Nice hotel, but studio in the winter too cold. Additional cover gave it only on 3.! Demand. Bathroom was without heating and we have a long not more so frozen as there. A ray of hope is the nice warm pool in the many older during the day to read that much (froze probably in the room) we had our 4-year old grandson, the inspired in the mini club went. A very much praise goes to dodo and mimi! We liked the food, for children bit unimaginative: pasta and chips. Once fish fingers, no sausages or similar room cleaning ... was okay, sheets washed but old and stained, as well as the shabby towels. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. read more

Nice and relaxed vacation. To disco during the 1. night was immediately and efficiently a room change possible, even central location. Bungalows (economy) are huge and for the price in the winter not to exceed. The entertainment team has cared for the guests, without being pushy and the evening shows could have fun. Also on the complex the staff was nice and courteous. Area is clean and tidy and a daily beach highly recommended. Point of minus is, the white bar from about 7:00 p. m. music was, conversation music can actually also from 9:00 in the morning ... not disturb. read more

Great although older hotel, nearby the marina in Port el Kantaoui located. The staff are polite, accommodating and at the same time pleasantly low-key. For who wants it, can be at different animation programs and also evenings is entertainment program offered. Apart from that there are on the complex different corners with places to sit, where you peace and can make you feel comfortable. The swimming pool was pleasant temperature and the hotel owns a large, attractive spa area.
All in all the hotel is really recommendable. The audience consists mainly of german and french, on the weekends also many ... arab guests. read more

The hotel attracts long which means, if you at the end accommodated, is a long way.
Apart from that the hotel is very spacious and offers numerous places to sit.
The rooms are big the tv small, what in the summer no gr. Role in december to the year's end like us somewhat annoying since the picture also is totally bad.
The bathroom is dingy our towel rack was shortly before the crash that was here except us nobody interested \u263a.
A week was sufficient afterwards you looked forward to another food since there is often repeated. The food to ... the new year's eve feast was against excellent. We would stay here not book again. read more

To the front desk i had to ask around, as it unfortunately no appealing reception area there, everything was very dark, with deep walls. I have twice the room changed, until i finally in haupttrack unterkam. There the rooms are ok!
The bar with white plastic chairs reminded me of a train station hall or old gdr -charm of the 70. years. Cold and uncomfortable and unfortunately there was no alternative to that.
Very pleasant close proximity to golf course. By a separate exit you directly in front of the entrance to the golf clubs.
Really suitable for families because ... of the indoor pool, mini clubs, animation etc.
For singles, the no golf-affinity have, quite boring!
At least in the winter! read more

The complex, the food and the staff everything was great! Very near to the beach and the numerous sport activities (especially Tennis and golf). All of the staff can german!
Only women should never without male company, or in large groups the building leaving. As a woman (especially as blond), one constantly accosted and it seems as if the tunisian men no scruples... read more

We have as a family a nice and relaxing week. Unfortunately it is in the december/january there a bit chilly, so that you the beautiful outdoor pools did not use. It is at this time of the year very relaxed. We have in the hotel seabel Alhambra a nice silvesterfest celebrated. We liked the food very much, the children never bored. The area is wonderful and extensively. We can this resort absolutely recommend. read more

We were more than satisfied, for the money is in Germany at vacation in this form to think.
Only the bar was too modern (sterile) decorated, it was not really for remaining (moorish ) architectural style. read more

This was our 3. visit in Tunisia, the 2. time in Port el Kantaoui, this time we were not so happy. The service was rather bad, if you don't Tennis- or golfers is, because pool and Kicker was on our request broken ( unfortunately missed we have a photo). It was a small room and the Kicker was in a corner. So pool and Kicker at the same time to play was in our opinion not possible. Mini golf course also in poor condition. We then remade to satellite tv and it was 2. hit (ZDF and RTL Swiss) in ... moderate quality. By satellite tv i have another idea. The for us typical moorish coffee missed where one relaxed and a hookah smoke. The food was unspectacular often lukewarm to rather cold. In the à-la-carte restaurant was the same food offered, as well as on dinner buffet. The staff were very nice, friendly and always make an effort. Was a good vacation, but such information belong in reviews easy to get in. The hotel while we were there not fully booked, so it was a relaxing and quiet vacation. read more

The hotel gives a really positive impression and offers many entertainment possibilities. Indeed, everything was very spacious, which but also many advantages, if you for example times peace searches. Although the staff around the hour hard, is the cleanliness not everywhere our mediaeval standard - for example the joints were in the shower our studio (with friend who travelled with us friends as well as ) in very bad condition. Lastly, we find us in North Africa and as apply now sometimes other standards. The hotel seabel Alhambra in el port kantaoui we 31-10-12-14-11-12 visited, as famielenhotel by the nice environment and very good care really recommendable, as well as as pure beach vacation. For singles or small groups rather less recommendable unless you are a friend of the golf course, in the immediate environment for more than 6 seats.
We booked our trip over Neckermann booked, everything all inclusive for a very reasonable price 14 days pure sun. read more

You attempted uS (as many other tourist also ) initially in an unfriendly bungalow to accommodate.
For an additional fee we got then an appealing room. Are missing however any information in the room
To the hotel, the otherwise usual. The waiters were mostly nice and friendly, the waiters also.
The recommendation relates only to the main building, not to the bungalows. read more

The hotel is very neglected and very dirty. Everything is very simple furnished, there was no real main entrance and no real front desk. Bungalows /apartments have no star! The bed linen was stained and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was cockroaches in the lobby and the drinks were very disgusting. The dishes in the restaurant was very dirty and everywhere walked cats around (even inside). Never again! read more

The complex is very family friendly, the staff always accommodating! However, if you no noise from kids and just want their peace and quiet it is not the right facilities! For families with kids it is exactly the right thing, it is offered for children! read more

Although other reviews much negative statements, I must say however, forget not as little the vacation especially in October costs. We were very satisfied. The food was varied and good. The waiters, especially at the pool bar ( abeb, ammet and co) were very attentive and friendly. If everything fits we drive again. read more

The hotel is in the catalog of its as in the winter 2010/2011 renovated hotel described! Well, but unfortunately that's not really sunday In the catalog are also only pictures of the newly built part the hotel to see, which in my opinion very misleading. The bungalow booked by us was not newly renovated - on the contrary a renovation would be very necessary. This part the hotel earns thus also no 4 stars. We complained this, also with the hint, that in the catalog what completely different and is also is shown. The enthusiasm the management was not so ... big, but we got a room in the newly built part the hotel. This room was very spacious and really very nice and contemporary. So could then also for us the vacation start.
To the bungalows fits: outside hui, inside pfui!
Otherwise the hotel is very big and also very nice. The green areas are well maintained and also otherwise see the whole area very appealing. If the bungalows renovated would be, if the 4 stars are well deserved, so unfortunately there are very many seafood!
Over cleanliness we can't complain. Room, and dining room, toilets at the beach and in the hotel was mostly clean.
The food - oh well, one could argue about it. It was always enough since, only fast always the same and sometime we could it then not see more. For a 4 star hotel it was rather disappointing. May be, that it was due to the fact, that no main season was, but there should be no discrimination. Annoying was also, that often the tables not cleared and you especially during dinner also times longer wait, until a table was free. The waiters but always hard working and were always friendly also without tips.
The drinks were ever unacceptable! We have mainly drinking water, because the remainder just artificial and horrible tasted. When my young daughter was even mold in the 'strawberry juice'.
Overall the hotel is rather hop, as top! read more

A very beautiful area. But it could be with a few handrails nor beautiful his. It was just poorly maintained, unfortunately. Nevertheless: good food, clean beach, absolute peace if you want. We were just evenings at the animation pool - because there were no more and you could very nicely sit there. At the beach you also wonderful your peace, because the seller must not between the chairs stop. And a sunbed, we have every day easily found. The town el kantaoui was rather on tourist rip-off this, but very nice to look at.
We had like already other for ... us very dirty sheets on the bed when we arrived. A call at the front desk helped also not further, because no one understood what we wanted. It came however immediately someone and when he looked he said ' ah, change. Comes immediately' - the problem is so obviously known. And it attracts with the entire area. That was surely times all great when it acquired was, but since it none correctly, see many things really worn from. The table on our balcony was for example apparently already more often as document used, in order to other things to coat.
Altogether we were but with the cleanliness already satisfied. It's not dirty, only. Neglected somehow. Difficult to describe-)
The staff were in any case very friendly - no matter wether with Dinar or without.
In short: for a beach vacation 100% recommendable. Excursions, animation etc. We cannot judge, because does not try out. The spa not, the prices I thought it was ok. read more
