All in all okay, the hotel staff very friendly, the spa area great.
Unfortunately the hotel you can not really as a non-smoker hotel to recommend, because there are those who simply don't keep and apply the staff unfortunately not, so that we the whole time the qualmgestank of the room next door had.
Also the service and the cleanliness for breakfast much to be desired. Too soft, almost watery eggs, table from the previous guests stuck together. We have 30 minutes for some bread and butter waited... Not so great. The hotel itself super, the staff always friendly. read more

The bed was too hard - the Hotel didnâ't have extra madrass. We stayed 4 nights! The breakfast took long time (had to wait too long time to get the food). Easier and more comfortable to have a buffet instead. We didnt get makeup sheets in the bathroom (3 days without refilled ). Other: nice and sentral place near attractions, and good spa (but should have been reduced price for spa for hotel guests). read more

The hotel is in an ideal location, you could reach everything important sights optimal via subway and S-Bahn.
The rooms are very spacious and clean! The wellness area we have unfortunately not tested. But alone the bathrooms with huge bath tub are a dream! read more

The single rooms are very small and dark location; lanaange course lead to the rooms for many-and to doors-the needs getting used to and as a lone traveler also somewhat terribly;
Change of towels only on extra request, room are not cleaned daily, but on arrival quite clean.
Very positive is the location of the hotel in the shopping boulevard friedrichsstraße, between Spree and Friedrichsstadtpalast.
Also very positive is the good breakfast à la carte in the restaurant.
For a short break to Berlin definitely recommendable. read more

For a business trips appropriate. Unfortunately no breakfast buffet, you have to the waitress wait, until you the dishes takes, that were here exactly 35 minutes! Takes just too long, the tables were from the previous guest was cleared, but not wiped. read more

If you want a city break in Berlin before, you can book the riverside city from recommend. The main business at spa is located. Disadvantage was, that our room first in the evening cleaned. read more

The entrance area was very luxuriously decorated, my room was only on the staircase of the nebenhauses reachable. The room was extremely small, the bathroom was large enough. Altogether could the lighting the room clearly better, something very dim. As I the room only for one night during a business trips stayed in, was the room absolutely sufficient very friendly staff. read more

Something plush, simple hotel in art nouveau style. Convenient and relatively inexpensive. For the use of a' sharpened-wellness -hotels' absence in the sauna essential things as plunge pool or hot footbath. On worst was the fact, that a forgotten valuable Shirt not again be found. That should be in a well organized hotel not occur! read more
