We had a bungalow with self catering.
Spacious bungalow: on the ground floor living room, Kitcheness, 1 small toilet, small external back to hang clothes and drying. Upstairs bedroom with bathroom. Everything very clean, toilets disinfected. Flat -tv included radio was free of charge and had USB port for own MP3 player etc. An only cockroach within 1 week. Many locals, the complex use, Spanish most was language. It was mostly at night silent, once 'Spanish' action, 1 times English. The pool is reasonable and was used by us. The beach less, it is very far away: half an hour ... on foot, shuttle bus-transfer there was not, was adjusted. No animation and evening entertainment, when we were there, but we at booking knew. The location is really off the beaten track, so away from the beach and entertainment and supermarkets. To the rest suitable, for people, often something undertake it was limited recommendable. The staff were very friendly.
Service and friendliness great. Negative point: at the time no shuttle bus-transfer
Las Palmas special is quite interesting.
Driving trek with rental car through the inland fun, is however strenuous: many mountains and more winding roads.
The best part was the dolphin-Catamaran tour favor: crux dolphin, Anchor in Bay and swim, drinks and food included.
We had a very favorable price, therefore very good value for money. read more

TV only with money, 0.50 Euro=30 minute. The food was on the SE hardly Sauces. The lower area pool is too loudthe bar is until 23 o'clock open the people are mostly still until 2 o'clock there is no choice to have peace. read more

Although wi-fi advertised was the whole week on a sign there: computer defect is immediately repaired, ask confirmed but it was of course nothing was done, probably depends on the sign still today there. Internet is today a basic offer! read more

The hotel is bankrupt and under a new name opened. . 19,11 closed since, since the. 11,11 guests will not be accommodated.
Beware of alltours!! Guests will be much worse in the neighboring Hotel maspalomas oasis club because no other room available!!!
There helps only complaints about the lawyer!!!! read more

Large complex, Something for everyone......Rowdy pool games in one pool, quiet family bathing in the other two pool areas, all very clean, and very well maintained. Apartments cleaned regularly by friendly staff. Receptionist very efficient, perfect understanding and communication in English. Restaurant spacious and clean, excellent meals with something for everyone and plenty of variety with a healthy mix catering for people wanting the type of meals they eat at home, and those wishing to sample local dishes.

Very loud and large area with many Spanish families and young people. relatively bad general condition, pools were sometimes dirty and Gummitieren balls clogged. Despite three pools all crazy busy. Drinks were mainly from machines, soft drinks were very sweet. The dining room in the basement with a station atmosphere. Food selection and quality satisfactory. The entertainment wasn't used but very noisy available. Bungalow-storied, below and WC, bathroom/toilet and above, thin. The decor was old and disgusting. The area was located away from shopping and leisure facilities. Bus service to the beach is available. Hotel is not accessible for disabled ... people and despite many children there was no playground.
The staff is friendly, at the reception but very, very slow. German officials as everyone could learn something from them.
After five days of its Colorado golf was moved here, but it was no improvement. Not recommended!! read more

We had a wonderful time... The pool was great...
Except for a strange nordeutsches few, which did not like clams... very sociable was... But unfortunately no play billiards could... And drinking the lady was not... It was beautiful with you tomorrow to Egypt again... Greeting and kiss!! read more

We originally had booked another hotel,but had to change to Green Oasis after two days. We had a week all inclusive.
The hotel area was very large. There were altogether three pools (children's pools extra). There were three sections, the main pool where the actitivities were, pool 2 and 3. We were in the back section of the area. The bungalows were located before and behind the pools.
We had a bungalow with up and downstairs, all of the bungalows were divided the same.
The excursion possibilities, which one could book directly at the hotel at the travel agent ... but also in the area. One could rent a car directly at the hotel. read more

Middle class hotel, but clean (except for hand towel change followed after a time schedule, which we until today didn't understand. For 3 people there were never all of the hand towels changed, but the next day only one???) - The size of the area was ok, since 3 large and 3 small pools were available. Sadly one had very little shade, since the beach chairs couldn't be moved and there were not enough umbrellas available.
The mealtimes could be taken in still, there was always enough food available, new dishes would be brought, if something ran out. It tasted ... very good to us, however there was at lunch and supper only 1 meat and fish dish. But many delicious salads. read more

All in all, the area was OK, but not too regularly on cleanliness at the pool bar (with inferior food between meals) attention. The main pool in need of a renovation (the tiles were loose).
Poor: the pools (a total of three big plus separate kiddie pool) are accessible only to 18:00 officially, since allegedly between 18:00 until the next morning chlorinated; as far as I know, have continuously for hygienic reasons are chlorinated). Skinned guests only for the possibility of swimming, surfing or other clothing unless used (acrylic, etc.). Cotton t-shirts of the tens of meters ... for all-a number of-pools competent lifeguard with the reference to the alleged health conditions not tolerated. Such a lifeguard-officially security guard-is not in the location, first aid for the sloping tiles verusachte Schürfverletzungen by simple plaster to make. The atmosphere an appropriate reference to listen, however unfortunately no work done in this area.
From a room (very nice premises ground floor plus upper floor for up to four people) at the main pool is because of the massive noise disadvice.
Tv is subject to charges (coin).
The food is acceptable for the price with good, however, appeared before entering the " restaurants " in the basement (this location was for me on such a lovely island with permanently weather not comprehensible) integral part. Too busy the staff also calls to unblock the table for the next guests.
The staff are all extremely polite and helpful.
The beach is within a few minutes to reach. a free shuttle bus. The last bus to the beach drove at 15:00 o'clock (.), but the last bus back to the hotel at 15:15 (as well as the Poolnutzungszeiten not understandable). However, the beach is also to foot within 20 minutes.
Entertainment facilities for families within 25 kilometer are not exisitent, it is, one would like to theme parks very low prices for poor pleasure are charged.
Activities where value is placed next to the pool and beach, should be rented a car.
Travellers with requirements of just average level is the complex only to be recommended read more

The grounds are with three stars and that also applies to 100%.
The staff is friendly and wishes were fulfilled prompt.
The food is varied so that something for everyone to find.
If you complain about is it, too few umbrellas at the pool are available, but otherwise the complex clean and tidy.

We were now the third time already and we would also a fourth time there! Beautiful area with very nice staff and a great animation team! If you want to stay complained to home! Food was always plentiful and of all something for everyone! Great show program in the evening mini disco for the small with! Totally sweet! If you as holiday should also visit the aqua-visit! It is worthwhile itself on any case! So, once again, in summary: everything top and until next year!
