The room was nicely appointed. There the bed was very low, we have to increase asked. The next day was a further mattress inserted.

We were satisfied with the food, however, we had other hotels in recent years better food. Very good was the meal in an italian à la carte restaurant.

Already at check in we were very friendly welcomes, got a great room. Also the chambermaid was very friendly and has ensured, that we have a higher mattress and a warm blanket. In addition we got every day a beautiful decoration on the bed and fresh towels.

We had a great room with a magnificent view of the sea. The complex is really nice. Unfortunately the place is at the moment a construction site and the paths are in heavy rain underwater.

The hotel is directly at the beach, to the airport it was about 30 minutes. 50 meters away from the hotel there are some shops, however, we found the other bazaars (to the mosque right to the end of the village) nice. In town there are a few bus stops and in the 30-minute-long distance runs a bus to Serik. From there you can with another bus to Belek go.

We had the pictures of the rooms on the internet seen. However the beds are very low. Who at check in say something, get a 2 mattress top. Great! The room and the bathroom are very dark and the lighting is like the corridor-sparse. The cleaning of the rooms was bad. Also a conversation with the housekeeper changed nothing. She has a ' large black Buch' and noted everything. Change does however nothing. The hotel consists of 3 blocks. According to other guests We have a room in the new block will receive, in addition later more. Our vacation was of at the end of february until early march. The 2008 in the eastern style hotel, has 526 rooms spread over 5 floors and three interconnected buildings, in an area of 30 to 000 square meter. The hotel is directly at the extensive sand/pebble beach, where beach chairs and umbrellas for free use available. From the Airport Antalya after bogazkent is about 54 kilometer. from the hotel to Belek circa 9 kilometer and to Manavgat about 48 kilometer. shopping possibilities on location, are limited. There one should already to Belek, side, Kumköy or Manavgat, what with the Dolmuş not easy and is time consuming. Taxi prices, Belek 35,00 Euro, Manavgat 85,00 Euro, negotiable. Excursions could be locally with a native offerer or on the guide. Difficult the walk, after it rained. The apartments were for 5 people very nice small. The other rooms were generous decorated. Allers nice in the asian style. Unfortunately very nice dark. In the bathroom are already wear phenomena to see. Apart from that, everything was clean and tidy. 2 flatscreen tv, balcony, air conditioning

We had booked all inclusive - the food was really great. Despite 2 weeks stay very varied. Much fresh fruits and vegetables, salads, cheese, delicious meat dishes-everything delicious ☺. Of course no pork cutlet. Unfortunately no ice cream. Beverages was whole day over available, different teas and coffees, cocktails, juices, beer, wine and much more. Everything very clean, was quickly refilled. The waiters very friendly and courteous.

We only friendly, very lovely people. Many of the tourism arbeitetenden speak fluent german, english or russian. When buying the most traders of course german, for example, because many Germany come.

Relatively small fitness center and small swimming pool. Super children animation, very kind and friendly. The entertainment events in the evening for us were all of the total hit, super funny and entertaining. The kingpin of the force is a multi-faceted, gifted great entertainer. Conclusion : the shows are very worth seeing! Great music! It was annoying for us tourists are, then after the show only their heimatmusik want to hear and they complain, that only 5 hits was played. We had 2 family apartments -2 families = 4 adults and 6 children aged 8a 16. Three quarters of an hour from the Airport Antalya away, directly at the beach, shopping directly in front of place. The town of bogazkent 10 minutes walk. Belek by bus or taxi 10 minutes away. Important and new for us:in the Turkey are only the hotels built and then comes the infrastructure! So overall only construction site. Good starting point for excursions. (Manavgat, mountain safari, Antalya, perge, aspendos...)

Very good. But the lighting!? For evenings a bit too few and a decoration-light we could not at all issue. The beds famnden we super comfortable and also the restlichaussteattung was great.

So first of all once all really friendly even mr the always with the brush through the area run is a nice to nodded! We (the child) were very satisfied with the food! We enjoyed the Schnitzel not missing there was so many other treats. Also various beverages has it not lack.

I speak several languages and had no communication problems. If you only the deutschensprache skills here and there could strauchels come, however therefor there is then the bellmen who speak german very well. We had a problem with the bathroom, that was repaired quickly that we almost have forgotten that it was broken.

Mini disco and kids club were a hit! It was evening too loud but the rest of us thrilled by the entertainment. The pool was cleaned straight and the other was extremely dirty... It didn't bother us, but the child would be safe in a sauberenpool gsprungen. The indoor pool was perfect nice and warm. A deficiency has, in my view, all pools. They are too deep for children under 1.60 meters. Our small is 1.52 and could not.

The hotel and its grounds are spacious and comfortable at the same time. We had no problems with the internet or the pool temperature and boring us at largest efforts not. The audience was very mixed (age and nationality) which we very much welcome the could. A majority of the guests was only there for two days with some good was, some people you can never quite make. And if next permanently gemäckert and after errors were looking for this is not so funny. But most guests seemed happy and satisfied ☺

Direct at the beach with the only with stones affected is. Not far from shops of every kind. About minutes gehabstanden are uspermarkt and bazaar and even closer a few small boutiques. We are not with the bus but in the walk several times seen. It is in the place and in hotel proximity much under construction, which did not disturb however still good is to know.

Ray of hope in this house are the rooms. Very big and tastefully decorated. Cleanliness was very good and the cleaning ladies were always nice and friendly.

Lots of guests had a sweater or a jacket in the restaurant at, i also, it was just cold! The selection of food was not what you from a 4.5 star hotel presents. Lunch and dinner were the offers food often lukewarm or cold.

As certain receptionist only turkish or english, it is difficult on german to inform itself. Exception is judit from the gästebetreunung. On complaints, for example access to the internet, was not received (the room with a computer was locked and not open.)

A sauna and hammam available, hammam but with 50 Euro but very expensive. The condition the pool (floor and cleanliness) is very questionable.

The best part of this hotel are the rooms, large and very tastefully decorated. Room cleaning was always top. Mixed guest structure germans, swiss, english and korean.

Travel time from the airport about 30 minutes. Directly at the beach and a few small shops on site. Otherwise it is very quiet in Belek bogazkent. With minibus only with change to Belek possible.
