The stay in the hotel was extremely pleasant. What is particularly worth noting is the friendliness the staff inside, no matter wether in the restaurant, at the front desk or room service. The room was clean. Complaints (defective pears) were in 15 minutes repaired. Thanks for that. It is a pity that you the beds couldn't adjust. We did not have a smoke detector can explore. If really not were there? But actually a must! The food was very good. The children could didn't like the hauptgerichtes always a kids' menu choose. The dessert could be a bit 'kindgerechter' can ... be, for example also ice cream or similar, was but otherwise ok. Great swimming-and sauna area, not crowded. All in all definitely recommendable! read more

    Unfortunately no air conditioning. Would be for the summer probably appropriate. Mini bar was broken, was during our stay also not repaired, although immediately notified. Was however not so important for us. Cooled drinks at minusgraden were not announced.

    Very quiet and landschaftlich very attractive. A small village, very friendly staff. There one can do everything wars, which the hotel otherwise not. But this was not much. The hotel was well equipped. The driveway to the hotel was a bit cramped. For flachlandtouristen a bit of getting used to.

Great hotel in great surrounding. Always gives us peace and calmness within minutes after arrival, as it is just perfect to relax and chill out. Staff perfect, helpful and always polite. Nice pool area with great view. Since last year: new Sole room (with salty air, excellent when you have a cold), new relaxing room (even with a water bed, wow), renovated pool area. read more

    Rooms in the new building extremely beautiful, spacious, with a great bathroom and big balcony. Wish I could take it home ;-) TV, Radio, CD, Tea-/Coffee maker, Minibar, Safe etc. At arrival you find a plate of fruits and a bottle of water in the room (for free).

    Beautiful restaurant and bar, nicely decorated with lots of wook; the breakfast is excellent and as well is the menu in the evening. We ate a la carte - for vegetarians not very much to choose of, but what we had was just wonderful. The cook and his kitchen staff deserves an Oscar ;-)

    There´s an indoor and outdoor pool. Not too big, but big enough for some rounds of swimming. Beautiful view through panorama windows from the pool area. It opens at 6:30 in the morning, and there you can already drink you first cup of tea or coffee (free), watching the sunrise.

    Good to have nice hikes and walks in the surrounding - Nationalpark Berchtesgaden, Solewanderweg, Hintersee, Zauberwald, Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Königssee....... etc. etc. etc. We never went skiing, but I think I saw some signs for ski lifts etc. Not too many shops around, as Ramsau is a little village (what we much appreciate, as it is quiet and calm).

We can recommend this hotel without any reservations. The staff were without exception very friendly and everything was clean impression. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty and also the dinner tasted very good (we à la carte dinner). We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area with super comfortable 'beds' with views. The pool had furthermore decent extent to swim. We stayed over the birthday of my man for breakfast we were then a small birthday cake with sparklers surprised. We know the hotel since very many years and were very pleased, whether the improvement in quality of service, hotel facilities and quality of the staff. There are apparently ' old pigtails' been truncated and the hotel is definitely recommendable. We had a room in the residence and the also fulfilled high expectations. read more

Stayed here 3 wonderful days, from 18,01 until 21,01. 13, enjoyed! The hotel has a fantastic ambience! The rooms was comfortable with everything that you need and A wonderful view to watzmann and hochkalter! The food (whether breakfast buffet or dinner buffet) exclusively regional produce, was excellent and left nothing to be desired! The staff very friendly and helpful! Cheese... Afternoon snack: blechkuchen, sausage, cheese, drinks are pay. Dinner: buffet, starter, main course, dessert, salad cheese in conclusion. What we expensive found were the non-alcoholic drinks. 0,5 liter apple spritzer-€ 4.60 0,75 adelholzener water - 5,70 Euro! Salted we would say.

We are regulars of the hotel - and come always gladly again, so much in advance. Whoever was here once, is also gladly again anytime return. The hotel is very clean, there were different room sizes (we had the second largest double room). Wireless internet is now free in the entire property. I had only booked accomodation and breakfast, even if we in the evening often in the restaurant ate. The hotel is inviting for relaxing from daily life, relax, pamper yourself and just relax. read more

    Clean and spacious room, decorated in an alpine style. Tv, balcony, minibar, telephone, kettle etc. Available. Clean and functional bathroom.

    The gastronomy our opinion after in the comparison to the year 2011 significantly improved: the quality the food has improved and the value for money absolutely true. There is local as well as mediterranean cuisine in the form of a la carte or buffet. Great!

    Just perfect... Friendliness and hospitality where you look. What more could you didn't say. Everywhere you get a smile and every problem (if times one should be) will be solved immediately.

    I would have normally 6 suns, why it but only 5 were i elaborate like: The spa is very nice, a great indoor pool with a view of the göll, in the winter you can from the inside icicle at the gutter watch. Invited simply for relaxing a. Sauna area is modern, big and quiet. In the hall with a fireplace and bar for relaxing and here comes the criticism : the hotel has in the last few years something to 'hotel of the dfs' (german air traffic control) developed. The staff the dfs to spend there your cure and unfortunately behave sometimes, than if you the hotel itself include would. The bar is therefore in the evening partly very 'besieged' of them, so the bartender, the alone its service work must, unfortunately overstrained. It took so many a time up to half an hour, until one as a guest, the was not at the bar, but on a table in the hall sat, was served. This was in our holiday season many a time the case, in the week after our vacation (my parents then had in the hotel) it was not the case. Therefore i am here not be lumped together.

    Gorgeous location on a hill of ramsau. View of the world-famous church, göll or reiteralpe. Better a hotel not beach chairs. Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall and also Salzburg lie in the proximity and are ideal for excursion possibilities a. To be flexible, but should a car on the ground.

An all-round successful short break. The room was perfect, a cold radiator was immediately put in motion. The selection of food (dinner and breakfast) we had rich and varied in memory. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Particularly the children were very pampered. read more

We go gladly anytime again for a few days the rehlegg for relaxing. Because of the different room types is something there for everyone. The pool and the sauna we enjoyed in particular in the winter. The location is simply great. read more
