The hotel has a good location, due to the hillside location for a disabled not so ideal. In the beautiful city, it is only 10 minutes, here you get everything. In front of the hotel can also be exchanged.

The hotel is located in a steep cliffs and the beach is about ten minutes footpath far away where we have an old lkwreifen an old Isen bunch. pass the beach itself is not very big and the beach chairs were very close together! In addition 3 €per day for beach chairs and towels for 20 €per week. apart from that everything was very steep or only stayed away. from 18 hours for coffee and cake will be charged the full price, even though we had all inclusive. The staff was partly unfriendly and the city Agios Nikolaos. in the ... hotel room itself was littered the toilet roll holder broken, mold in the shower, the kontenzwasser the air conditioning was always on the balcony, the room door lock did not work to close this holiday was a disaster! I only recommend stay away from this hotel! read more

This 'hotel ' is never a four star hotel. it was neither at the bottom of the medium-sized pool, on the lawn no waste-paper baskets. The breakfast 1 sort of sausage, 14 days, cheese and ham always the same sort of but six kinds of jam and cereal. The village is very well kept away to the, the stairs between the villages is steep and without railings. Our room was beautiful with a view on the sea very. Buffet was tasty and for each what it. A lot of choice. The only bother what me something has was the shower in the bathroom. Tile grouting something dirty and the shower curtain was also not more so. otherwise the bathroom looked beautiful good. The room were clean. Great pools. Great view, also from the restaurant and the terrace of the bar. read more

Please pay attention when booking, the not get a room in the village village (lateral sea view), as currently constructed new hotel apartments. We had to move for this reason. we got a new room but (bigger and more facilities) very friendly staff. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel in hillside location with great views. read more

This hotel has us very well fallen. Optically it is well integrated into the landscape. We were first in the bungalows with a partial view of the sea. Because noise from the construction site in the extensions have we then a room in the 'front' bungalows with full ocean view and without noise.
With a walk in the grounds have we found, that it no children's play area and at the pools for small children there is no shallow water.
The beach directly in front of the hotel is small and stony. It is 400m away in a sand beach ... section.
The hotel itself has us very, very well fallen. To be highlighted were a) the large selection for breakfast and dinner (we had half board only) and of course also the quality of the food,
B) the friendliness of the staff and c) the cleanliness. Complaints were friendly and dealt with in the short term (within a day) turned off.

Ideal for couples the peace and recovery look from the stress of everyday life. All inclusive guests will be treated as second class guests, from the waiters in the hotel bar bediennt. A very poor selection of drinks for example espresso, frappe Discerning extra. Unfortunately we had one of the worse room the one of a hostel resembled.
It was one of the older and at the very end of the area.
The view from the room was laterally to the sea and unfortunately us a construction site in front.
The location was excellent, however. Located directly on the sea.
It has almost every position on the ocean views.
The beach is a five-minute walk away.
The highlight is a pool on the top of the area and is a favorite views over sea, city and Region offers. read more

The sea view is gorgeous, the rooms were big enough. However the bathrooms could have been a little more spacious, a renovation of the baths would also appropriate once again. Bath and tiles were a bit dingy. The hotel in general offers a cozy atmosphere, you notice its actual size not. Pool and sunbeds are pleasantly empty. ( Some of them were even rooms with private dipping pool available, looked great. The service is very friendly. The room cleaning was ok, but bed linen and towels partly broken. The food is partly a little hectic, food offer was satisfying but ... ( logically) for the mass. Beaches's in Miniform directly in front of the hotel, right from the hotel is larger but quite dirty and directly in Agios Nikolaos there's also a beach. Excursions to Knossos, jeep safari and Spinalonga etc. Could easily booked on site or partly cheaper on our own. Culinary excursion tip is the restaurant called Barko in Nikolaos, it was delicious. Numerous shopping facilities are in the town ( circa 15 minutes walking distance) available. read more

Village is absolutely not to be recommended, although we were lucky and probably get a renovated bungalow. It was quite dirty, the toilet leaked ( after complaints but fixed immediately) and the towels and bed sheets were disgusting. Away from 4 * ! If you have walking difficulties it's definitely not book ( a lot of steps and steep driveways - was located on a hill). The beach (about 5 minutes away) was quite ok. Beach chairs and an umbrella cost 3 -7 Euro - no idea how the assembled. I assume the rooms in the hotel itself are better ..., at least no one complained, I never asked. Therefore, and because the staff is very nice there is a recommendation. read more
