Hotel is not in the category it claims. It does not have proper and good house keeping to clean up your room or provide you towels or so on. At night the music in the hallway was so loud that you could not have good rest as the noise was coming to the rooms. Walls are such that you could hear your next room. You could see animals in the dining area and hall ways most of the time. Food was not good either. Can easily say the management was not good at all. The staff was friendy and helpful. They made me feel like royalty. The food was delicious. The variety and selection was great. The beach was amazing. Lots of water sports for guests to enjoy. The water was crystal clear and clean. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Hotel looks like huge castle as if it came out of story books. read hotel review

    Almost no variety, cold food, the taste could be improved (the fries were cold and not even all deep-fried. At the bars you got only after persistent queries offered drinks (about wine), if they were occupied. The staff was at the waiters absolutely unstructured, unqualified and ignorant. Again and again there were zusatzanbieter (freshly squeezed juice), the offer but expensive pay left. The juice was twice as expensive than in the offeror directly in front of the hotel entrance!

    Hardly speak english (no german) available. The rooms were not cleaned every day and if, then extremely careless. Trash remained on the floor are. The promised hotel servivces, such as internet access, Bowling, billiards, hairdresser amongst others were absolutely arbitrary and rarely open. The front desk could no real information and often was not even manned.

Terrible hotel Just horrible! The hotel we had for 5 days booked but could only 1 day bearable. The hygiene is just horrible. If one into the restaurant goes one only of dirty tablecloths and dirty table-ware We as a family didn't dare in the hotel-restaurant to eat. Are right back out, as we got inside. On the first day you could neither in the pool nor at the beach swim. The condition of the pool is simply not acceptable. The water smelled not after chlorine. The tiles and grout in the pool only brown. The beach is actually no ... beach. A very small sand piles of garbage the decoration the loungers. Our room and the baths only by the mold 'decorated'. The bed linen were so dirty, although supposedly the room already been cleaned. Even after the complaint at the front desk nothing has happened. Nobody took care. So we as a family taken care of. The clean bed sheets by the housemaid- schiebewagen simply and simply with the dirty nasty bed linen changed. On the next day in the morning we could this condition not bearable. And therefore we checked out. It is terrible with his own money so fuck about to leave. read hotel review

    I in my whole life not occupied! Despite direct complaints of our first room was the second little bit better, but it was at least still a small sofa in it, the first room was almost unfurnished. The carpet 'lived', in other words there you could in any case bug, if you walk barefoot run would be. On the ceiling stains from water damage (in two rooms bTW)-in all colors, in the bathroom the joints in the shower tub was black-I would not pay deal. What you did in the room, fell either or was already broken or only not at all available, as a toilet brush for example, the TV was unusable, as the tone very bad and only full volume or on a lot to silent to adjust was-from the picture very apart. A complaint at the front desk by a a shrug of the shoulders answered.

    The food general was really reasonable - very varied and for 1 week not boring. The beverages ' all inclusive', particularly the wine red and white were not only bad, but really not enjoyable white wine was room temperature and tasted of chemistry and the red wine simply only horrible-have never seen such bad wines try. Went on beer transferred, which already vorgezapft on the desk and my instruction, please check fresh to get, I am in total incomprehension encountered

    After the Saisson arrived, nothing was more offered-these should one however then in the description note. The two pools were not, contrary to the hotel description, heated and that's why colder than the sea and not usable. Deck loungers totally dirty, to umbrellas you had to struggle, because it is only 3 piece at the beach and from middle the week no more and no more rausgegeben' was Unbelievable but true!

Since the bathing in this hotel, the condition of the room was not relevant. The food was the best we have ever had, was now in Turkey for the ninth time and only five stars. Pool area was great. At the beach bar there was always something to eat. The hotel has two water parks, with several pools and slides or six turns in the room were out of order. The beach was okay. Food was different every day and twice sushi. Beverages The usual. We would in any case, out of season stay at this hotel again. read hotel review

    The size of the room is OK if you as a couple is. on the furniture you should not on the details eighth. Apart from that okay. and the condition is rather old, in the cleanliness you should from time to time 1 to 2 euros lay, sost not happen much in the room. Shower left to wish remaining

Varied and delicious the food was. The German skills at the front desk were not particularly, but with a little English communication was possible at any time. In the service area you could easily communicate in German. Therefor you are abroad, where you probably can't wait, everyone spoke perfect German. The hotel itself is located in a picturesque setting, a very nice architecture surrounded by mountains. Long time can hardly, sauna, bowling alley, fitness room, Spa area, plenty of pools and water slides available. Good possibilities to go shopping near the hotel. The Russians were mostly families often mentioned and ... not as annoying to feel. We as a family have the choice of hotel not regret it. read hotel review

On the whole, it is a comfortable five stars hotel, with the front desk employees could at least expect. This was not the case. Some waiters, as well as the boy could speak a bit of German. The food was good, but then it got repeated but somewhat. Fish dishes are in Chateau de prestige apparently unknown, which is very regrettable. During our stay there were about 20 in February European tourists in this hotel. During this time, several important Turkish companies found instead of, with about 500 to 600 then additionally were present. The access in the dining room ... you can imagine. read hotel review

The complex is very nice. If one had a room facing the landside, one had the greatest view of the Taurus mountain range. This was an all-inclusive hotel, which is always very pleasant. The hotel was booked more by Russians and other nationalities (Turkish, Israelis and only around 2% Germans). But that didn't bother us. It wasn't completely handicapped accessible. There were sufficient bathrooms, but when in a wheelchair, one had difficulty getting from the lowest floor to the pool (was actually impossible without the help of another person). read hotel review

    We had a very nice room. One actually didn't hear one's neighbours, except for the slamming of the doors. The bedding was seldom changed.

    The hotel was very clean. If something fell in the restaurant, it was swept up. To the food and drink, it should be said that they were good. Only, one had to get one's drinks oneself. If they had had more staff, the guests wouldn't have had to do this themselves.

    One couldn't say that the staff was unfriendly, but they didn't make any effort to speak any other languages other than Russian and, of course, Turkish. Housekeeping functioned only in a limited capacity. Only during the first 4 days of our holiday did we have 2 large and 2 small towels, and they were stingy with toilet paper. During our 14-day stay, our room never saw a vacuum cleaner nor a mop (old hair lay under the sink for the entire 2 weeks). Dusting was also limited.

    Various sports activities were offered. We didn't partake in any. The cleanliness of the entire pool area was lacking. They should have used more staff so that things could have been cleaned properly. The pool area itself was super.

    The distance to the beach as had been listed in the catalogue did not conform with the actual distance. It was certainly more. There were sufficient possibilities to buy knick-knacks and there were also several neighbouring hotels. One could take the Dolmus bus for around 2 Euros directly to Kemer (one couldn't walk there, it was surely around 9 km away). For the same journey by taxi it cost 14 Euros one-way. One could book ample excursions with the respective tour operators. I wouldn't try booking any excursions from the street vendors.

I can only confirm the previous reviews. When we arrived, I couldn't guess at the catastrophies awaiting us. The hotel building itself was very nice, but that was about it. I have never seen such a dirty 5-star hotel. The lift was smeared with vomit, but that didn't bother the staff, who used it around 100 times a day - no one felt responsible for cleaning it up. There were always dishes in the hallways (from the guests who don't know that the restaurant is for eating in and who therefore take their meals to their rooms and then leave ... the dishes in front of the door). Nobody wanted to remove these, either, and thus the dishes remained in the hallways for days. The state of the carpets has already been reported. There were very few Germans in the hotel. Russians were present but did not make up the majority. They did not make themselves noticeable in a negative sense, but the guests from Israel did. We have never seen such bad behaviour, no respect for the other guests and they acted as if they were alone in the hotel. The food was also tried directly at the buffet and if it's taste did not meet one's expectations, it was removed from the mouth and placed back in the dish. When I wanted to let a child (around 10-years-old) know that this behaviour was incorrect, it's mother laid into me. Thankfully, I couldn't understand her.     A huge catastrophe! Dirty plates, cups, glasses. The condition of the drink machines was filthy. Simply DISGUSTING. The choice of dishes was passable, I had enough to eat, but my son only ate white bread (the only kind of bread available) and cucumbers. However, one couldn't complain about the fruit, there was always a large and sufficient selection available.

    The playground was in the same condition as the hotel - filthy! My son wanted to go down the slide and almost landed in a heap of feces, I was just able to stop him in time. Somebody had been too lazy to use the WC.

    The location was good. The shopping street right at the hotel, even if it was overpriced, one could take nice walks there in the evenings. The beach was OK, despite the pebbles. The water was fantastic. Warm and above all, clean.
