Room great furnished and large. Everything you need is available. The only thing which the tv is concerned, there were only two german channels available otherwise ok. Bathroom and toilet clean and neat.

Different bars and restaurants, varied food which also tasted good. The service is always make an effort the used tables back shut for the next guests. Cleanliness and hygiene there is priority. There was no problems.

There one can only say great. Always friendly, attentive and always make an effort the tourists it make it as pleasant as possible.

There is something for everyone there... Fun and it was fun. The entertainers are always tried with the tourists a bit close. Actually is there in the hotel always something going on until half three. Beach and pool in the very good condition and beach chairs are also sufficient locally.

Great hotel, clean, tidy and in good condition. Rooms are relatively large and the service perfect. The average age was at 35 to 45 years. The only thing which was, the russians were there in the hotel and we had the feeling the only german to be there. Apart from that the hotel can be with calm conscience further-recommend.

No long way to the beach or to the pool. Very well maintained facilities. Who to Hurghada want to drive you should own taxi service from the hotel take advantage of, very pleasant and punctually to agreed place again. The only thing which negative was the minibus ride to the pool. Fully occupied with the bus drove the driver with 140 kilometer per hour, left the cell phone at the ear and obsolete on the left lane up the hill another bus... That was already very dangerous. We have the driver informed me that that is not possible.

The room was spacious, the condition the furniture in need of care but moderately attractive wood, when you consider that Egypt no wood produces it was alright. The tv program in our building had a bad front desk was at the time not improve. Balcony, coffee machine, telephone available. Size and cleanliness of toilet and bath everything was okay. Fixtures newer models.

There was a restaurant with large draped porch, a bar in the lobby and a bar at one of the pools. To the cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant tried all forces but sauten the guests there very nice rum and made encountering tables and food counters again dirty. The kitchen style was typical of the country with a european twist. The atmosphere was shrill and loud constantly tried with garish music the guests in momentum and holiday mood to hold, here would be soft music background better. The annoying! Tips we gave for liking it was not forced.

The service was the country has to be good. The employees were always friendly, had a little german spoke mostly english. As good i cannot judge since my english' not particulary good are. The rooms were cleaned regularly we got daily fresh towels and durchmittel. Child care was available and a doctor practice, complaints were immediately taken up and tried to. With us it folded however only in 3. start.

It was for all something was offered, surfing, snorkelling kids club, disco, entertainment, long a bit coarse sandy beach, unfortunately no bathing it was a korallengebiet. The sea, with swimming spot reached by a 400 meter long catwalk with ladder. There could in a small limited Areal baden. Beach chairs, cushions and umbrellas were enough at the pools available. At the beach it was rather boring. But that didn't disturb me as i because of the corals were not able to swim.

The complex is quite large made a neat impression nice tree and garden design. The room was huge. We had booked all inclusive. The average age went through all the decades. The guest structure stock mostly from russian speaking countries people of the biggest part only by their language at all. Partypeople and bathing slippers institution in the dining room there were from all nationalities.

The distance to the beach arose from the location the houses/rooms. Small walks at the sea breezes are not too shabby either. The airport was not far away, aircraft noise was rare, it was the next town approximately one hour / Hurghada place already further away, but everyone should when booking know. All kinds of excursions were offered by our tour operator but not used by us. For shopping there was a small shopping street available the tourists was completely enough. Even the usual pharmacy was. Restaurants not looking for and needed.

Very nicely furnished and clean.

You have 4 restaurants to verfügeung. The food is plentiful and something for everyone. It is very clean. The food is typical of the country. The staff looked forward to a small tip and served still better. ( understandably)

The staff are always anxious the guest to be helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. They spoke English German and Russian spoken.

The freizeizangebot is very plentiful.

The hotel complex is very lovingly arranged. It is despite its size quickly in the restaurant or at the pools. The hotel is in small houses divided with 12 room. The rooms are very well-kept and the room boys are trying very hard and are very clean in your work. In short: we were now to 2'. Harmony and look forward now already to next year.

There hotel lies directly at the beach. This year was build a jetty, the commission makes it possible wonderful at the reef snorkeling.

Huge room, very comfortable and always clean

The food was very oriental (as in this country is so usual ) unfortunately lukewarm, which I didn't mind, because I was rather somewhat cooler eat. At the buffet everything was always there. It was immediately refilled, if something was empty. The dessert was also as a buffet built and was sensational. Breakfast was mostly always the same however a wide selection for a 'breakfast'. For breakfast, there is freshly squeezed orange juice but costs somewhat (I think about 1.50 Euro) The cleanliness is very much emphasized on the complex.

The staff are very friendly and very nice. We had all-inclusive, what in this hotel probably is usual. We have the zimmermännern, the room clean at the start 20 cost (just over 2 Euro) given and the room was always beautifully prepared and everything was perfectly clean. At the bar we have also often again some tip and we were already right with our drinks ( it noticed had ) at the bar welcome.

The pool area is huge and nicely laid out. Always clean... The entertainment team had every evening another program and also during the day always offered... It was very nice. Thanks to Sophie;-)

The hotel is beautiful in the desert and right near to the beach. The area is large but always (as it was) clean. It was always in the garden area worked everything nice and tidy hold.

It is off the beaten track of all the stress, in everyday life has. The hotel lies directly in the desert. From the airport, as well as of of the city the hotel is approximately 25 minutes out by car. But you can for 6 Euro every evening to Hurghada with a shuttle bus go.

Our room was really very big and with air-conditioning, mini bar and tv equipped. We could however only RTL II welcome. There was a big closet and a bureau for the clothes, a desk and bedside tables. It was nice the kettle we have every evening tea or coffee ( is every day filled for free ) cooked. The bathroom was also very spacious and had a really large shower. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day and fresh towels provided.

We booked through Alltours booked all inclusive. Early -, lunch and dinner there was the large dining room in the main building. Furthermore, there was lunch in the beach restaurant, which we were only there for a snack use. There only pizza with tomato sauce and cheese, as well as another hot dish. From o'clock there was on the upper pool even the possibility a small something to eat. We were with the food always satisfied. Furthermore we could each one in the oriental and Italian restaurant against reservation eat. The sea water pool, there was a fish restaurant in the form of a ship ( at a charge), which we did not use however. Only point of criticism is the levy a drink in small pastikbechern, which was perfect for us with the wine, cocktail or beer already disturbed. But if you the service friendly asked, you got generally a glass (even without tip)

The service was in our opinion absolutely great. The started at check in at. We were no 5 minutes in the lobby as our luggage already on an electric cart drove loading was and we to our room were brought. Also in case of any problems was always quickly. Admittedly, a lot of of the staff spoke no German, but with English you always got along. Otherwise makes friendliness opposite the employees paid, to us was in any case no one rude (even without tip). Our room was every day cleaned perfectly and the mini bar with water and soft drinks filled for free.

There is altogether three large fresh water swimming pools which in terraces designed and equipped with a artificial stream are connected (small water fall included) with the middle pool is the pool bar and in the bottom three are slides. Followed the aforementioned meereswasserpool at. There were water polo, volleyball, gymnastics and so on and by a really amazing entertainment team led. The children's disco was every evening from 20:30 until: o'clock and was well attended and the responsible animator ( Sophie) was for the kids obviously very popular. At: o'clock found then the evening show instead, whereby particularly the fakir show was very impressive. At this point again respect to the rep teaka. From 11:00 P. M. it went in the hotel's own disco further. Twice a week were beach parties with show and a disco for a fee (5 Euro) offered. Loungers and sun screens were always in sufficient quantity available. Also in the pool area it was very clean.

We booked our vacation in February this year, at that time, the hotel a satisfaction of well over 80 per cent on. When we shortly before departure again nachschautenund the current reviews read came the shock and we were a bit worried. However we were fast convinced that the opposite is true. The hotel complex itself was spacious and very beautifully designed. However some drain cover loose respectively bad nook and at night you should therefore on his way eighth. You are in small houses to 12 units. The cleanliness was actually pristine, apart from were regardlessy thrown calm trinkbechern or similar each guest can the staff evenly also not afterwards rooms. For snorkeling we had two possibilities. For a lead over a footbridge directly at the reef edge or one ran at the beach a few hundred meters to the left, there leads to a kind of lagoon, in which you wonderful swim can and also for a lying off reef reached. In both cases is worthwhile the snorkeling in any case. That the way there stony, did not surprise us, because our other hotels ( for example beach Albatros Palace) that was, so take one good bathing shoe or similar with. At the time of our stay were too many guests from eastern european countries on. We had with those however no negative experiences, as I already worse with German vacations experienced. A preference by the employees no speech can be.

To the beach can it ever after accommodation because of the forenamed large complex logically have a few meters his, but one is on vacation and not on the run. The beach even the pools from alternatively over a bridge, by a sea water pool, or just around the pool be achieved. To Hurghada there are about 35 kilometer and can by taxi or shuttle bus-bus be easily reached. Shops nearby does not exist, but we knew that already before. Directly in front of the hotel there are small shops with souvenirs, postcards and so on, as well as a pharmacy. At the beach we have a ride with horse and it was really wonderful in the evening an hour through the nearby desert to gallop. Also on a quad tour we took part. It is important to mention, that the quads directly in front of the hotel and therefore circuitous transfer be dropped.

The rooms had a sufficient size, with a balcony, view of the sea and large bathroom. It was a walk-in closet, desk, chairs, air conditioning, safe, telephone, tv, kettle and tv available. It was to summarize decent clean state

In the hotel there was a main restaurant, as well as an oriental, a Italian and a fish restaurant. In all restaurants it was clean. The selection in the main restaurant changed daily and it was really always something there for everyone. Small drawback: the behavior for the food some local tourist was in certain places catastrophic.

The staff were always in a good mood and friendly us opposite, with nearly all of you could communicate in English. Everyday the rooms were cleaned very well and tidy. Doctor, pharmacy, laundry was available we didn't need it respectively we didn't use. Questions at the front desk were always immediately dealt with.

Great. Unfortunately somewhat too few loungers. The pools were always clean There was animation at the pool, mini disco, evening agenda, partly live music evenings at the pool bar

The hotel had middle size, approximately 550 rooms. The complex itself was very spacious. It was always and everywhere cleared up and one made clean. It was an international audience and mixed age structure

The complex lay by hotel's own small salzwasserbinnensee, at which the fish restaurant and was part of the morning clock sport gymnastic been held, on the sandy beach. At the hotel there are some small sales little house, Makadi Madinat is about kilometers away ( is worth less) and Hurghada about 30 kilometer (better). At the pools various excursions offered. But we did for our tour operator and a daytrip to luxor, with a visit of the karnaktempels, valley of the king and temple the hatschipsut made.

Basic room, clean, nice size.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English very well room cleaning was good however they want tipping constantly. The activity animation staff were brilliant always put on a really good show and give tons of good advice.

Always tons of activities to do the animation team are brilliant and make you feel involved they understand when you want to relax but also let you know what is available and include you. They are brilliant to talk to and know lots about the local area. Kids club was good even though we did not take children you can see the staff involvement and they are brilliant they genuinely care for the safety of the children and the enjoyment.

The hotel was nice not really 5 star quality, the food was not very nice but it the rooms are clean. The reception areas and dining areas are not clean, mot guests are polish and Russian we were the only English for 2 weeks. Pool areas are nice and clean.

Only a few hotels around the area with a few shops not near the town centre at all and it costs a lot to get around by taxi. There are diving, boating and safari excursions however we booked 4 water trips including swimming with wild dolphins and they sent us on the wrong trip on our last day there and when confronted they did everything to convince you that it was the right trip in the end we only got quarter of our money back for a trip we didn't want. Also we booked 4 water excursions and the last 3 had days changed last minute, the come to you around the pool area do not book with the water sports excursion people they ruined our holiday. Safari trips are good and trust worthy.

In our room were 3 beds, because we 3 persons were! It was approximately 30 meters² large with mini bar, tv, balcony, safe, air conditioning and telephone! The bathroom was also very big. Washbasin with large spiegen and hair dryer. Shower, toilet bd. It was always clean and every day there was new hand and bath towels!

There was a main restaurant and a pool bar! A oriental, Italian and fish restaurant! The selection was very big and adequate and international! The restaurants and bars were all very clean! The atmosphere in the main restaurant was good, one could and outside food! In the specialty restaurants only in it! We have no tip in advance and the staff were nevertheless nice and friendly!

The staff were always very friendly and has always a great service made.! At the pool bar one was always very polite welcomed and served very nicely. Always up for a joke ready. In the lobby and the front desk one was always very polite and to questions or wishes was always nice response. The language skills were good! With English you got along well. The German language skills are not so good, but they are hard to understand or get a members of the then translated or itself helps. We can clear say that the complete staff just great is. Not once our vacation we have reason had unsatisfied to be. They are hard and always in a good mood. The entertainment team was excellent. In of the child care there were every day variety and the children have done so well that even the parents get away from it all could at the time where their children were cared for. You had to not worry since the entertainers very kind with the small and large they are. Big praise and thanks to the entertainment team! Especially my girlfriend on Sophie and Marco!

There was 5 pools with chairs and sun screens! A pool with pool bar water fall where small and large fun had. A pool where the 4 slides were and the entertainment took place. At this pool there are the whole day music. We really enjoyed that. Between the pool and beach there was the natural pool with salt water. The beach was clean and there is also loungers, as well as sun screens! In the kids club we were not in it, as well as in the disco! We have evenings with our friends at the pool bar sat with a delicious cocktail and live music. Brilliant!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room we have stayed in, was big and clean! It was cleaned every day and nice figures from towels prepared! We had' all inclusive' and it was a huge selection at the buffet! For breakfast, for lunch and during dinner there were different and very tasty prepared dishes. From pasta over meat, fish different salads and plenty of delicious cakes! There is plenty of choice. The guests from lots of different nationalities in the hotel we found not disturbing. It was very nice also people from other countries to meet with them and to have fun. The average age mixed!

The distance to the hotel own beach was very short. As there are high and low tides it could be that you have the hotel private jetty into the sea must go. It is however only, because the reef a bit higher. To the next shopping place ( Makadi madidat ) it was about 7 kilometer where you with the taxi drive must. It really pays off the 10 Euro money for return to just time for a walk or just shop I would like. To Hurghada and to the airport it was about 30 kilometer! The possibilities for outings are very big should be booked with the tour operator! For shopping with the transfer from the hotel you should definitely make. Shops on shops. A extra shoppingmaile only for tourists. Yet is very recommendable a snorkeling excursion to the dolphin house. We booked an excursion with FTI and the was great! Friends were in luxor and loved it!

Bathroom & room are very very BIG ! (Look to my photos). We had 3 beds and once baby cot and also we had many free place in room.

Many bars & restaurants - time to wait for cuisine was short and without battles :) A lot of different dishes to choose - everybody everyone can find something for everyone.

Very good, friendly and sympathetic service in all restaurants and bars. Room services also - our room was very good cleaned every day.

Many animations on swimming pool and area. You do not need a watch with you on swimming pool - waterslide is closed between 1 and 2 pm everyday - waterslide closed - it's time to dinner :)

Good location for real rest - far from the bustle of the city - with All inclusive option you have no reason to leave the hotel :) Hotel is situated on Red Sea beach with beautiful coral reef.

The buildings 43, 44, 33, 34 are situated in very quiet area - excellent for family with small babies. In the hotel area we may to find Pharmacy, shop with souvenirs, equipment to snoorking and many more.
