The regular guests, for decades in some cases its vacation and it is always on a reunion with atzingers and guests from various countries. So, enough important, try it yourself.

There is many excursions like to Innsbruck or to Italy to the shopping spree. The village is on foot 15 minutes away. Fulpmess has all necessary shops, as well as restaurants and health center. Also for entertainment evenings is ensured in fulpmess or neustift.

Pleasant size with cloakrooms, shower -bath tub, toilet separately, balcony, tv. Daily cleaning.

We have very good and varied eaten.

The staff were very friendly and the service fit everywhere.

The entertainment was very good, they were very comfortable. The swimming pool water was rather cool and the odor was not so pleasant.

The rooms were big, we had 2 double -room with a connecting door. The hotel is clean and well arranged. The food was tasted very good to us and the meals were varied.

As we skiing vacation with children were, we are evenings not anymore from the hotel gone. Close proximity to valley station was however good and with the hotel own shuttle bus at your fingertips.
