The hotel is very big and spacious. It consists of several Complex. The bungalows are very close. We had an apartment in the 3000. Area.     We stayed up in a two-story bungalow. This was freshly renovated and the room very spacious. Living room and bedroom, bathroom with a window. The furnishings the kitchenette was perfect, microwave, kettle everything available self catering. Flat screen tv and large balcony rounded the whole perfect from. Cleanliness absolutely okay.

The different buffets, balat, main dish and so on are arranged in such a way, that there is no waiting time or line came. The quality of the dishes was always good.     The distance to the beach was depending on the location of the bungalows about minutes away. The airport transfer was only 10 minutes, which of course very pleasant was. The rather English traveled place is evenings quite lively, without also only somewhat negative impression. Quite on the contrary, the English pub are very cheap and the service very friendly. The complex was optimal for me and I would use again. Since I was on the go a lot, I cannot to issue animation say anything, but it has taken place. In caleta are some shops available, no comparison to Corralejo or Jandia. Restaurants there are on every corner. To the Sheraton there is around 2 to 3 kilometer on foot ( either on the promenade and with gravel way or above on foot/ bike trail along) a few more meters is a small casino and the shopping center antlanico shopping center. The beach is large and it was not crowded. Shortcoming the loungers there 'rent' can, are expensive (7 Euro per couch and 6 €for a umbrella). For a beach vacation the hotel is perfectly suited. A shortcoming are the very hard loungers by the pool and the few sun screens ( also too small). We are then rather to the beach, since costs 2 loungers with umbrella per day 9,- €. Must one stop miteinkalkulieren. The food is very good and varied, we had in any case nothing to complain about. Evenings there is always another show, agreed were really good. The guests come mostly from England and Poland, a few German Fellow Countrymen. But you have to be good on foot, as the complex ... is very extensive. All in all it was a relaxing beach vacation. read more

As the massive bungalow complex very spacious is, it can happen, that you could easily 10 minutes to the front desk, restaurant, bar, pool or to the sea need. Had luck, lived right 'central' opposite of the main building on the other side of the street, where it was quiet.     There are 2 beautiful, large, clean salt water-pools and several small. Chairs are bulky available, only far from enough umbrella! As expected a really big holiday resort with the typical facilities etc. For package tourists. Insofar as everything okay - three stars in my opinion justified. Hotel if you the island explore and not only at the beach / pool it great. Rooms are clean. The only thing which disturbed, the garbage bin was only for the return trip emptied. Small functional kitchenette. No more than breakfast book. Here we had the worst all inclusive. I am not really the Meckertyp, one finds always something-delicious is however different. You get no bottles for the room. Drinks outside of the restaurant you can't drink it. Nearby is a small restaurant 'La Isla'. We can really recommend. Lunch or in the evening - simply superb. Supermarket and so ... on everything is close by. We had a nice holiday. We were out and about a lot, no pure beach vacation. read more

Very family friendly. There was even extra püriertes food very small at the buffet. Large hotel, so rather anonymous and long distances within the complex. We were in one of the newer bungalows, therefore was the condition this very well. There were several pools on the hotel, which one only after unearth all could find. The beach is although sandy, in the water but lots of large rock. For this the water is very flat. read more

We had very nice and relaxing holidays in the wonderful bungalow- ( not hotel-) complex spend. There was lots of space and a private balcony. The complex is very generous, what entails, that the people very spread out well. You never get the feeling, you would be cramped - at the beach already not at all. Blöd was only, that you sun screens and loungers to 9 Euro per day rent had-and without umbrella it is during the day just not, why we the pool establishments and only in the late afternoon at the beach went. The beach was extremely ... wide, if you into the water went, it is a few places somewhat pebbly, but not bad. We went regularly with the local diving school diving, however, we weren't so safe, whether you with the PADI Tauchtiefe of 18 respectively 30 meters so seriously in beginners ( which we were). But there is very nice people and multi-lingual. The only thing, that you at the hotel fault: the waiters not refilled for people, the later to eat arrived. We had to us a few even itself cover raise and a table were loose, although we have asked, a table for 2 to prepare. It seemed to us, that clearing not to arrived. The atmosphere on the terrace in the evening was very beautiful and pleasant quiet, although there are many children had. Inside it was unfortunately loud and cool because of the air-conditioning devices. Yet somewhat small: the seal in the shower was leaky, so we had every evening a flood in the bathroom. The design of the bungalows was rather old, but that didn't bother us. Which was very positive regarding Reklamationskonzept: our mattresses were so old and bad, the springs on the whole body felt. Of al I this the front desk reported, we had on the next day two new comfortable mattresses! The food at the buffet was very versatile and well prepared. But it repeated itself then nevertheless again and again. The next time we would all inclusive do, and evenings somewhere eat out. It has nearby enough restaurants to try it out. We recommend the Barceló El Castillo ( the bungalows ) definitely further. read more
