- a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and access terrace, a bathroom - for the kitchen is dishes, but no dishwasher tablets, dish cloth and tea towel available - the condition is ok, but due to the high air humidity the mold gefordert, why a new coat of paint on the ceiling would be necessary - cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the teams come every day to different times and only felt 2 minutes per bungalow time. Thus we to wet the dirt smudged and less wiped off. - towels exchange worked not always (probably were at the ... end of the tour not all sizes (foot mat) available) - guests were mostly from England, Czech Republic, Spain, France and Germany - many with children read more

Overall we were satisfied with our hotel. The location is very advantageous, from here one has always the shortest ways, whether to the south, the north and the center of the island to explore want. Family vacation as well. Since it was close to the airport (10 minutes drive), a for children long hotelanreise! Had a nice bungalow directly on the promenade and at the sea. The hotel is in some places in need of renovation, amongst others in the pools burst the tiles were partly from. Towels were changed only sporadically auslieferung. We were for the 2. time in this complex and completely contented. All employees tried very hard, there is something for everyone here. For the food much garlic used, if you don't like, is just something different. Great water sports and harbor are in the immediate vicinity and the beautiful beach. The hotel is very big the rooms distributed on small bungalows mostly two floors. The rooms are big and consist of a separate bedroom, living room with a tv and sofa, and a small kitchen with a fridge. As disturbing problem we saw: The food sees on the first glance right to raise from is however to two days with board quickly exposed than monotonous and boring (always the same and it tasted, it becomes also no price) But the most to beanstandende is in our opinion the cleanliness of the rooms the only poorly cleaned if the cleaning lady ... not had forgotten as in our case once! As a tip in case your book this hotel should we want you to anyone the mattresses for your first night to look at, whether they were clean! Unfortunately we were on the first day not so clever and noticed only after the 2. day that mattress with a large with mold excessive urine stain was dirty. Drinks were all inclusive but please no expectations. Coffee horrible, please outside the spanish guests. Tea was good.     We stayed up in a two-story bungalow. This was freshly renovated and the room very spacious. Living room and bedroom, bathroom with a window. The furnishings the kitchenette was perfect, microwave, kettle everything available self catering. Flat screen tv and large balcony rounded the whole perfect from. Cleanliness absolutely okay.

    We only visited the almost new main restaurant and there was no complaints. The different buffets, balat, main dish and so on are arranged in such a way, that there is no waiting time or line came. The quality of the dishes was always good. Also about cleanliness and hygiene could we not complain. We had a group of 10 to 10 people and it was for the evening always a table reserved. There were still 2 more restaurants at our waterfront, which we didn't visited. Beverages at the two pool bars, as well as at the evening bar was very varied, even cocktails were in in the all inclusive offer includes.

    The distance to the beach was depending on the location of the bungalows about minutes away. The airport transfer was only 10 minutes, which of course very pleasant was. The rather English traveled place is evenings quite lively, without also only somewhat negative impression. Quite on the contrary, the English pub are very cheap and the service very friendly. The beach is through the bay not very long, but very wide, especially at low tide. We had preferred the neighboring beach in the south to use, the after maximally 20 minutes on foot reachable is. Are apartments in the 'Barcelo puerto Castillo' at the southern tip of of the peninsula, but still close to the all-inclusive facilities.     Our apartment in puerto Castillo (4000. Room numbers) was large, with a nice balcony and a fantastic view of the ocean. Also it was very quiet, except for the surf nothing to be heard, if not the above furniture back ☺. Facilities as described, even with dishwasher, if you want to cook, but a dishcloth and terrycloth to bring their own. The sofa bed in the living room for person 3+4 is only partly suitable. All in all a bit shabby, but one is 'on the island', as you can take.

    The hotel is in principle, on three sides surrounded by the sea, the beach is ok but in the water very much rubble. Bathing shoes recommendable! As the strandliegenboy on the first day our 9 €rented umbrella 16:30 and wrapped around to call it, we are only at the pool gone, what with a still not sure floating child also optimal ( salzwasserschwimmbaden!) The complex was optimal for me and I would use again. Since I was on the go a lot, I cannot to issue animation say anything, but it has taken place.
