Fantastic view from each room, the hotel is approximately built and one has a view of the Atlanta skyline. Simply great, especially evenings. In any case the restaurant in 72nd Floor visit, good food and a great view city views. The lifts are slow, the rooms could be cleaner but that is nebensaechlich in the great view! Romantic hotel, certainly great for couples or people on business trip! All comfortable easy to reach on foot, restaurants, bars, the Georgia Aquarium and CNN center. Great hotel read more

Solid, classy hotel, but no free wifi

The hotel was undergoing some construction in the lobby. Older rooms have been upgraded, but still have some issues; my toilet didn't flush, but it was taken care of quickly. The rooms are fairly quite with great views. The wifi is not free, which is frustrating. The restaurant has a great view but is overpriced. read more

Great hotel!

The hotel is located in the middle of Atlanta. The aquarium, the world of Coca Cola and the CNN is about ten minutes. Parking (valet) 26 USD in the hotel, 17 USD in garage next door. Our room was on the 57 floor. At check-in we were asked if we wanted to be low or high would like to live. The hotel has a total of 73 floors and was the highest ones hotels in the world. Below is a shopping center with bars, restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe and Hooters. Above there is a revolving rooftop restaurant and a bar. ... Tip: at the bar you can look good and much cheaper food. Our room was large and had everything which one needs (good bathroom, two double beds, desk, tv, telephone). Otherwise there was everything you could want from a very good hotel expect can. It is a bit worn, but everything is clean and tidy. Always again! read more

The 73 -story tower seems a little bit older. He still exudes a certain attraction. Altogether, there are over 1000 rooms available. The clientele is very international. Also because several airlines crews in this hotel. read more

The room is spacious and with a super comfortable bed, large TV, sofa, work desks, and safes. The high ceilings and Zimmerbreiten windows offer spectacular views. The bathroom, all marble, sloping relatively small and usage are unfortunately immense.

There are several places on the premises of the hotel. In its 84th top floor is the Sun dial restaurant, bar & view houses. The lounge turns within 60 minutes to get the axis and the view is absolutely stunning. Otherwise the Hardrock cafe across from the hotel, the Hooters and many others.

  • Service

The staff were typically American just, very friendly and accommodating. The language for communication was English. The room was cleaned every day to our satisfaction.

  • Sport & Entertainment

There is a small but fine pool area which thanks a retractable glass roof, depending on the season, open or closed can be enjoyed. A gym is also available.

The hotel can from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in about 25 minutes directly with the metro system. By taxi it takes about the same time. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel are the CNN-building, the Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Dome and the Coca-Cola Museum.

The Westin Peachtree Plaza is located right in the city center and offers Atlanta's specifically for business trips or short stays. From the outside the hotel is a little drawn by a tornado, the Atlanta in 2008 made. Inside everything was clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. read more

We booked a standard room, decorated rooom but upgraded to a Imperial suite: conference room, huge living area, very large bedroom and bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Super nice, but basically way too big for us, could have also a party for 30 people can host; -) But it was in the 65 . Floor location and had a fantastic view over Atlanta.

The hotel is - as already mentioned very central, CNN, the Centennial Olympic Park, coca cola Museum, Georgia Aquarium, Underground Atlanta or the Philips Arena are offering a wide range of sightseeing possibilities. We find the NBA play off Atlanta Hawks - Cleveland Cavaliers in the Philips Arena, the Georgia Aquarium, a guided tour at CNN and coca cola Museum are also highly recommended. Moreover, we have relatively close to some good restaurants or bars for night owls.
