Love Monika, After a short break our guests very cordially and i also. Love thanks. We were very comfortable, including the friendly and forestalling kind yours restaurant-team made it! The boys are great! A very rich-and dessert buffet, together with the tasteful preparation of the main courses, the whole rounded off. We'have since 1998 to this hotel and felt there very well. Despite 700 kilometer journey we have the feeling already vacation to have. That's why we go in the autumn to the third time for this year to Kastelruth. read more

Centrally located hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is probably not by a expert chef cooked has been... Unfortunately! The room had a pleasant size, however it is in need of renovation. On a Verteilerdose looked even the Power strip out. With the TV it was an old CRT the buzz and a bad picture lots to offer had. Unfortunately actually... You could more from it makes themselves. read more

A very nice hotel, friendliness great from the family as from the staff. The area is very nice, the location of the hotel is great, if one which needs is everything is close by. Transport moderate... Is a bus stop directly vorhem hotel. We are definitely coming again:-). read more

We were as a family with two adults children and a friend end of february in the hotel Kastelruth and were very satisfied. The hotel is perfect clean and very good run. There is a warm, informal atmosphere and every request fulfilled immediately. The average age is so between 30 and 50, there are both italian, as well as german guests in the hotel and there is a relaxing peace. read more

    My room was comfortably furnished, spacious and had a lot of storage space for the clothes (large closets) there was a tv in the room and a small table with armchair and sofa. A big balcony in front of the room was nice for the last rays of the day to enjoy. A telephone is on the bedside table. The bathroom was very clean and modern and with a spacious shower, a washbasin and a toilet equipped (my girlfriend had a bidet). The towels were changed daily.

    The food is especially good. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet and evenings salad from the buffet and then a 3-course menu after choice and then dessert from the buffet. Special wishes were also gladly fulfilled. (vegetarian) The kitchen style is rather typical of the country ( south tyrolean)

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service at the bar and at the tables at breakfast and at dinner spoke german, english and italian. The room maids spoke not so good german, you could its wishes however at the front desk and they were fulfilled quickly.

    The Seiser Alm is a wonderful winter sports region on a high plateau and has therefore very lots of sunshine. There are many downhill to find the even for beginner (children) are to be mastered well. Otherwise is the Alpine a paradise for hikers and cross-country skiers with well groomed cross-country ski runs. There are langlaufkurse, skiing schools and kindergartens with animation for the smallest. Snowboardpisten for beginner and advanced and extensive hiking trails.

    The hotel lies 2 -minute walk from the market square in Kastelruth away, where you go strolling and shopping. The bars/cafes also in a couple of minutes to reach on foot. The car you can hotel's own parking and can then daily bus the gondola lift to the seiser alm free of charge. Bolzano, Brixen and Meran aren't too far away and worth a visit.

As winter guests at hostel kastelruth it is always 'as a coming'. The venerable friendly house with its thick walls, the interior ambience with beautiful Woodwork and fresh plants, spacious sense comfortably equipped rooms and bathrooms, partially comfortable Sonnenbalkons. And the everything from tangible cleanliness accompanied! The hotel is centrally located and quiet with good taktierten bus connections in skiing and hiking areas. The informal and human use is personal, very friendly and attentive. For the physical well-being is well and variable provided. In our case are nothing to be desired we could have stayed longer. Also the value for ... money. All together a very recommendable hotel, of course for tourist with children. read more

    My parents and their friends LOVED their dinner at Hotel Kastelruth.... so much so, that they were still talking about the meal after three weeks of travel in other parts of Italy. To me, that says a lot, because the food in Italy is so amazing!

    Monika was so kind and helpful. I had to leave early (my parents and their friends stayed) because of an emergency, and she helped me organize my travel. She also helped get items (that we'd forgotten) to me in central Italy. I will definitely return to stay with Monika again and will recommend Hotel Kastelruth to friends and family traveling in the area.
