Alice Springs coming from the hotel is located almost at the end of the city. The very run down area has rooms on the ground floor and the first floor. The first room we were on the ground floor smelled of smoke so the it was unbearable. We requested another room and got even a higher category. It was also on the ground floor and looked, as if it had been renovated quickly. In all cases, it was better than the first. Outside the door everything was full of trash, even a mattress was there. The screen of the door ... way and had holes in them. The room was equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk above a dirty mirror hanging, two chairs, a fridge and a kettle with two cups, as well as coffee and tea. Iron/ironing board were the facility, but a safe was missing. The luxury in the room was a flat screen tv and a DVD player. The air conditioning worked fine. The shower/toilet were not renovated.
