The hotel is quite outdated, particularly the double room, bathrooms outdated, however everything is great clean! Especially praise is the quality and the diversity of the dinner, absolutely great! With a renovation the room definitely recommendable. read more

It should be a skiing vacation be, unfortunately was because of the weather conditions (too warm) no ski season on the glacier. The location of the schnalstals is however good for excursions, boredom was not on. Unfortunately we had a not renovated room, however apart from that the hotel can be absolutely recommend; great value for money. read more

The hotel lies lonely on the main street, about 3 kilometer before kurzras, on approximately 1800 meters. The whole hotel excels durchvorbildliche cleanliness from. The excellent food enthusiastic. The guests during our stay (outside of school holidays) 40 +, mainly german, but also italian, swiss and french. The hotel offers a special service through its ski bus (morning 9-10:30 hours, afternoon 15-17 h). Because of the very good food we recommend the hotel further, the rooms but should urgently be renovated, and the wellness area you should develop, if one thereby on behalf of recruits ('sport-und relaxhotel gerstgras'). The ... value for money we find the equipment standard at the upper level. read more

    Our room had view hillside, the just a few meters away is, so that you don't real view. Ultimately we did but rather than view to the street/to the stream, because perhaps it would be noisy. The rooms are badly soundproofed (you have each cough our neighbor is) and in the style of the 70. years furnished: dark wood, dark curtains, shabby chair, mini -tv with rushes image, old carpet. The atmosphere is dark and gloomy and not very pleasant. Furthermore, that it smelled musty. We have aired as champions, but there was only little better. Unfortunately there is no safe in the room, only down at the front desk (still free). No kettle or similar the bathroom is green in the style of the 70. tiled, bath tub, washbasin, toilet and bidet can still not too old. A small hair dryer is available. Positive is the plug socket in the bath was noticeable, which i already in many hotels miss anything. The bathtub had no shower curtain. After each showering stood the bathroom so underwater. The jet had very little power. The temperature was fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. We have the next morning just noted, it was a bit better, but the temperature ranged always still very (then 'only' between hot and cold). Since we usually twice a day showers, particularly, if we work are active, we were, as this item regards, not at all enthusiastic. There is urgently in need of renovation. We were from the room already not very impressed, but i would not imagine, as it is, if you 2 weeks stay, may also in case of bad weather. Then it would be really an impertinence. In our opinion need the rooms really urgently renovated.

    The quality of the food is really outstanding. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet, nothing was lacking (juices, coffee with geschäumter milk, tea, meat platter, cheese, different marmelade, cereals, fruit...). Evenings there is a menu proposal salad buffet and up to 5 other courses, which you deselect can. We really have rarely so well eaten, it was really great. The afternoon there was also very delicious cakes (apple strudel! Simply great).

    Everyone was very friendly and tried very hard. The cleaning of the rooms was exemplary. Our shower head was initially not working properly, on our complaint was at least tried hard, the jet lag. In addition equal more (under 'room').

    There is a tiny indoor pool and a small jacuzzi. Blew us. Otherwise there was a small sauna area. Because the hotel with 'sport-und relaxhotel' recruits, we had more from the wellness area expected. You could also no massages book. Would you go into the indoor pool after kurzras had to.

    The next town is kurzras, about 3 kilometers away, by car are not even 5 minutes. It is next to the hotel's own ski bus also a public bus. We are always by car for skiing dangers, since there was each quantity parking spaces shortly before the cable car station. Who wild parties partying wants, is in schnalstal probably not really. The mountains (partly up to 3700 meters high) are really beautiful and very wild. We were absolutely thrilled. Because of the height of the glacier (3,200 metres) is the ski area very secure.

We are happy each year overall on the nice staff. You'll feel like you're really great. especially I would like to highlight the family friendliness. when we this year for the first time with our baby arrived, was received for the all our requests. Be it the the location of the room due to the use of babysitting Phons, the available Status of children high chairs and so on it was everything possible done. if you get a beautiful Back to our room on the slopes, you will find the maid a lovingly made it bed before. The ceilings in ... the shape of a located, schühchen our babysitting on it posted, yes even the toys in the shape of a baby bed were in located. We have even photographed, so we were thrilled. for such a service there no choice guest, that the furnishing a bit getting old is. You feel that you are just. and I-Dot is the service. Better it is not. The half board you must not miss it! That would be disastrous. Furthermore, you are on a diet. so definitely try-you will be impressed. read more

The hotel consists of four related buildings with balcony or terrace. The rooms are practically equipped. The furniture a bit shabby, but well-kept. The cleanliness the room was exemplary, as one finds it rare. Super! The kitchen and the wines are excellent and with the food without problems fulfilled. Friendly service and good service (thanks Simone! And! Thank Hubert), the well-run hotel. With complaints was very professional. Great! The hotel has its own ski bus, the scheduled times the guests cable car (Kurzras) back and forth transported. A small swimming pool and sauna provide for relaxation. After a week skiing ... vacation we look forward to our year on the next year! read more

It is a fairly plain feel comfortable. A well run hotel with short paths and an excellent cuisine which fulfills all the desires. The inviting wellness area and by the uncomplicated tRAS port in the nearby ski area a high value of sport and relaxation. read more

The hotel is somewhat remotely located almost at the end of the Schnalstals. For skiing on the glacier an ideal starting point. The hotel is a families managed business. And it was a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are of course somewhat older, as well as the hotel but kept very clean. The dinner left nothing to be desired it was very good and plentiful. The price performance ratio was okay. read more

Handicap of the hotel, as well as Opportunities for shopping, restaurants and bars nearby, furthermore, sport, entertainment and pool were not necessary or not used and therefore not assess them.
