The hotel has a very good location! Directly at the beach and in the immediate vicinity the shops! The hotel has 54 rooms, the normal and simply equipped. The hygiene is not really good. Dust and flusen everywhere. It was every day cleaned but also if the cleaning lady was nice. Really clean the rooms not. You can endure but for 4 stars you expect more. Bad was, that it constantly after sewage stank! One had sometimes the feeling, one would be in a a septic tank. One day before departure we had bad weather and lots of guests were ... in the room as it again in such a thrust was. Within seconds were the guests almost all on the balcony! Because we by car arrived, required we a parking space. We booked through way, de in DERTOUR. It was the garage different descriptions! Once this included in the price, even if this up to 12 Euro on the day, in the catalog circa 14 Euro, on the way there told us at the front desk 14 Euro and later 13,50 Euro. In front of the hotel one can hardly guest parking. None from the hotel come to the help, no with. Directly upon arrival stress. Service the 4 star great looks safe better. You had the impression, one is the hotel completely no matter. If you all the time except for eight, you can nevertheless wonderful days and with lots of patience and goodwill, also wonderful days in this hotel spend. read more

Difficult to describe! The rooms are although okay but not clean. Toilet is partially not attached and it is water the facilities such as toilet and washbasin. If you have a white glove test would, then this is black and full of dirt, although every day cleaned.

Only the service was nice. All other were always in a hurry, a drilled in the mouth and kellnerte then cheerful further. The food was in the 1st days very bad then but apparently slightly better or we only got used to it. Mostly the food was lukewarm or cold, but you could eat it (if you have a lot of hungry). The drinks were way too expensive and the prices in the map were wrong, so we in the restaurant nothing more to drink. Was really cleanly it also not. Hotel and restaurant make superficial a clean impression but if you closer look one sees fast, everything dirty was. Knife heavily stained and covered with fingertatschen. Plates with leftovers.

One was tried but you had the impression, one had with the staff not really joy on the guest. There was a waitress, the always a smile but had all other had almost always a angry view mood and friendliness there is apparently a foreign word. Instead of the guest all wishes from the eyes to read, The cleaning of the rooms was however available but not the wanted score. The laundry was every day changed. Complaints were heard, but brought no improvement. In the restaurant were tickets from, but all the cards had a other price. We paid despite complaint the highest price.
