Good location, attentive service and a luxurious breakfast. Stayed in a superior room and was received with champagne and box of chocolates, a simple but very nice touch. High quality Lanvin amenities. read more

Hotel is centrally located and has a very nice atmosphere. Friendly service without being intrusive-concierge is very helpful. I am in the USA already done differently. Very central French five star hotel. Chic and modern decor. From the upper floors one a very beautiful view. At the front desk adjacent is a kind lounge or club, the evenings quite busy. Especially worth mentioning is the excellent breakfast à la carte. In short: very recommendable for business travellers but also for discerning tourists. read more

The hotel is absolutely top in the center of Chicago. The service in the hotel left nothing to be desired. The breakfast is qualitative and quantitative (by American standards) in the upper area. From here you can enjoy easy access to all points of interest. Within walking distance are the best shopping. The public transport is excellent. read more

This hotel is thoroughly recommended, not least because of its excellent location. The service is top class, fast and absolutely service-oriented. Rooms very good with all the necessary amenities. The only "complaint": costs for the parking lot at $34 per day. read more
