Resort with 200 rooms. Außenzustand more or less fine. The hotel building made the impression of a motel feel. All entrances are exterior doors. The quality the doors and locks the a motel. We had a standard room with a 28 meter ² booked and had also gotten. On the 3. floor (corner room number 367) with huge balcony and view of the parking lot. Our room had a small 'living room' with a work desk, tv, sofa (very worn), armchair (not fit the sofa), coffee table and fridge (in the desk tucked away, therefore not very loud). Then followed a small 'corridor' with sliding and bathroom. The bathroom is although it is very small, but tiled. The badezimmerlampen have already recognized rust, the wasserzuleitung to toilet, likewise. It was a clean shower curtain available. The towels would on request changed daily. There was no minibar. In the 'bedroom' we had a king size bed and another tv. A dresser with safe and drawers is also available. What is missing is another mirror (bathroom mirror is the only on the whole room) and a mirror. Hilton-level or price-performance ratio was not quite.

There was a main restaurant and a pool bar. We were on the 25 december the first night in the hotel and have the offer 'christmas dinner buffet ' for the price of $48 and 18% service charge (Hilton thuds the usual 15% or 3% on it) + tax taken into account. Very disappointing, it was a really very dearless presentation of the dishes, just a juxtaposition of the various dishes. No decoration, no sufficient description of the offered dishes. The dessert (apple pie) even in a aluschale presented. The quality of the dishes had kantinendurchschnitt. There was no christmas decorations in the restaurant. For a Hilton Hotel i would have expected more. We then for the following breakfasts and dinner other local in the area visited.

The friendliness at the reception was-contrary to the experience in other hotels and motels in Florida - rather cold. The warmth of the guest greeting is missing. German could the receptionist not. The room was cleaned well. Here is nothing to complain about. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Sport and fitness studio we didn't use. Animation beach and pool was not available, what we to have very much welcomed. The condition the beach chairs was alright and this always sufficiently available. Sun screens were not necessary, since there were enough palm trees and trees are available, the shade. It was more a little lie is available. Beach and pool were well maintained. Showers are available.

The resort is very idyllic by palm trees and mangroves edged toward bayside. Hotel-owned fine, well-kept sandy beach directly behind the hotel. The beach is in two beaches divided, which from mangroves are separated. On the first beach is the pool bar and the possibility water sports activities, but not disturbing, as it is located very as a part of stops. The 2. beach is small and an absolute oasis. A small schiffsanlagestelle invited to watch sunsets and sirenians a, who sew in beach to their domicile have. 2 pools - separated by waterfalls-a for children, a for adults (quiet pool ) are also available. Anytime were enough loungers available. The next point with shopping, restaurants approximately 8 minutes by car. The dolphin resarch center (millimeter 59 direction Key West) approximately 40 minutes by car. To the public transportation i can't say, i didn't care.
