Room was very old and worn. Cabinets and desk fell apart soon. The fridge was rusting and made loud noises. The room electronics for the air-conditioner was broken. The balcony door can not be locked... Also after 30 minutes a mechanic had tried it with a large hammer and screwdriver to fix it. The bathroom looked on closer look not good. Dirt and mold. So the rooms are really not so nice. Luckily you so much.

There are 2 buffet restaurant and several theme restaurants. In the buffet-style restaurant is something there for everyone. It was every day rather same food. Meat was very tough. In the theme restaurants, where you a table to before reserve must, it looked differently. The food was very tasty. I would recommend all restaurants to try out... You can also several times a restaurant visit. The one or other Dollar tip you should leave... It also has its advantages.

In the hotel were all of the staff very friendly. English and spanish should be available... With german one comes not far ☺ The cleaning of the rooms was rather poor-despite tip!

The pool bar we really liked... Nice in the pool sit and at the bar order a cocktail - what else could you want ☺ Everything else billiards, Tennis, basketball is also recommended. The chairs by the pool were partly in very poor condition. In the morning at the 9 hours are already the most occupied by towels. Sometime in the 14 o'clock the people then also times which the loungers almost the enitre day reserved. I find that an isolence.

The hotel makes a nice and well-kept impression. The rooms are in several houses and thus well arranged. The condition the hotel is very worn out... A renovation is necessary. The all inclusive services are very good.

The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport. Aircraft noise you can hear no or only completely rarely. The beach is right in front of the door. The loungers are all in a very poor condition at the beach (worn/broken). At the beach was always seaweed washed ashore, it didn't bother us as it once daily has been removed. The right Karibik would just had a bit further to the caribbean sea... There is the beach much nicer. Is were only 2 time outside from the hotel. We have a buggy x-all tour which is very recommendable. My room. Be careful, if you the room 9114 to drawn lots get. Receives one this room, please immediately exchange. I begin from the start. I was in the room run. The room has a very good size. There were 2 kingsicebetten available. The air conditioning was so cold, so i just turned off have. Was positive though, that it worked. Right i the safe discovered, i myself already i avoided. At closer inspection i have the mold on the ceiling of the room discovered. Sorry, but something goes not at all! But i was only 1 night there, and wanted therefore not the monkeys make. The bed was alright, but i have said, that this room completely tired. A mini bar in the form of a fridge was also available. In the open i determined, that no drinks was available. The hit was but the bathroom, which with a bathtub was. The toilet was so far at the edge mounted, so you with its business inevitably with the leg to the roll the side mounted was, nudged is. About the friendliness of the personnel you can't complain. As foreign languages were next to the english language also the russian very well represented. In advance we have to say, a lot of time in the room you spend on vacation anyway not. The rooms could the only fault of the vacation his. It is a matter of luck. There is usually 3 courses, all in reasonable portions to get full and extremely delicious. Particularly the mexican and spanish are recommendable. The brazilian is a mixture of buffet and someone comes always with fleischspießen at the table. The beach is the food recommendable, but if you on your peace the food is there wrong. The hotel area is large and very nice laid out with lots of paths and palm trees and decorations. Rooms are old, run-down and the bathroom is unfortunately not clean! Tiles and mountings are unfortunately not cleaned, everything else is so la la. Soils are mostly ur swept, but never mopped wet! Unfortunately! Coffee machine great, coffee very delicious, mini bar 90% not filled! Air conditioning from the maid on cool/ gefrierkombinationstemperaturen turned up, safe is free, please definitely use of!

We had wi-fi free, usually costs 15 $a day, at our arrival was wi-fi but not encrypted! Animation at the beach super funny, it is absolutely not a must, but if you 2 days waited... Hotel on the first glance very nice, impressive lobby etc... The rooms are very simple however functional, most of the at least. It the cleanliness it is not so far, extra wishes like for instance a 3. Towel for 2 persons ignored. Use please definitely the in-room safe, the maids steal as the drei raben! US' only ' 100 €unfavorable reviews, but it is much more about the principle. The hotel management does nothing, thus has the staff the freebies in order to continue steal... Without consistency! Very beautifully designed, spacious and very clean complex. The distance to the beach is to figure it out, there is also for' lazy' or disabled small electric cars, the one from A to B. Mini market on the complex isn't recommendable, is mega overpriced! Definitely the trip to Saona make! Is it really worth! Attention: mosquito repellent not forget!

As mentioned above, the rooms are mostly in need of renovation. But one is already there. Mini bar refilled daily, coffee maker. Safe, telephone, hair dryer, iron, ironing board everything available.

Restaurants and bars i'd say very good, drinks were okay, too! The buffet i personally didn't really like, the could be better. But there were different theme evenings at the buffet. It was rich, but unfortunately i am at failure illness. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant was really reasonable!

The staff is really very friendly, as mentioned above. The spanish language-english is enough unfortunately not from! My room was cleaned daily, however please do not with the german thoroughness compare! We stayed in the budget is not everything was always great! Kids' program and care is available, as well as medical care, but i thank god didn't use had to take. Complaints were cared for immediately and completed to my satisfaction.

Sport and entertainment were really great! The entertainers offer many games and sports and make their thing really good. You will not pressed, in these games to participate. I find that very good. It is a very nice hotel complex directly at the beach, the every day cleaned. The location of the room in blocks divided. Unfortunately the rooms not all in good condition, furniture partly already outdated, window can not close, outlets not really on the wall attached, and the cleanliness can sometimes to be desired. The rooms are partly in need of renovation, but it is working! But you can complaint at the front desk insert, for example with pictures to prove it and then gets one also a new room allocated, the one before regard and then decide. There guests from britain many eastern europeans to my vacation period in this hotel, however luckily also americans, canadians, french, brazilian and also many from the adjacent südamerikansichen countries, all very outgoing and friendly. You should definitely spanish language-with english alone comes one unfortunately not very far, as most of the staff very little english knowledge possess and almost only spoke spanish. Some of the staff at the reception and lobby are also a very good german! The food at the buffet could really tolerable are! I get diarrhea, as well as many of the other guests. But you can on the various restaurants dodging and reserve. These are all super good and delicious! Also there is at the beach still a restaurant with local specialities, and you can also at the beach a burger, fries and salad get. The burgers are really good! The soul of the hotel are clear the employees. She are very friendly, willing to help and courteous. However, you should treat them with respect, because they, too, must be - exactly like we all-hard for your money work.
