Very recommendable for families. The rooms 'alpe nemes' were a dream. You could directly from the terrace the 'runway'. Our kids could from the room from to outside the sleigh and tobogganing. We will be back:-) read more

Good and varied offer for children. Very nice wellness area with a magnificent view in Sexten Dolomites. Many excursions could directly from the hotel be started. The rooms have a balcony or terrace on the south side. read more

The waiters in the restaurant solely consists of warm people, which observes, that your job to do. The massages in spa: a dream. Only fly in the ointment: the rooms in the main building require urgently a renovation, especially the mattresses... But: we'll be definitely again! read more

We had with the family despite so-so weather a real dream vacation! We stayed in the new building in the doge of Venedig used, the modern, bright and comfortable. Therefore we could us in spite of the only bad weather good relaxation. Our three small have extensively from the massive offer for children use made. The location with view of the pool on the mountains and nearby the three pinnacles is just great. The most beautiful we found however the informal touch, by mr Rainer senior, his wife and four children, as well as countless grandchild comes. Most of them ... are in the hotel and give you just a completely different gastgefühl than a managergeführten hotel. We will gladly also times in the winter again! read more

The family hotel we were more than satisfied. The family room 50 meters² have the perfect size and are also very well equipped everything you need for babies and toddlers and very clean. The children's playground a huge and a small are brilliant for children. The pets corner simply great. The free-and swimming pool the right size to relax and splash around. Wellness is also available everything. Children indoor playground was also very big and with everything which the child heart desires equipped. Was ideal a rainy day. The children's buffet in the evening had all Leckereine the one child ... loves and the adults appetizers buffet was fantastic the appetizers and dessert from the very friendly and attentive staff was served, was also a feast for the eyes.     We had a family room ( category E) and loved it. Separate sleeping area, very spacious. Bath tub, 2 tv, small table with 4 chairs, bathrobes for all ( for children directly at dren size!) , big balcony with a great view.

    Very good, varied food. Appetizers and breakfast in buffet-form. Evenings selection of subsequent courses. Very tasty and imaginative. We were thrilled with the gluten-free offer. A selection of gluten-free bread always directly at the table, all food in the buffet were with one without gluten character and on each plate of served at the table was a without gluten characters, so I always 100% safe was-no matter who served the right meal for me to have. I elsewhere have never experienced anything like that!

    Very friendly staff. The rooms ( especially the cuddly toys of the children were always lovingly on the bed draped). Washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes hangers -possibility available. Varied children's activities during the day on all days. Great we found the service from 7:30 P. M., so we in peace the dinner enjoy could.

In a few areas renovated respectively modern (bathroom, sauna, swimming area). Size of the room and cleanliness ok. Service occasionally a little 'tight' and in some parts share in unskilled-but friendly and always make an effort. Kitchen unfortunately also discreet. End of August predominantly Italian families with small children frequented - afterwards somewhat quiet. For children a beautiful outside area, animals and games room ( unfortunately with Playstation and computer game for small children). Altogether unfortunately no ... 4 stars. read more

    The dishes were rather inconspicuously and südtiroler standards unfortunately no four star hotel. The dining room is at full occupancy clearly its capacity borders and partly very noisy (children Italian families must during the meal with the dishes drums, Nintendo playing games, etc.).

    Service at breakfast and at dinner partly untrained and 'tight'. Altogether but all friendly and helpful on demand wishes to fulfill ( in particular for the food for children). Unfortunately not a single inquire, whether it us pleases and, whether we feel comfortable. With the early leave of the hotel no queries why. After the altogether performance of the hotel as four star hotel into question provided only justifications without a sentence of regret and withholding of cancellation fees (150 Euro), although the hotel was at this time not approximately full.

    Activities for children ( until about 8 years ) is ok. Games and possibilities for recreation ( trampoline, goal, large free area ) are available. Pool for small children with slide, pool for larger kids and adults. Sauna area for adults relatively new and nicely decorated. Officially unfortunately only from 15 hours until o'clock open. ( respect: sauna was also at: o'clock already 'luke warm'). The guide I have our 4 days unfortunately no only time face received ( weather was high mountains but also too bad).

For children a beautiful outside area, animals and games room ( unfortunately with Playstation and computer game for small children). Altogether unfortunately no 4 stars.

We were with 2 families ( my wife and I, with son, Daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren) in a large apartment. Everything was extremely good. The kitchen and bathroom were very spacious, so we as families space could give, except for some visits to restaurants the village and mountain huts on a Alm mostly cooked. Swimming pool and wellness area ( inside and out) are of a very high level and a feast for the soul. For the grandchildren were infinite and very nice play spaces, so the also very well able to examine. Simply great everything. read more

    We had over vamos and were the first night in a room in the neighboring house building, which balcony to the street showed and urgently modernised needs. From about 4 o'clock was impossible to sleep, because all couple minutes a lorry at our window by blasting. We were allowed after complaining the room change, got another in the neighboring house, the was bigger and not so loud. But for rd. 300 Euro per night with half board this was accommodation impossible! The cleanliness was okay.

    Great the grounds for children with cable car and castle climbing frame etc. The kids' program in the hotel ( of vamos-travel) found our kids except for one ( extra to paying) kletterkurs boring, because hardly German speaking kids in their age were there. The pool and the spa area are nice.

    The hotel lies at the edge of town a small straßendorfes nearby sexten-so theoretically quiet, if not the road just a lot of truck traffic... For hikers view of the mountains from the windows in the dining room. A part of the dining-hall has however not any view, because window to the parking go. There you have to be lucky...

A hotel in a beautiful location, in particular, for vacation with children is ideal. Children are really 'welcome'. The grounds for children are with a lot of love and carefully planned and well maintained. Our small ones were never been so impressed. Had a vacation apartment in the residence Köngigswarte (from the strata). Indoor swimming pool, as well as Saltwater pool in the open really impressed us. Wellness area excellent. We were extremely satisfied, gladly come again. read more
