Kempinski is not always just kempinksi. I was not sure how many ' stars' i am here to give, because if it is only to the room itself i probably would no more than 3 -because the room was not really a 'kempinski standard'.
The room very simple furnished, nothing special - especially for the price expected a bit more! Every other hotel i have ever in Munich was, is certainly not worse-which the room is concerned!
The bathroom off course very nice, no question. Very pleasant is the very short walk to the terminal-which makes just some! The location ... could not be better!
The staff was extremely friendly - one felt from the check-in was very comfortable!
The breakfast i'd say perfect-excellent-it could not be better!
The price is just unfortunately somewhat overpriced i must say - especially for the room!

The most positive at the beginning: the accessibility with transport. For people who travel by plane the hotel is great. From the terminal to the hotel is the way on footh only about 10 minutes. The s-bahn station is just 5 minutes on foot away. However is the way from the hotel to the city center far, about 45 minutes with the S-Bahn. The check-in and check-out is quick and easy. The staff are friendly, accommodating and as for a hotel at the airport belongs, multi-lingual. The ambience is modern and not to everyone's taste. The lobby is huge, drafty ... and uncomfortable. It has the charm a station concourse. Here centraly you don't like. The double rooms are functional and normally furnished, no hint of luxury. Through the good clearly isolierverglasung it was pleasantly quiet in the room. The breakfast is extensive and international. The audience is international. read more

Very good airport -hotel with a excellent wellness/fitness area. Impressive fitness room with lots of devices. Saunas and big pool. Rooms okay, bath in this category not completely modern anymore.
Breakfast with very much selection, quality however my experience not optimal.

If you are not the tiefschläfer is, definitely not a room to the inner courtyard take, at night is in the courtyard a constantly changing lighting by cycle. The curtains are a close, but around them shines through, I constantly woke us up.
The mattresses are rock-hard.
The telephone request early check-in, was not taken care of.
On the instruction, that the lichtwechsel in the courtyard very unpleasant to insomnias leads, was just dismissed. With the comment: I could next time a more expensive room book, that would be guaranteed after the exterior of the hotel. ( I think that ... this is not a helpful instruction, but very patronising)
To all bad I in the room, next to the washbasin 2 rings forget. When I then call asked, were these rings disappeared. ( either is not properly cleaned in the hotel, that the cleaning staff 2 rings directly to the sink overlooked could, or the hotel should times the staff change, because this does not seem reliable to be)
I got no real aid, only the comment: I would have the rings also at another place lost Indirectly I felt showed, that I didn't have the truth would say) read more

Were as a couple for one night in the airport hotel and very impressed. Location directly between terminal 1 and 2 and therefore ideal if you an early flight from Munich and a little further arrivals must. In 2 minutes you are in the airport and a great breakfast in buffet form nehmen. Room large, spacious, clean and modern. Top! read more

A very nice hotel for a short break. We have the stay with a visit to the live sportscast right at the hotel ( give and go pass) connected. Were evenings in the sauna. It was very nice and relaxed!
The trip to the city takes approximately 40 minutes. The tickets are also not very cheap. A simple travel costs 10 €, daily ticket for 2a 20 €, 3 day pass for 2a 5 persons - 50 Euro. I was at the longer stay a hotel in the town recommend. read more

The hotel is in my opinion of average size and beauty. Lots of glass. The cleanliness was too many excellent. In the hallways and on our toilet it smelled however temporarily easy access to sewage. The guests, as we saw, were too many male and in the suit. Women were only in the higher ages and always in company. read more

Closer to two terminals sleep almost not more except one sleeps at the terminal.
In the hotel/ room you get from the airport nothing with. 2 minutes footpath and you are on the Lufthansa check in.
A good restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices. Choice of buffet and à-la-carte. Quality and tasted really good. Before 6 hours there is a small breakfast, which certainly for poor offer with about 15 €absolutely overpriced is. Then rather on the breakfast buffet wait or organize yourself.
The rooms are unfortunately already somewhat limited style but in good condition.
Next time we would ... however a standard room select, since we do not really a tangible difference in the higher room type have noticed. read more

We booked the hotel inclusive 1 week gargenplatz, the hotel is directly at the airport is well equipped and has practically equipped room. To the terminal one drives, the staff is very friendly and courteous. If you only a week fly it is reasonably priced with the garage very attractive. read more

The Kempinski is very convenient to the airport.
It is very functional. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi front desk in the room with the I pad not. A great shame!

I would like, as follows the inadequacies not only through its staff check out, as well as the one of a 5 star hotel not worthy condition of the room to pass. -would like to pictures upload as evidence!
1. The 8-4-2012 at 16:29 o'clock I booked over hrs a room in your house-your coworker could at 24:00 o'clock the reservation could not be found.
2. No free Wi-Fi in the room! Cost 11,00 Euro however if you are a member with Gha-Discovery (E-Mailadressensammelverein) should Wi-Fi be free of charge-obviously a special service of your house.
3. ... Room door, door, furniture, as well as Edges and corners in the room have strong traces of use to (see footage ) not to forget how well the Bettnässereinlage from a plastifizierten (air and flüssigkeitsundurchlässigen ) slide sleeps.
4. Access to the internet after all new Seitenzugang back on 'Login' -I required two hours to my flight reservation for the ninth April 2012 to finalize.
5. Staff ( lady at check out on 9-4-2012 at about 8:30 A. M.) extremely snippish and cheeky -lodges 11,00 euros for Wi-Fi in the room -urged me with crust three times to signing the incorrect bill on.
6. Because of my refusal the bill inclusive 11,00 euros for Wi-Fi ( under the instruction their e- Mailadressensammelverein 'Gha-Discovery' joined to be) to sign, a second calculation and subtracted the 11,00 euros two from invoice amount (see complex) -why your mistake twice corrected is hitherto a mystery. read more

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is great ( right in the airport). We are on the next day in the vacation sandra before overnight. Check in, room, friendliness etc. Were a five star hotel appropriate. The bar is really overpriced and unfortunately was at our evening the Cachaca for the caipirinha from?!
In my opinion, a liquor in a five star hotel not out!
The breakfast was very good, but with 30 euros per person way too expensive! Apart from that the hotel is for a flight very recommendable! read more
