Mold in the shower, no lighting at work (2 defective bulbs), computer printouts costs 30 cents per page, slow internet. Not recommendable. One wonders, which this hotel for a 'best' hotel qualified. read more

Very beautiful, family-run hotel in easy access to Augsburg and surroundings. Staff really friendly and nice, excellent kitchen, very good breakfast. Definitely try once! read more

Very good location and traffic connections. The room was very spacious and newly equipped. Refrigerator/mini-bar, in-room, flat screen tv, very good Internet connection, large bathroom with a window. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Sauna area new, small but nice. Breakfast buffet without what would be lacking. The on-site restaurant is to be recommended. read more

We would definitely go again! We were traveling with the bikes and, despite dirt and dust warmly welcomed. The atmosphere in the whole hotel was so wonderful, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. In the morning we enjoyed the rich breakfast with fresh fruit salad. The senior of the hotel we were given a wonderful tip-finished script! - for our radweiterfahrt! For everyone and jederfrau can only be recommended! read more

We have 1 night at the best hotel Zeller spent. The staff was super friendly and also otherwise fit has everything was wonderful. Due to the Frühbucherrabattes we had a very, very good price/performance ratio. read more

Nice hotel, parking spaces behind the hotel, staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Room quality is very good. The breakfast and the breakfast room was clearly been neglected in Verhäktnis to the rest of hotel. read more
