The hotel is small, but very nice. Unfortunately there is no elevator. The breakfast was good. Leisure facilities does not exist, however the hotel is very central read hotel review

I was on a business trip and I would not be from the employer bound been, I would have the hotel on the same day leave! The hotel no star, therefore I don't luxury expected and was therefore full of old furniture not surprised. But at least you can in Germany demand, that everything was clean. But no! There was hardly any vacuumed, everything was sticky, the shower was moldy and the worst what a yellow stained mattress (!) and so on. What do I do? I go to hotel staff and explain my problem. The polite, nice lady at ... reception took my complaint with what I found, the corresponding courtesy and I should once again bid, if on the next day something would be. Said done. On the next day had not changed, I am so to manager of the hotel gone. The me not even believed! I had it formally beg, the flaws to show 'must'. What I received, were excuses: the wouldn't be that bad, I was' picky ' (is still?) and stained mattresses think you' in every hotel, even with 10 stars' (smooth lied). All its mattresses would looks ( really great!). I he wrung, the relation of mattress to wash to the next day. Of course, nothing was made, except for the mattress reverse. Cheeky it is not. For the nice Receptionist, which, I think, always very much trouble ( the breakfast was always the same, but for any taste was something there for everyone), I am sorry, but I would in any case from this stand dissuade! read hotel review

Everything seemed neglected and the cleaning only superficially. Everywhere was dust, the carpets in the rooms need a deep cleaning and a new coat of paint would again. Vacuuming goes apparently only once a week. Breakfast was the same every day. Three star... 1 star would be appropriate! read hotel review

On a busy street, close to trains, in addition, a stunning at night sleep. The website 'newly renovated and comfortable room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with shower' is a pleasant experience. The rooms perhaps renovated, the curtains are washed and a 25 watt light bulb-on the ceiling made it impossible to read. Shutters are no windows, so the lights on the whole the room. But this is almost brighter than the room lighting. In the shower with about two square meters a drop is impossible. But the choice of restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities in the closer ... to the hotel, so one was well served here. Also in the immediate vicinity (about 500 meters) there is a tram station, from where you can very good transport links. read hotel review

We thought this year, but not to the Schlagermove by car to go home. Was an excellent choice. All very nice, relaxed atmosphere and unbeatable well located - right by the harburger straße old town. We'll be back! read hotel review
