All staff were friendly and helpful (especially Ali (towels) and Ayman (restaurant). Lovely gardens and pools. Food was very good. Everywhere clean and tidy. Entertainment good if you want it. read more

There is a service for everything available 24 hours a day and staff are wonderful and create a fabulous home from home atmosphere. The Reception staff are above excellent and when I had an urgent issue to deal with through my internet, they ensured that I had access through the hotel manager as I had purchased the use at average £3.00 per day. The hotel is spotless and cleaning is ongoing across all areas to include toilets in the gardens and beach. Lots of mixed nationalityies; age range at the hotel. read more

    All rooms are the same and more than adequate with a fridge which is useful. Excellent beds. Excellent safe in every room. Good balconies overlooking the gardens, pool an the sea. No tea making facilities in the room though!

    We stayed all inclusive and the variety of food is very good. Along with the main restaurant, there are places to eat situated in the gardens with access to food all day long. There is also an Asian Restaurant and an Italian Restaurant with a voucher available for 1 free meal during your stay.

    Staff are so friendly at all times. Many staff spreak 2 or 3 languages and all I encountered spoke some English. Rooms are cleaned daily. All complaints are dealt with immediately and problem solving is excellent.

    Lots of activities all day long for adults. Lots of childrens parks. Water facilities, wind surfing etc great to watch or participate in. Pools are amazine but COLD at this time of year. Lots of showers and foot rinses. There is a camel on the beach called MAX and the photographs his owner takes are amazing. MAX drinks sprite is so friendly. His owner is very respectful and caring.

    The Hotel is well situated for access to El Guana and Hargarda. Taxis through the hotel are around £8 for a return trip to and the taxis wait for you if a couple of hours and come back for you if longer than that. If you are prepared to barter the same taxis from outside the hotel can be negotiated exactly the same for £6 return trip (circa 600 Egyptian pounds). Both take around 15/20 minutes each way. There are lots of shops in the hotel an the sister hotel directly next door (where you can use all their facilities). A trip to Hurgarda's main street Sheriton Street has everything you could imagine but you need to barter. Excursions are available through representatives but also available through an abundance of companies walking round the beach and pool areas selling them. A chap called Tito organised our trips and we spoke to him for about a week before we realised he sold trips. You can add a red flag available from the towel facilities if you don't want to be approached.

Briefly and scarcely: it was beautiful, sun, beach and super delicious food. The staff was very friendly and very competent, a compliment to Mustafa and saloha from the reception (always ready for fun) to have. For cleanliness in all areas is very much respected, if in the interior area, as well as in the outdoor area. Really great! With german and english is the communication also no problem. We will definitely come back next year. A visit in the spa is also very worth it. Greetings sally and silvija (tanta is the best ☺ ). read more

In march we have whole 3 weeks and even have gladly extended, if it limited would setup leave. We had originally booked the festival Riviera booked, but upon arrival in the more modern and newer hotel le jardin accommodated. On our request 2 rooms right next to each other to get at the front desk immediately and very friendly received. (we had 2 single rooms). We got even the best rooms in the 5. and top floor with a direct ocean and pool view. Just amazing. The whole staff was very helpful and very friendly. Especially georgina of the guest ... relation was so nice and very efficient. No matter what problem you had it always with advice and act to the side. We actually no problems had ☺. When we booked the specialty restaurants. (both restaurants really delicious) The beach is no real sandy beach, entrance into the sea is only over steps possible! Nevertheless very lovely beach. Because it in Egypt often very windy, we found these even as very helpful in march, since no sand on the loungers blown was. Excellent service in the restaurant, customer service (especially by georgina!) Phenomenal. German almost everyone, even the carpenters speak good german. Mainly russian guests on site but all have really good behaved. While we were there there were only 30% of the hotel occupied, so it was real relaxation given. The head of the restaurant le jardin fariq was also very pleasant and extremely helpful! The only negative was the several times during the day and during the night the fire alarm in the whole hotel went loosely. Fire alarm are not protected so that everyone goes past simply just press. Maybe you could change it, that not drinkers at night or children during the day so easy mood can. In the all in all, a very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price-performance ratio was during our travels simply unsschlagbar and then so positively surprised to, such a competent service from the front desk to the final goodbye. Could even a room until 16 o'clock free hold (because the hotel not fully booked and we only at 22 o'clock our home flight had). We will be back. Special thanks to georgina, faraq and the whole front desk staff. Thanks for the unforgettable 3 weeks which we with you could spend! read more

Hello! I vacationed with a friend at your hotel in March 2013 it was a fabulous vacation!we Like-it! Since a meeting, very careful (Solah wasretsepshen) and friendly, and the view from the room is fantastic! Food excellent!we For every taste! A nice hotel, unfortunately must the staff at friendly guests to get used to, since 98% of the guests from rude russians was. Everywhere seemed a smile miracle! That is a great shame for country and people. Food was the clientele adjusted (unfortunately) Roughly said, if i have swine to eat, i would vacation on the farm! Rooms were often only after complaint made, in the evening you had to the towels afterwards run. I do not need every day a new towel, i would then but i in the bathroom to keep! Guest relations Joanna was friendly and competent ..., and for everything an ear to lend and fought actively a. A ray of hope in the dining room was ayman, he behilt always the overview The same goes for Hassan in the lobby bar. As mentioned, the staff is grateful for every friendly guest. read more

    Super animation team - thank you - specialy to Jamaica, Costa Rica, Lena, also to the Mohamed, Mosad from the bars, great variety of activities for kids, joung people and also older one (beach volleybal - would need a new ball, acqua aerobic, streching and evening shows were great). Pools - vere clean, large - just perfect, enough of sunbads everywhere, internet availability was super, enough shops in the hotel lobby with suveniers and useful items.

very good stay with my family, i read so much bad things about this hotel but the 90% are wrong.very good hotel good staff, food and room good.the guest service office do his job perfectly, they know all and inform you all times, thanks johanna & georgina. everything all right.i was afraid about some review before our departure to hurgada with two children (2 & 8 years old), you find antiseptic in the entrance of restaurant, plastic glasses, no problem, no diarrhea,gastro enteritis. enjoy this hotel read more

I was now already for the 4. time in Hurghada, but this was definitely the 'worst' stay. Where you looked or heard: russian. The staff and the entertainers spoke hardly any german. Only russian, arabic and english. For the guests of course the hotel nothing. However, i would this hotel not again. The beach was a catastrophe (entrance into the water only a metalltreppe ) and even at night, it was on the complex quite loud. Cleanliness in the room: oh well. With the food however we were very satisfied and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But nevertheless ... we made the best of it and thanks to the many trip possibilities some wonderful days spent there. read more

Everything was good, it was a nice holiday! Specially, I want to thank Salah from the reception of the Le jardin hotel, who always helped to me and my friend in difficult situations (when lost the key of our room and we have some problems with safe), he was very kind and respectful! We were last year already here and i have to say, the hotel has very has improved. The food tasted very good. There were for lunch and in the evening a lot of gerilltes me very much love. Cleanliness and rooms are fully alright. The bathroom would renovierungdbedürftig. The employees the bars and especially of the pool bar are very friendly... Especially, mosad' a the best and closely bartender i have ever met... All around a very successful holiday... We are coming again. read more

We had booked an economy room and were given a upgrade the front desk with a partial view of the ocean. The size. As well as the cleanliness of the room was perfect. A special thank you, i would like to take our first room boy suefy Mohamed pronounce our room to enter, was every time a surprise, every day new creations with towels and other. You found a bit of dust so ... was perfect the cleaning and its friendliness was outstanding. There is also a small balcony with seat opportunity for 2 persons. Unfortunately, to the 98 percent russians the beautiful hotel and the peace and quiet disturb. But it is the german and other countries, the Egypt russians are flooded by. It should from the tour operators and hotel only a certain number of russians be allowed. Furthermore should Egypt for german-speaking countries by tour operators and hoteliers made more attractive. We were already 5 times in Egypt and we know every year as the russians increase. So people save Egypt bay for the nice Egypt before the loss to preserve.     The entire staff is very friendly and cooperative.     The distance to the beach about 300 metres. The transfer to the airport takes about 20 minutes. It depends on how lots of hotels on the route. To down down or e ldahar for shopping circa 25. minutes with the taxi. In down down, there is a great greek restaurant name Samos where you can get cheap and very good food. There is also the possibility with a bus in these towns. We recommend the hotel taxi to take to down down you pay 10 Euro back and forth and you can in the hotel already mind when you wanted to return again. The verteiber of the taxis, maxi and is a very friendly man also spoke perfect german.
