The rooms in the hotel are large and bright. In the shower ( in the inhabited rooms have about 6 people space for showering, so everything was very generously geschitten. The furniture was bright and the balcony was also nice big (with line for wet towels)

There were enough selection, there was something for every taste, but unfortunately the food was not always really warm.

The staff has always a smile on their lips and were always accommodating. The communication was easy and the warmth simply excelled.

Nearby was as good as everything available. By bus after varna, since there is a large shopping mall, but there were also many shops in the direction beach and on the beach promenade along. The water in the pool was colder than the sea, but the areas for sunbathing and umgebungsbereich was always clean. The beach itself was also clean :-)

The rooms were top comfortable and were every day super clean! In the hotel are all altrsgruppen represented and also the various interests the vacationer as fulfilled. ( aktionsurlaub, relaxing vacation suitable for everyone)

If you wants to have his peace the hotel is exactly good for the vacation, as if you parties would like to experience. The walk to the beach is short ( about 5 minutes= comfortable course)

The room was cleaned daily and there was always fresh towels. The room had a small tv, a fridge which was very nice. Our bathroom had a modern shower. Everything was very tidy.

The food wasn't varied and furthermore never warm. It was also partly not durchgagert and therefore not enjoyable. My daughter after the 3, day a stomach intestine virus and from there no more at the buffet eaten. Thus we were in the supermarket rely on.

The service was ok. The staff worked very hard and friendly. Complaints were directly against taken and worked on. The staff could speak German.

The entertainers were very good and always had something to offer. From darts to Zumba everything was represented. The mini club and the mini disco were also very good. In the lobby you could wi-fi in the internet. The pool and the snack-bars were clean and in good condition.

Hotel was clean, but that was already everything. With the baby carriage one came only over stairs without ramps further. Unless you drove from the lobby into the room with the lift then it went. In the lobby bar loud music and many drunk. The food was always cold, not diverse and partly not through cooked. In the hotel there was just all inclusive to book. The room was sufficient and always clean. The pools were cold, that however also because of the season was. It were lots of russians in the hotel, however merely also a few German.

To the beach it was not so far. However was the way there an adventure. The sidewalks and the driving style of the locals were catastrophic. To the hotel's own beach, the only for the hotel guests was, drove a free shuttle bus. This offer but we never taken into account. Numerous shops there were also nearby. There were also many leisure offers imagined.

Superior room without an extra charge bookable, are in the new building. The new rooms are clean, large and bright. The bathroom is good with a massive shower. The tv is tiny. There is a fridge, climate (20€ deposit), Telephone, wäscheleine for wet towels on the balcony. The beds are quite small.

There are 2 same buffet in the restaurant and there was a lot of selection. Drinks there was a small bar. There is a person and served approximately 100 people. It takes sometimes. Directly 2 order. However are plates rarity. It is reasonably clean and the staff tried every to clear plates, the was empty. This found lots of guests as rude. But there are at least Again new plates at the buffet. It is very noisy, therefore rather on the terrace food, with view of the sea. It tasted to some extent, However it was not very warm. With such a large buffet you might not expect more. The quality of the dishes is however very bad. 6 of 6 people in a week problems with the stomach. But then you find something for itself. Simply nothing greasy food, but difficult could.

The staff understands enough German and English. Every day it was the room cleaned. There is a laundry service, doctor and child care. We didn't have any complaints.

There is a tennis court in the neighboring hotel. Table tennis there is in the hotel. The pools are nice, we use mostly the smaller pool to the street. It is quiet. At the front pool is always hustle and bustle. The beach is great, that water but full of seaweeds. This perhaps to our month. We were told, that the July and August better. You can in small areas with a towel are. For more beautiful beach and water you should however a liege, including umbrella rent. For 2 people 15€ per day. Jetski 20 minutes 30€ Parasailing 20€ Bananaboot 30€

In my opinion the hotel is rather clean, at least in new building. If you are not in the old building land, you have to a superior room book. Lobby and restaurant are clean, but worn. The pools are excellent. We were there at the beginning of September and there were mainly russians on location.

The hotel is the penultimate in the 2 of three rows. Through the ladenzone takes about 10 minutes to the beach. Over the stairs you need approximately 7 to 8 minutes. These steps is not, as many say 'lethal'. At least, if you are under 75 years. It is located right above the party and shopping mall. You hear on the balcony however nothing. From the hotel, start all kinds of excursions.

In the room is the facilities everything as you want it. For the climate to a deposit deposit, but we in September not at all used. The cleaning lady speak bent over backwards. Only-what a terrible bother us-the volume. Both its neighbors, the chairs on the tiled floor or the window open or late at night from parties return you can hear very loud. Worse however the background noise during the evening show. Despite having the window closed hear you can mutually not whisper hear. You would think, you sleep directly on the stage. Well, we had we room with a view of the sea, but the was a large tree blocked.

There are 3 bars, where you almost nonstop drinks - also alcoholic-can get. Dinner you should not at o'clock, as it looks with a seat bad. The plates were cleared away immediately, as soon as one ate, it is no matter wether still which on the plate or which location the cutlery is. It was however mostly clean everywhere in the restaurants. To eat I must say, that somehow everything tasted the same and we are happy, again German kitchen at home enjoy must. Cakes and desserts are just very sweet and otherwise without much taste. Luckily were signs hung up, that you the restaurant not in bathing suits entering and during our time of vacation all abided by it. Everywhere you can find boxes, in a donation can throw. With tips it is in all-inclusive a bit difficult.

The staff are ' always make an effort' friendly and helpful to be, but often fails it to the language skills. With English one does not come much further than with German, apart from the animators can only little staff trilingual fully equipped. The kids are in the kids club. This would be up to 12 years, but my recent (7) has persuasion cost, with the whole mini -children effect. The average age there is but certainly vary. The rooms are cleaned daily, except for the day before departure and if you gave the cleaning lady 2 lewa powder, decorated it nice figures from towels. Over laundry and doctor, as well as complaints I can't write anything, since not occurred.

Bravo-bravo-bravo... Great! The you can hear from the entertainers constantly. The have a really tough job, you however good. The whole day belustigen you the people with volleyball, water aerobics, Zumba, water polo, and the children in the kids club. Evenings is always children's disco announced (rather something for up to -year-old) and then there was a show for adults - only on monday they are free. The beach is as mentioned above to reach, there are at the pool as well as at the beach sufficient sun screens and loungers. Everything is super clean. At the guests-beach I was from the toilets positively surprised, I agree a lewa for use. Free of charge wi-fi in the lobby. As you can say, one was in Bulgaria surfing. ;-)

- offering a clear view 300 -room-hotel, missing informal atmosphere ( this size) It is clean and tidy, the groups of seats in the lobby but already seen better days. All inclusive possible. Especially German, russians and romanians. Especially of families with small and large children, as well as groups of young people visited.

The beach is both a stepped way (the main beach ), as well as by free shuttle bus ( for the hotel guests and cheaper ) reachable. To the airport or the center from varna also buses, by the travel guide is much entertainment program offered. It is enough sometimes but also from, just almost adjoining market or the party mile to visit... You can both well reachable on foot.

I had a room with park view, very clean, with balcony, TV, telephone.

The quality of the food was normal.

Everything, starting with room service, ending to the entertainment were excellent!

The water was very good for a bath, even in the middle of september.

We were very pleased with the services and the hotel in generel. I was there with a group of 45 persons.

The location is good, but a little bit far from the beach.

Air conditioning went only with a remote control the bottom at the front desk for 20,- deposit could borrow. Coffee is very took some getting used to Which very pleasant was the we on the departure day the all-inclusive offer use, although noisy description the offer only to for breakfast went. But as we evenings only flew it was for us very pleasant.

Meal have been partly somewhat warmer could, and a bit more seasoned but overall you could eat it.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating you could communicate with all good.

Animation for children was very good, but for adults rather poor The hotel's own beach with the shuttle service good was very clean. Loungers and cushions and sun screen have circa 10,- cost for one day you could probably make.

The rooms were very nice and were every day cleaned there were towels also every day new. Very little entertainment possibilities in the hotel. Were perhaps at a very late stage as it were many older people there.

The distance to the beach was fine. Over stairs one was about minutes at the beach and the promenade. There was everything down at the promenade and the sides streets but the second day you knew the whole offer the traders. There was on the promenade a few beautiful pub the local red horse or the Bierkönig were very good.

We had a family room booked. The two separate room, combined with a sliding door, with two bathrooms, were big enough. Tv, fridge, balcony, telephone available. A safe is however only at the front desk to rent. The air conditioning against a fee from 20 €to be booked. As we older area lived, were the beds and bathrooms with run-down. Partly stood already for the feathers from the beds, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom... We say dirty. Despite daily cleaning, smelled after urine. The washbasin was never correctly clean, as well as water tap totally calcified and mirror dirty. A absolute no-go!

We are really not picky, but this food is not acceptable. Either cold, overcooked, raw or not enjoyable. Only rarely found something enjoyable. Good however were the daily freshly preparing pancakes. However after two weeks you can get those not see more. At the glasses- and besteckauswahl you had to always krititsch evaluate, so you' clean' dishes get (from water stains completely apart). The large dining room more like a cafeteria, accordingly loud and uncomfortable. Pleasant it is on the terrace, there one must however usually wait for an empty spot.

The staff hard-working mostly, the front desk was always friendly. A communication in German was mostly possible. The cleaning of the rooms however leaves much to be desired. Complaints were friendly but however not turned off. The waiters in the food area is efficient, has however of professional work no idea.

An animation was offered daily, which always hard-working. The evening entertainment was however very simple kept. Wifi is in the lobby free of charge available, partly also on the balcony in the room. Pools were always clean. In the back were however the loungers already in the morning by the popular handtuchreservierer occupied and also the pool always well visited. In front of the house there is a smaller pool and a large number of sun loungers and umbrellas. There it was pleasantly quiet and manageable.

Hotel more like a better youth hostel. The cleanliness generally leaves much to be desired. The all inclusive we mostly not taken into account, there the food was usually cold. The types of people are very not particularly good ( German, austrians and russians)

The distance to the public beach is in 5 minutes over a schwindelige, bad stairs to reach. The hotel's own beach ( with which one as well as the loungers rent must), is on a hourly busshuttleverkehr to reach. On foot about 45 minutes. Advantageous for this is the quiet, however on the downside the adjoining sewage plant. Shops are in the immediate vicinity possible, unfortunately also the adjoining red-light district.

Already on arrival dirty and this remained the whole week so. Dirty towels and dirty bedding. Stinky sewage channels from the bathroom. Clogged drain. Room will late 'cleaned'. Good air conditioning and cold fridge. Small balcony with wäscheleine.

Seats as table-ware not sufficiently and dirty. Witnessed food, always the same. From the meal gets one intestine -problem and stomach. Tables are too quickly cleared. Too few fruit for all of the guest. Noise level very high.

Unfriendly staff, the cleaning ladies the room in a miserable state leaving. Not helpful staff. Barkeeper and animation very friendly.

Pool has a good location. 3 floors with different water depth, inclusive animation and music. Pool bar problem enduring reachable. A indoor pool for early risers. Another pool in front of the hotel, very quiet, not enough beach chairs. Very clean, wi-fi... All together beautiful pools.

The hotel has a good location, is directly at geschäftstraße. In comparison to other hotels rather peaceful location. Hotel doesn't deserve any stars.

The location is good, is directly at the geschäftstraße, is however nice and quiet. For walks is varna rather unsuitable, shopping in the center even just for fat wallets. Souvenirs better in the own geschäftstraße buy. Beautiful sea with partly to high waves for swimming, unserieuse monitoring, clean beach.
