We have really enjoyed our weekend! Very relaxing and very good food! The staff was very attentive! The parking of the cars is great, so you have to worry about. The pools were great, it is not necessary, to use the spa. What was missing to me, is a bio sauna and perhaps somewhat dörrfrüchte and drinks in the spa. The couches could be somewhat more comfortable. Otherwise super :-) read hotel review

    Room was dark (a window to the inner court with hill, different windows in an alley) ancient; dusty. Carpet unhygienic, so-called mini bar was in the hallway the select machine. No 4 star standard. Beds and sheets were clean and white.

    Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Except: there was no hash browns, but fried potatoes and staff did not smile and very serious moods. Not a table, did not, whether one can sit where you want or the zimmernumer say. Sat just anywhere then.

    Unfortunately unfriendly welcome, no information about actions, for example, went into the gemmi. Wiw already mentioned we came ourselves very unwanted before. Did this as an action and it came us before as we were not gladly seen since we cheaper booked. When we the keys to get, was on the other side of the reception a sign because of privilege. On it responded we were dumpy shood around which we the next time cheaper (certainly also with a stay of 3 days, 2 times on the gemmi...) it was not told where the breakfast room is where we have to go for the massage. On the departure day there was also discussion because of coupons which we delivered and then nowhere more goods and then arrived. In the bath and massage over the zimmernumer say and good. Over it was called again we checked out the room was complete. A back and forth with telefonierern and nobody knew what the other said. 3 days always again a chaos. Very young staff the partly hardly german and overwhelmed.

    In the wardrobe was a very strange odor, as well as carpet and probably not the newest anymore. Indoor pool at 10 o'clock in the morning dirty. Papierfötzelchen and other things swam in it. Outdoor swimming pool at the entrance plates broken and dirty. Mold and rust.

Stay from 8.1-12 january 2014. very young and therefore partly not professional trained staff. Disturbing for a 4 star hotel. One often has the feeling, that you not welcome and annoying. Partly very unprofessional. Great and rich breakfast buffet! Size of the room for such a expensive place to be desired. Nice in-house spring. The hotel makes no benefit to the skikarten... Bathroom was not handicap accessible. Entrance the shower too high. Several tiles were broken, mold in the cracks. Whole furnishing is not a 4 star hotel, price and performance ratio is not right. read hotel review

The hotel did not meet our expectations. The room felt tired, the bathroom is in a very renovation-needy! Condition (tub abgeschranzt, black grout). The from us on the first evening booked half-board-never again (shame about the money)! Guests, the didn't had booked half board, was sent away! The breakfast buffet-great! The service staff should be dealing with guests greatly improve: we and other guests were partly ignored, the others are preferentially treated. The opening times of the hotel's own bathing area should be reconsidered, 7:30 p. m. is conclusion, pitch, if you the whole day were on the way ... and you in the evening time in the sauna or the wanted water. read hotel review

Negative: - we had booked this hotel, for our anniversary to celebrate. Unfortunately we were at the arrival at a rather abgelöschten staff of you and so the entrance was everything else than tingling - in the rooms there was too few possibilities, around the whole towels hanging space and lives you inevitably as in a laundry - bathrooms are a bit scruffy as old - in the book we weren't told, the roman-irish bath in the thermal baths during our time in leukerbad on wednesday & thursday was closed - wi-fi in the room is liable to pay the ... costs Positive: - great location, you can in the bathrobe on the village green in the spring run - beautiful area, great lounge - very nice staff - super delicious and creative breakfast buffet read hotel review

We come to Leukerbad very often. This is the first time we stayed at Lindner Hotel and our experience was not very pleasant. Appart from some of the wellness we experienced during our stay, the rest was horrible! Our first night at dinner was very disappointing. The fish smelled & tasted horribly. No variety in meat - no alternative chicken dish. I fell sick during my 3 day stay due to the food on the first night. The hospitality in the restaurant is not welcoming at all. No one to reception us at the restaurant. The service personnel were not ... pleasant in their ways of speaking with customers - very cold and ill mannered - it widely showed the personnel had no experience in hôtellerie services. The manager of the restaurant was not patient enough to listen to what we wanted to say. Before we can finish our sentence, she had already left without saying anything - this is very disrespectful & rued. However, there was one person - Bruno Fernandez who was extremely nice, very patient, respectful and pleasant to talk to. It showed that Bruno had the experience and the personality to be in the hotel business. In general, our view points: - food horrible - no hospitality - lack of language skills to communicate with people at the wellness - eg. thearapists - service horrible at the restaurant - cook at breakfast - too young who burnt my omlette - personnel at the restaurant inexperienced - wellness - the Chinese thearapist was very cold, not polite in her ways of receptioning people and gave out negative vibes, which did not help me to relax (maybe because she did not know how to speak English or French) - pure waste of money - the Aryuveda doctor was the best out of them all in the wellness section - Bruno Fernandez was the best out of them all in the restaurant - bar section - personnel with limited language skills. Important to have at least English or French. Simple German is not suffice. - the room had black insects - on bed & floor read hotel review

For a short stay just right. Hotel would have to be, that the hotel's pool was being renovated. The arrangement was 1 free daily entrance to the thermal centre. If the pool is not usable, could have for the whole stay free entry into the lindnerthermen (different times a day) possible. Since many years we visit 2-3 times a year leukerbad. In the Hotel Lindner we feel ourselves always in very good hands. The breakfast buffet is magnificent and the service perfect. read hotel review

The wing of the hotel in which we were, is rather old, the bathroom rather ancient. The beds were very comfortable and the room snug. The distance to the train with ski and boots rather far, without not a problem. Was great, that one with the torrentbahn mountain railway its ski and ski boots include in a safety deposit box and you had to the way not always with full luggage. The breakfast was super, there no wishes are left unfulfilled. Convenient is the thermal baths area, the to the hotel heared. After skiing in the warm water, that was ... good. read hotel review

We were now already for the 8. time lindner hotel. Everything is perfect, we feel is almost like at home and will certainly come back again. No matter, when you come here, boring it will never. In the winter skiing, while the other seasons hiking and the whole thing with bathing and wellness rounddown. read hotel review
