The hotel makes a nice and well-kept impression. The rooms are in several houses and thus well arranged. The condition the hotel is very worn out... A renovation is necessary. The all inclusive services are very good. read more

    Room was very old and worn. Cabinets and desk fell apart soon. The fridge was rusting and made loud noises. The room electronics for the air-conditioner was broken. The balcony door can not be locked... Also after 30 minutes a mechanic had tried it with a large hammer and screwdriver to fix it. The bathroom looked on closer look not good. Dirt and mold. So the rooms are really not so nice. Luckily you so much.

    There are 2 buffet restaurant and several theme restaurants. In the buffet-style restaurant is something there for everyone. It was every day rather same food. Meat was very tough. In the theme restaurants, where you a table to before reserve must, it looked differently. The food was very tasty. I would recommend all restaurants to try out... You can also several times a restaurant visit. The one or other Dollar tip you should leave... It also has its advantages.

    The pool bar we really liked... Nice in the pool sit and at the bar order a cocktail - what else could you want ☺ Everything else billiards, Tennis, basketball is also recommended. The chairs by the pool were partly in very poor condition. In the morning at the 9 hours are already the most occupied by towels.     The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport. Aircraft noise you can hear no or only completely rarely. The beach is right in front of the door. The loungers are all in a very poor condition at the beach (worn/broken). At the beach was always seaweed washed ashore, it didn't bother us as it once daily has been removed. The right Karibik would just had a bit further to the caribbean sea... There is the beach much nicer. Is were only 2 time outside from the hotel. We have a buggy x-all tour which is very recommendable. A walk on the road in front of the hotel along we relatively quickly begun, because you can really all 2 meters disturbed by the traders, the partly pushy,.

We were there the last stopover to the airport Punta Cana. For a short break it is perfectly ok. The rooms are already ageing, the staff makes the impression a ferienfabrik. The internet must still be paid, which nowadays free service should be. Otherwise offers the complex everything, what the simple tourist heart desires there. read more

The hotel complex was very nice and tidy. In the buffet-style restaurant was something for everyone, however flew birds and nibbled the cake buffet. The beach is very nearby and is also very well maintained. The loungers are partly worn out and broken (early enough reserve). A time we got on the beach used towels (check!). Our room was huge, however there were still hair from the previous guests around. Besides it smelled very moggig in our room. We had the whole week the balcony door open, to somewhat tolerable. A room changing was not possible, because the hotel was ... booked. English spoke only the least. read more

The lobby has positive urlaubsflair from. You feel very welcome. They are located at a lot of smaller buildings. The hotel complex is itself beautifully built. If one superficially looks, then may be not immediately shortcomings in the cleanliness on (later in the individual evaluation points, more). Internet like for instance wi-fi internet access with private device is not possible. You have to the internet with the available computer's expensive to buy. In the evening our arrival we wanted on open restaurant or something to eat. Clearly it was at 21:30 hours, but was the available buffet so empty ... swept and partly also not more beautiful to look at, so i only a dry rolls handle. To the rolls was a beer enough, which one well drink. The alcoholic mix drinks are mostly with more than 50% soft drinks mixed, so you too few alcohol in the drinks couldn't complain. So, if you stay here a high the cups want to do is right at home here. In all the bars and disco the impregnated in 0.2 liter plastic cups been enough. The exception is the lobby bar and visited restaurant. From young to old, all age groups were available. In the mass were russian nationals in this hotel (estimated 90%).     About the friendliness of the personnel you can't complain. As foreign languages were next to the english language also the russian very well represented. We were repeatedly addressed in russian, although we really didn't look. My room was from the besenreinen cleanliness alright, but was in another room the cleaning not really ideal. For who wants it the hair of the predecessor in the bath tub? The room safe was free, but the problems have started. The safe did not open. After 5 minutes the electrician on site and the problem seemed fixed. I closed my important personal belongings it. Morning's i wanted to the safe again open, but he wanted to my input code does not accept, so a mechanic on site had to come. Then parked i then my important documents in the safe of my colleague.

    Proximity to airport optimally about 19 kilometer. perhaps it was also because of the fresh breeze, that no aircraft noise was available. The beach was beautifully fine sandig, however into the water quite quickly deep. Since it was quite stormy, were also many seaweed to the beach washed. Unfortunately, nobody responded felt the beach from the seaweed to escape. If you just lied on the couch is ok, but if you with small children travels, it is not really ideal. The hotel to and for itself was nice and the hotel complex very nice. The beach was clean and really great. That food was very tasty and also diverse, as except the buffet still à la carte restaurant there is. The cleanliness at the table and partly also in other areas leaves much to be desired. The room was big enough, we had a junior suite with jacuzzi-which in 14 days never been cleaned-we even cleaned! The bathroom was big also completely reasonable some of things broken as the towel hanger on the sink where the screw out. Near the ... friendliness of the staff gave also flaws, at the front desk were some of the staff very rude. The guest service is partially very indifferent. It was for example not possible to get a packed lunch as we a trip booked and at 6 o'clock exit had, the guest service said we cannot, for breakfast buffet and eat before-only this time still no buffet is built! All snack bars were closed so we and the day before rolls and butter wrapped around a bit for breakfast to have. You could very many trips around the island over the travel company to book. There is also a bus (free of charge) in the Palma Real shopping center runs where some souvenir shops and boutiques, as well as the Hard Rock Café. read more

We are very satisfied with the vacation. Great beach, cleaned daily, clean rooms. The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. Food was great. At the beach is small restaurant with hot dogs, hamburgers and fries. By the pool pizza and bar (great drinks). Animation there was great! Briefly said championslige. Cappuccino is the best entertainer the world. We have a lot of fun together. The changeable and entertaining animation evening, disco also fine. The all hotel's employee are very friendly and willing to help. We recommend the hotel and regret, that the great time so will be over quickly. read more

We were as a young couple 2 weeks there, it was great. Room with sea view is worthwhile really! The beach is very beautiful, in the water it had at this time unfortunately a lot of seaweed. At the beach this but every morning from the staff away. The food is really great delicious and very varied, i have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, but so good food there was never. Hotel plant is beautifully, very well maintained. At the weekend came lots of young party, there was a lot going on. In the week it was quiet, but never ... boring. All in all we were happy there were a lot of russians there. If there problem gave you as comforted but luckily we had a great travel guide from schauinsland ( Adriana) the big praise deserves the is just great. The hotel we would German not recommendable. The rooms are not the newest and if you bad luck has must one in a new room, because the other underwater and everything is wet. ( things, bed, everything) read more

Hotel on the first glance very nice, impressive lobby etc. The rooms are very simple however functional, most of the at least. It the cleanliness it is not so far, extra wishes like for instance a 3. Towel for 2 persons ignored. Use please definitely the in-room safe, the maids steal as the drei raben! US' only ' 100 €unfavorable reviews, but it is much more about the principle. The hotel management does nothing, thus has the staff the freebies in order to continue steal. Without consistency! Although you can complaint with the police reimburse, only you should then to ... the negotiation unable to leave the country, passports are eingzogen! So much time unfortunately no tourist, know that very well, finally, we must return to at home around the to earn money, the you then again steal could! Really bad! read more

    Rooms are old, run-down and the bathroom is unfortunately not clean! Tiles and mountings are unfortunately not cleaned, everything else is so la la.     We had wi-fi free, usually costs 15 $a day, at our arrival was wi-fi but not encrypted! Animation at the beach super funny, it is absolutely not a must, but if you 2 days waited...     Very beautifully designed, spacious and very clean complex. The distance to the beach is to figure it out, there is also for' lazy' or disabled small electric cars, the one from A to B. Mini market on the complex isn't recommendable, is mega overpriced! Definitely the trip to Saona make! Is it really worth! Attention: mosquito repellent not forget!

It is a very nice hotel complex directly at the beach, the every day cleaned. The location of the room in blocks divided. My room was cleaned daily, however please do not with the german thoroughness compare! We stayed in the budget is not everything was always great!     Hotel lies directly at the beach, very nice beach location! Beach is every day cleaned! Shopping with the free shuttle service to reach. San Juan shopping center about 15. minutes away Shopping center in Hard Rock Café circa 10 minutes It will be many excursions offered. I was on Saona-Iceland, which i can really recommend this. Definitely i recommend the route after samana the limon waterfalls. This is a day trip. You fly from Punta Cana after samana, then continues to go it with the catamaran to the Bacardi-Iceland, then again with the catamaran on a small island for lunch. Back to the harbor samana and then with the open car direction waterfall. There angekomnmen, you get on a horse, and you rode about 30 minutes down to the falls-but it is still around 10 minutes away on foot further, and then you can in the waterfall swim. A great trip, where you also a lot of the country and people to see. ,

To 2 days in another room air conditioning broken, again room changing. It seemed like first everything ok, but then bed bugs! Hotel doctor said there were mosquito bites, on the first glance it looked it, but there were more and more. In deutschlanddann the arzterfuhren we are bed bugs. People if you a beautiful hotel want, then don't choose this. Staff are a very nice and endeavored, but the rooms ... are very run down. The food is very good, but the russians make very much broken in this hotel with their anti-social nature. It did me in the soul hurt to see, which daily in the garbage hiked. There is the San Juan and the Palma Real shopping center, both really good, here you can beautiful things buy, but don't forget the bargain. There are great places on the beach section, the search can. If you right in the blazing sun completely left at the back lies, is in our opinion your own fault. The hotel complex is very large with some options for shopping. The high number of loses in the large area. A part of the area is refurbished, the rest (or our room) was shabby, but practical. Finally one is only for sleeping in the room and since the a bit'shabby' didn't bother us. Really are many Russian tourists in the hotel, the US however not negative noticeable. Otherwise many Canadians, Americans and Spanish there. Any Ages. When I go abroad, then I would not assume, that one German understands or I'll stay at Germany, if I am only German surrounded ... want! read more

    the rooms were large with 2 massive beds... Only one used. Decor is typical of the country and convenient. Air conditioning we so set, not all runs, but will intervene, if certain temperature in the room simply fabulous. You have only to to help knowledge and not only complain about.     To friendliness of the staff there is nothing to complain about. We had not problems, although we do not speak Spanish! (like it in the forest inside schallt...!) the rooms were cleaned daily. Since we during the day were out and about a lot, we can unfortunately not say, whether only a cloth for a floor has been used.     At the beach You can't say... Except for that some are a bit saggy. We had never problems in shady spot to change or the other way around. That at the beach seaweed washes (as in other hotel the beach along also!) is unfortunately not influence from the hotel. We felt it was not terrible and so much it was not finally also or smell it also not. It was way removed. But can the hotel nothing, that seaweed washes... The neighboring hotels, it is not much different!

    our room was pretty close to at the beach... Had even lateral view of the sea. The excursion offer is certainly on the tour operators at. We had the luck whales to have seen (with domestic flight after samana), to the Bacardi Island, limon water fall and with truck back to the airport. Great trip and can only be recommended, since groups the languages to be divided, and so that the tour operator only German and French( Swiss) had to speak. In between there was of course enough food and Vitamina (rum and cola). Then we had a trip to the 'blue lagoon' to saona! Also recommended. Get out, to meet people and its country, so that you the Caribbean flair can hear!

    the beach is simply evil, terrible, disastrous. As I at the beach liege it was almost unbearable. These masses of people, like sardines in a can. The lounge chairs are so close to each other that no serving in between. If one with the couch has shot, had the remaining 1500 people turn. Barely a palm tree at the beach, everything away, no sun screens and the couches nearly all broken and worn out. The pools were OK, but I not 8000 kilometer far by the pool to lie.
