Hotel Quinta Dos Oliveiras^{(3 stars)}

We have stayed several times at the Quinta Dos Oliveiras and always perfect stay, so that we did our next holiday at Cristina and her family. For a relaxing stay everything was available.

By car is Lagoa and Carvoeiro with shopping and entertainment possibilities within easy reach. Also many beaches are nearby.

The beautiful rooms are big enough and have two beds with a dresser, two armchairs with table, TV, heating/air conditioning and a mini fridge. All rooms have a balcony or terrace with a table, 2 chairs and an umbrella. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower curtain, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom vanity unit Waschtisches there was a rentable safe. The rooms are furnished typical of the country and the condition of the furniture was ok.

Breakfast is served from 08:30 before a gazebo right by the swimming pool. The buffet is plentiful and very tasty. There were freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges of the own gardens, coffee or 3 kinds of tea, rolls, toast and brioche. Of cold cuts, cheese, bacon and sausages. There are 2 homemade jam and honey, and cereal and yogurt. There were daily fresh fruit and freshly prepared eggs, from their own hens. Up to the closing time always got re-filled.

The good soul of Quinta is her boss Christina. She spoke very good English and a little German. Your family and their 3 staff members were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were cleaned every day, the towels were changed every 2 days for a stay of 1 week and once in between the sheets. Questions and complaints ( a broken light bulb ) were immediately taken care of. Where appropriate, restaurant reservations made for free. Perfect in every way!

The not heated swimming pool is very well maintained, and big enough for the number of guests. There were enough beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a shower. Tuesday evening, the owner a bbq night at the Poolpavillon, either fish, or meat. In addition there is bread and salad, wine, coffee and a Digestiv. For € 20 , -

The beautiful, family-run country hotel with 14 double rooms is mostly German and British holidaymakers booked all ages, the tranquility of this gem combines love. The whole area was very neat and clean. The hotel offered breakfast.

The Quinta is located on the southern outskirts of Lagoa, approx 70 km west from Faro airport, on a quiet gounds were well cared for. To the beach to Carvoeiro about 7 km. Within about 2 km there were 2 large supermarkets. There are several restaurants in Lagoa and many in Carvoeiro, where there are a few bars. The hotel is very convenient for excursions to the sea and in the mountains. The hotel is located on a closed property in a Mediterranean park and has 2 floors.

We had a double room. It had two together gerückte beds. So you could Schlafverhalten regardless of the other sleep in. TV with international channels is very small and depends on in the corner. The bathroom is comfortable and clean.

The breakfast offered by the hotel is not very varied. There was every day eggs in variations, sausage, ham, cheese, tomatoes, red and yellow jam, honey, fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, soluble coffee, tea, yeast raised croissant and white rolls. But unfortunately no fish.

The Christina speaks perfect English and a few tatters German, were very open minded and positive, a original! I will miss you. The rooms were cleaned every day to the utmost satisfaction.

The pool was fantastic, as there are installed to underwater speakers and so schwimmst du to Vivaldi herself! Loved it!

The hotel gave me the impression of a welcoming Villa. It is next to the apartment for the owners 14 guestrooms. Each room has a patio. There is a spacious living room with fireplace.

Remote offers peace before mass tourism. With a rental car you're but in 2 minutes in that place, where at least two supermarkets and restaurants. "Tia Rosa" for example us with original Portuguese specialties and good wine while those. The picturesque beaches are by car in less than 10 minutes.

The cleanliness and the furniture left nothing to be desired. Towels were every second day and sheets changed every day. Our room wasn't very big and we have missed a bin or something like that.

We loved the breakfast ample and well - rolls, toast, homemade jams, eggs in different preparations, ham, cheeses, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit salad ... You can use the hotel crockery and cutlery during the day if you want to dine.

Friendliness was capitalized here. Maria Cristina and team from morning to night on the legs, to the guests to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Maria spoke English and a little German. The rooms got cleaned daily. You can book a transfer from the airport (20Euro/person).

The hotel is small, about 15 rooms, it has two floors, it is very clean and well maintained. The building is really nice and accurated, the decor is very unique. Each room has air conditioning, and a small refrigerator. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The orange trees right on your doorstep. During our stay there were only German guests were present. Breakfast is only served.

For those looking for some peace and tranquility, the location is ideal. However a rental car is a must as the distance to the beaches as well as to the supermarkets are quite large. Parking is right on the premises.
