For a quiet and relaxed vacation very recommendable. Very beautiful hotel and very clean feinsandiger traustrand. My recommendation book half board and in the taverns in the area eat out! Also you should rent a car and the island explore.! read more

Ideal hotel for couples, their peace would and times correctly decelerate want. Here everything matches. Only drawback is the fitness area, to the safe again gplant must be. Apart from that there is Alexandra boutique hotel nothing to moan about. Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, quality of the food and drinks, the proximity to the beach ( approximately 100 meters) and above all the value for money is simply outstanding read more

Very nice and quiet hotel for relaxing holidays. Only small shortcoming is the 'Greek' bathroom: open shower ( the bathroom is 2 times a day underwater, is however also 2 times cleaned daily), toilet without seat and the paper should have an bucket disposed. You get used to it. And the positive sides outweigh completely clearly. read more

The Alexandra golden is a very well run and above all well-maintained hotel with a limited number of rooms. We had a junior suite with sea view and half board. Most of the others guests were german. Moreover, there were austrians, englishmen and a russian couples at the same time in the hotel. read more

    The rooms are very tastefully furnished and big enough. The suites with private pools are on 2 floors with jacuzzi in the bedroom. Also the furnishing of the rooms is very good and there was everything, what one for a great vacation needs. Minibar, safe, tv and dvd player are available. From the balcony we had a beautiful view of the sea.

    We booked half board and we have never in Greece, in a relatively small hotel, this breakfast buffet seen. There, there are even Nutella, rolls, with olives or cheese filled, freshly prepared crepes and much, many more. If here someone on scrambled eggs with cheese and tomato grim, can we something not at all understand, because it is precisely the always tasted very good for us. Every 2. day you can a sparkling wine for breakfast enjoy. In the evening the food as 5-course menu. There is a soup, a starter, a salad, main course (you can choose between fish or meat), and dessert. To eat free of charge there was water. Other drinks to be payed for. The food is of a very good quality (award-winning cuisine) and even if you, as wi, r no lovers as well as omnivores is, so is always something there for everyone.

    The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Wether at the front desk (friendly greetings to Corinna and konstantina ), in the restaurant or at the room cleaning and also no matter what you want or what problem you have, each is fitted with friendliness hard from the world to create or the wishes to fulfill. The rooms are 2 time cleaned daily and (on request) also 2 times a day the towels and beach towels exchanged. In the hotel there is as well a laundry service and also a doctor can the front desk be called. We have never heard, the any guest not could be helped.

    The pools at the hotel are very unusual and are cleaned daily. Actually the entire area with the pools very nice designed and everything fits perfectly and is very well maintained. Some suites also feature a private pool and the are cleaned daily. Because the hotel only for adults is, is the relaxation factor still higher by the pleasant peace on the complex. There is a beach only for the guests of the hotel, where the screens a bedienknopf is appropriate and you the service even at the beach nor can enjoy, no matter wether snacks or drinks. The beach is a fine sandy beach with a shallow entrance into the water.

    Our room was in the former piano bar, this was rebuilt to new rooms, was too big for a double room, it can but also not yet completely finished furnished are. The atmosphere was rather cold. Unfortunately the bed way too hard, it has occurred as if you are on a board would sleep. An around 3 to 5 centimeter thick foam cover is not enough here. A decent bed with a slatted frame and an average mattress could already substantial help. Would be better, of course, luxury bedding, like one it maybe in a star hotel might desire. Good sleep is on vacation for relaxation.

    The distance to the beach a jetty through the dunes to get to the fine sandy beach, where chairs and umbrellas for the hotel guests were available. Shopping and plentifully taverns are easily accessible on foot. But if you the island or the immediate area explore would be rent a car.

Very beautiful hotel. The food in the restaurant is good, however very expensive. In the many taverns on Golden Beach you eat much reasonably priced and directly at the beach it is simply beautiful and not so stiff and forced. read more

For a quiet, relaxing vacation, exactly the right thing. The hotel complex is exceptionally beautiful. It is really just a stone's throw to the sea. The sea and the beach are just amazing nice. Fine white sandy beach and the water, turquoise color. As well as in Karibik! One gets even in lemon geträufte washcloths from the hotel at the beach brought, for a bit to cool off. Especially worth mentioning is the lady' Corinna' at the front desk. It is on friendliness and willingness to help not to beat! read more

We were middle August 12 as a small honeymoon in the hotel. The hotel is from its zimmerzahlgröße very well arranged. We had the maisonettenzimmer with half board booked. An excellent decision! The hotel is very clean. I really never so much serving staff seen, like in this hotel. When we were there, there were 50% germans and austrians, 40% ostblockstaatenbürger (as bulgarians, romanians and russians) the however very handsam are. 10% English. The average age was at 25-30 respectively mainly from 50 to 75 years. So really no families. Really perfect for honeymooners. read more

    The maisonettes room is wonderful. Very big, bed around and huge (I am 1.96 and had wonderful capacity), kitchenette available, closet medium sized (for more than a week we would have problem get), jacuzzi we didn't use ( is rather something for the fall). The private pool is brilliant, however as he on the eastern side is, there was only in the morning until: o'clock sun. We made ourselves to nothing and were in the afternoon at the beach. There are always loungers free, at any time of the day ( also without reservierungstücher ). What was annoying: - no mirror in the bedroom ( there is however the closet) Not enough water pressure to the shower. Change hot, cold the shower. Shower head hardly adjustable. Fridge only so large that the minibarzeug fit in

    We had the half board and took daily the -course menu in claim. The chef is really great, however you for half board really a lovers as well as omnivores are. Luckily we were there for the. It could happen that a cauliflower- orangensuppe returns. Really very creative. As main course one can between meat and fish select, however unfortunately there was an award-winning cuisine, but hardly food typical of the country. Furthermore, you should in the fishing village of walking. As drinks there is quiet chilled water free. The wine list is huge and expensive. Annoying were the wasps at the esstischen outside. We could only a hotel bar find. This is between front desk and restaurant. The alcoholic cocktails are good but very strong. In short: in case a lovers as well as omnivores and no typical country dishes,, the hotel you can with half board book. Otherwise rather with breakfast, that, incidentally, is very good. The sausage- and cheese was very well arranged. However always fresh fruits, many vegetables, pastry, crepe, homemade cream ( sesamkaramelaufstrich, nougat pralinenaufstrich ) really a dream. Very lots of different rolls- and breads. ( rolls with feta or olive inside). The eggs must be however cook, so watch not forget.

    Twice a day cleaning the room, whereby the cleaning crew ensure that you not in the room is. ( during breakfast and dinner). Very pleasant. At the beach there is also serving staff where you drinks order can. The staff are very friendly and mostly also German. ( front desk fluent German) everyone speaks English very good. Daily beach towels and beach towels changed once. The clothing could at a charge also be washed.

    The distance to the beach are 50 to 100 meters, so a very short distance. The beach and the sea were really beautiful. Through the white marble of the on the island eliminated sparkles the sea beautiful. The water is so clear, that even at large depth to the ground can see. Points deduction for the possibility the entertainment and excursions nearby. In about 2 kilometer away there is a small fishing village with restaurants and gift shop however to over the harbor there was nothing worth seeing. To other tourist attractions we can unfortunately say anything, because we really just a beach vacation did. Small supermarket there is in 10 minutes distance from the hotel direction campsite. However really nothing major. For the trip there and back can be said, that you are not right on Thassos, but in Kavala ( mainland) land. Afterwards bus 15 minutes-ferry 40 minutes - bus 30 minutes before itself has. Mosquito spray should not forget. There the island very green, ( what a greek island for me was new) there are lots of insects.

Wonderful 2009 new constructed, small hotel, ideal for couples, as Honeymoonhotel really recommendable! The way to the most beautiful beach with stunning hintergrundkulisse is a very short. It is a place to relax and to stay a while. The Halbpensionangebot was all right, you could but because of the many taverns in the nearby environment can save. The value for money was correct too many, even if a bit melancholy in the balance of the evening 4-gänge menu was missing. Also without rose-colored glasses (platonic friends) we were on the complex, the really from 99.9% couples is just loved it. At the hotel it concerns a medium sized object ( approximately 45 rooms), a front desk, a restaurant and a piano bar ( piano was sighted, the rest was missing) and a row of buildings (bungalows ), as well as two pools is. The hotel and also the beach are very clean ( room are twice cleaned daily). There are almost exclusively couple all ages in the hotel. read more

Such a hotel for couples we searched and finally on Thasos found. I the hotel can for people who their vacation the 2 can enjoy only recommend. We had only booked breakfast and evenings we were in the nearby where lots of taverns %BLANK%. In hotel we also one evening eaten us it was also good but unfortunately it is only a few guests there. At the beach one needed no chairs reserve ( unfortunately except for some German) sea really clean so we will never 2 times in the same hotel but here I must say that we are ... now well on summer 2013 it! read more

Were the first time in Greece and therefore also for the first time in this hotel. All eventual Reservations regarding transfer, service, food, beach, hospitality both in the hotel, as well as elsewhere were revised. Wonderful restaurants nearby, but as mentioned above no significant night life. Without knowledge of the things we found out, a without children hotel and with all due respect to our own: the good for a week:-). Wonderful beach and, since it sloped flatly, heats up the water quickly. There were lots of different room and equipment variants in this small hotel, I can, therefore ..., our statement consciously only for the junior suite on the 1st floor deliver. A shame, that this hotel the inevitably ensuing good reviews certainly soon be no inside tip more and alone by repeat offender a good load will have. read more

Good hotel where couple to relax, for families with children not suitable. I actually can except for the fact that the escape doors on the ground floor were locked and flowerpot also were adjusted, only positive reports. The escape doors but probably what with the Greek Mentality to do. The 2 room on the 1 floor to the street through loud noises Warmwasseraufbereitungsanlage not recommendable. There is also a nice balcony not. Apart from that great hotel where we certainly again have a vacation are. read more
