The large hotel is tucked away with a beautiful large pool, the rooms a bit dated but clean. We had the hotel with half board booked.

For a 2 weeks before booked vacation to the budget price of 375€ with half board in the high season, we were positively surprised.
Unfortunately the hotel is badly soundproofed and already somewhat worn. But our rooms very clean and also spacious. Only Mango: the rooms have no fridge.
At our arrival worked the air conditioning 2 days not. This complaint was however from the reception very weak respectively not at all treated.
The statement I don't know when the caretaker comes, perhaps today evening late or morning, or at the Monday, was not very satisfactory.
It worked then again ... from Monday. This was but also the only negative experience which we can demonstrate.
A garden in the, in case there is no pool chair got, offset, there is unfortunately not and against afternoon it was around the pool already very full.
The value for money is but absolutely okay. read more

The Hotel Royal is somewhat outdated and still to mass processing. Line up at the buffet is here normal. The coffee for breakfast is very hard to get used to. The drinks prices are very high. The shower by the pool was not business and the loungers already occupied early. The Lake Garda and the city could be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. A small supermarket is in 10 minutes reachable. The hotel is opposite the hotel on a large dusty sand. If you're lucky, you get a parking space in the underground garage beside old wrecks, shelves ..., Kartoffelstiegen and other Containers. read more

For a three-star hotel in this price range it was completely reasonable. The mattresses need urgently exchanged and a few Repairs in the rooms be made. The staff were very friendly and attempted, to fulfill every request. The pool is unfortunately for small children less suitable (1.70 meters deep).

The only great at the hotel is the location. We had ants in the room, heating there was only in the bathroom, the room was cold. The food is very minimalist and you should't be hungry. Drinks for food are very expensive and you tried by long waiting periods between courses still drinks to sell. We had the hotel Palm posted to the two more houses belong and the hotel management then decides the accommodation, the criteria we know unfortunately not, the royal seemed however the worst choice.
You can only hope the one beautiful weather and as long as ... possible outside of the hotel stop can, as the beach was apart from that fantastically beautiful and we will go back. read more

The reception and check-in were uncomplicated. The room was very noisy. In the outer buildings with no elevator. Unfortunately the food was not varied and you had to wait in line for a long time in order to get anything. At the breakfast the next to each other so that you had to wait. Everything was perfect and nothing to complain about, if you didn't have too exaggerated expectations (rooms were a bit worn, but very clean). Everything was clean, but in need of renovation. The staff was very friendly and spoke German. Underground garage available. The food there was every evening a salad buffet. Then there was a starter and main from which you could choose from three. Then dessert. It was a nice and relaxing holiday. We would definitely go back. read more

A fairly renovierbedürftiges hotel in a good location, the beach and the city center is reachable in ten.
The food is very gewo stretching of renovation. The breakfast is everything available, rolls but not really enjoyable. Pasta and salad for dinner tasty, the rest... Oh well.
Fearful in this hotel also not be, as it in the Eckzimmern in the field of krankenhausbalkons is very easy, of a to the next to get.

We are a couple between 61 u.63. Made for the third time holiday I n this hotel. We were traveling the whole day, so we don't put on luxury. The room are clean and spacious. The food is fine. Price/performance ratio is OK. read more

The selection of appetizers, as well as the main courses, usually three different options were both the quantity and also the quality was perfect. But drinks always had to be paid in the evening in the bar!
Unfortunately was the condition of the hotel was not convincing. Several broken tiles at the pool were broken and been very sharp. You can tell the charm of the 70er in the whole hotel.

All in all for a short stay to recommend. The location of the hotel is good and it are plenty of parking available. Only the cleanliness in the bathroom is to complain about. Food and drinks were plentiful and very good taste. The staff at the reception was very inattentive, some would say also ignore opportunities. read more

The hotel has perhaps deserves the name 'Royal' once, but it is a long time ago. The run down condition of the entire facility

We were four nights at the Royal hotel in Garda.
Location is great. Only about five minutes from the centre of Garda.
The hotel is at the beginning but hard to find!
Hotel pool was also very beautiful. were always enough beach chairs available.
The room were something in need of renovation. But for four nights OK. Walls were thin, so we could hear everything from the next room. We also had visit of cockroaches in our room, what not particularly beautiful was.
Breakfast was unfortunately not always refilled. means is can the late risers who may get no bacon ... or fruit.
Sausage and cheese were not chilled. Thus the salami already saturated fat, is what also not very appetizing.
This hotel is more than average.

I was four days in this hotel and was very pleased, the decor is a typical three star hotel, in the you fixtures and television once acceptable.
The food was very good and plentiful (half board) variety of two starters and two main courses including a great anti Pasta Bar.
The pool is very large with plenty of pool chairs.
The golf course is five minutes away and belongs to the group Chincherini.
Green 23 for guests
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Since I'm on several occasions to Garda, I will again in the Chincherini book a hotel ... group.

Pieces were spread out over the whole room. A complaint was only after three days of success. The food Luke warm, the dining room to close occupied, so that it was not the salad buffet came through.
