    The staff are very friendly which also a little German can we were pleasantly surprised. Room were cleaned each day and the towels were also every day changed. A doctor always to the hotel and stops because its consultation-hour from. With complaints was really quick what we had us because of the room in the other hotel weighted wanted one in the main hotel and in within a virtel hour one in the main hotel. That was the only thing we to criticize had but quickly resolved.

    The distance to the beach was about 50 meters but it was very stony. To the next place and airport everything is good with bus to reach the that much inexpensive is. You have very good shops a very long shopping street.

Are the 2. Year have been here. Altogether good hotel. Staff are very friendly, the food very good. The cocktails, the all inclusive included are, however not! The only fault: the rooms could have been a little bit thorough to be cleaned! All together however again and again! read more

A beautiful and well-maintained hotel. Unfortunately we could but because of overbooking ( in September!) only food and not again. Since we budget room booked, you have a reason found us in an old, worn down building without any staff isolated. A bed with blood stains on the sheet, out ripped Outlets and an old camp bed for the 3. person we were in the budget room of a four star hotel. First after one night and many discussions with different sorts staff moved us into a family apartment in the neighboring hotel. And this was not an isolated incident. ... Several times we heard as more tourist weighted. One was however with its English the front desk employees wear one had no chance. So if you for the hotel decide, I advise strictly of a budget room from! read more

The hotel is of russians and israelis occupied, German are a exception, therefore, no German front desk! The room was poorly swept and dirt with cloth evenly distributed! The food was ok, only selection of fruit (!) very poor - oranges, times pears, millilitre apples. Laid out, so that any insert can ;-) Between 00 hours and 06 hours early the young people at the hotel past and different languages riotous nightlife, which open window especially pleasant is! ;-) read more

For a couple vacation highly recommendable. The beach is nearby and in less than 10 minutes is the beautiful sandy beach reached. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and you can beautiful walks in the evening to the center undertake, which also in 10 to 20 minutes is reached. A very high proportion of the tourists consists of Russians, which US however not very much disturbed. On the whole we loved it and we would this hotel again bereisen. read more

the rooms are reasonably spacious, however it was through the extra bed strong limited. The rooms were cleaned every day, but here the staubputzen forget. The bathrooms are very cramped and water pressure whilst showering or the toilet no trace. The room with a air conditioning equipped, unfortunately the in the small balcony down appropriate, so that a good third of the balcony not at all usable is. We had all-inclusive we are not complaining, the food was very diverse and the buffet on anytime again refilled read more

    the transfer from the airport lasts about 20 minutes, unfortunately the last 300 meters on foot be completed, as the bus in the small street to the hotel not driven. This hotel is in need of renovation, but super clean. Fresh towels every day and freshly-covered beds. The staff, always and everywhere-were very friendly and accommodating and always, was it that you were feeling good. The beach was reachable on foot in two minutes and very clean. A tavern after the other, many supermarkets and various shops are in the immediate vicinity. Despite opened balcony door one night did not hear it (we had a room with a view of the sea). The food was good and plentiful and there was something for every taste but we think after a ... week you would like to eat also times gyros ☺. Of course the hotel nothing for its guests, but well done. We have a tip, if you like puke o'clock at the airport. Hotel still in check, for the delivery of the ten minutes after ☹. The transfer took about 60 minutes. Everything was prepared together, we can recommend the hotel ☺ read more

    to the beach circa 100 meters, to the airport about 30 kilometer., to the place chersonissos only around the corner. the location and the environment of the hotel was horrible. Garbage, dirt, longer vacant hotel complex (5a 10 years ). Unfinished buildings, untidy brownfields. A beautiful promenade and the main shopping areas, everything was clean but you are not allowed the right or left of the small side alleys go, bad! this is not any third parties world, but fourth world! shame about this beautiful and pleasant stay in the hotel. the hotel must and you can only recommend! But all other -no!

Hotel is in a great location. Lots of bars, discos, restaurants and shops nearby! The beach is about three minutes walk away. Cleaning staff were very noisy in the morning there are about six cocktails to choose from, and tasted artificial sweeteners. At the breakfast for example, cost freshly squeezed orange juice a two €despite all inclusive. Otherwise the hotel is okay, rooms are large enough (with air conditioning). There is a large and small pool, and a pool bar. It was more like a three star 1/2 hotel is worth it. read more

But only in the numerous restaurants at the Promenade! The food in the hotel left something to be desired! Furthermore, can I say that the all-inclusive offer was for us not worth it has, since the food was not good and we were in the building and that is why the hotel bar as good as never used! Party is really very good. But if you go in peak season from July! We were a group of six people. Actually only the small pool in the building in which we used were accommodated! In the sea it stormed with sea ... urchins. So please only with bathing shoes in the sea! Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel, because it really didn't deserve four stars has! read more

    Had a double room in the new building from the furnishings absolutely recommend! The 10,00 euros more per day for the superior Kategroie absolutely profitable, the room was beautiful large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well divided, the balcony adequate. shortcoming: Unfortunately LAG the room in the direction street very loud and busy- especially at night. Further LAG the room right above the bar area and we were regularly with loud music until 01:00 o'clock early supplies. The together rooms afterwards was quite much noise connected. One should thus if possible to eighth, a room on the other Side of the hotel complex to get...

    the breakfast was OK, now nothing over spectacular but also not bad, the lunch which we on the first day got there we on the day of arrival the dinner failed had was very poor. the dinner was mostly quite similar and very monotonous, but there was in addition to the buffet a show cook, the fresh pizza, Pasta and so on freshly prepared. Even snails were one evening offered... the drinks are all extra to pay and unfortunately very expensive.

    Very hard, speak good English and sometimes also German, room maids were also always very nice and tried hard, doctor is only few minutes on foot away from the hotel and speaks good German, internet in the hotel is not recommendable since very expensive, gives much cheaper offers directly in the town. On my complaints because of the too loud barmusik is unfortunately not really deal however, as no other room available was.

    pools and beach chairs were always nice and clean, however there is also here the ritual in the morning around half 7 all chairs reserve, so that we only once in 7 days the luck had two pool chairs. As choice of sport there were water aerobics and normal Gymnastics in a small turn area. The Trainer was very nice and competent, spoke fluent English and French. events in the evening there was only once a week, when we were there it was a latainamerikanische dancing, what really great and stirring was.

The hotel is centrally located in Hersonissos. Numerous discos, restaurants and bars right nearby-no animation necessary. My room was small but clean. The food was absolutely okay. The staff no matter if in the restaurant, bar or reception was courteous and friendly. Conclusion: if you are not looking for peace and certainly not the most beautiful beach, but fun and nightlife, this is the place to be. read more

The bathroom is so small, that you don't even have the door open! In general, the bathroom was the worst! We have stayed there many times in Turkey, three star, there was no single room as bad as this " " 5-stars-Hotel! read more

A smaller Hotel in second row, however partly with sea view! Service staff and front desk very competent and capable of many languages! Are all very hard!! The proximity to the center of town very good, as well as the bus to Heraklion and Aghios nicolaos! Excursions were offered drinks, should you use, if you don't rent a car! Cretan provider also perfect!! All in all I would the hotel and the beautiful place, as there are still many interesting things going on, I want to see! at all--Thank you!! read more

Beautifully landscaped in unfinished buildings and half broken building next door. Not easily accessible for wheelchairs. Food was okay. I would recommend the hotel only with reservations. The nights were very annoying that you difficult to get to sleep. The Discomeile was in the immediate Nähe.75 % Russian, 20 % English the night to the day. About 6.30 hours it was somewhat quieter. read more

We were staying in the Bettenhaus a quiet sleep was only possible until 4 am. From this time you the impression some Russian guests wanted to destroy the building. They wanted to start with the doors, as they were way and slamming shut, one in the bed. From 7 AM. If it would have been better all party goers in the beds/house 0 separate? Other than that, we were with the staff, service and the food was very satisfied. You can just his guests didn't get to choose. Germans were in the minority, we now know why. read more
