You should definitely not from the zimmerbildern the website fooled, because one then for certain disappointed is. Many rooms especially the service in a shabby condition of the 70. years style with old oak furniture, more than in need of renovation bathrooms and many other flaws. It is not simply in such a way said therefore, but we speak from experience, because we during our stay several rooms seen or have stayed in. The parking of the hotel is unacceptable, way too small and i wonder what is going on if the hotel is full? The staff are mostly friendly ..., but you can tell them is no fun at work have. The food is not bad, however also not really good.
This hotel we would not recommend it, because the use of a 4 star hotels and the reality but far from each other and the value for money definitely not fits! read more

We have a super nice furnishings in the hotel gnaws away spent. The location near the winter sports region really is wonderful and also in the high season there is no mass tourism. The room (junior suite yardarm ) was very spacious and new furnished. Especially we noticed the cleanliness everywhere in the hotel and the staff's hospitality. The waiters in the restaurant was very child-friendly and had also for special wishes an ear to lend.
The dinner in our experience always thrilled, it was very diverse and creatively serves. Us and our kids it has every day good. With ... the newly created sauna area and small hotel pool there was nothing to moan about. A suggestion for improvement concerns the 'games room' which is located on the fireplace room is, and with a library, pool table and table football were equipped. Here we would have us possibilities for playing for smaller children. read more

A very lovely vacation. Good, because we felt very much at ease have. The food is absolutely great and the staff very nice. Wishes are after possibility immediately fulfilled. The rooms will every day cleaned and the bed linen amongst others nicely decorated. The view from the hotel is brilliant. read more

Clean hotel that looks great on the lake. Parking spaces rich barely, but already scarcely.
The rooms are adequate equipped and very clean, with new and modern decor.
Breakfast and dinner are from the food selection was reasonable, some court but didn't taste as good as the advertisement promises.
The staff however seems quite uncoordinated. Here is the more often a saintly patience asked.
The 'light lunch' seemed a bit carelessly and has a little cafeteria -character. In the afternoon -coffee includes two very similar varieties dry cakes and hot drinks - a 4-star experience, but it is in any ... case also not.
All together an ambiguous experience. read more

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is a very good starting point for hiking.
The breakfast and the 5- gangmenüe in the evening were excellent. By the size the room and the obviously freshly renovated bathroom we were pleasantly surprised.
Less we were delighted by the circular route around the reservoir. A comfortable moving way can no speech be. Especially on the west side of the lake, you have nothing a beautiful view of the lake, as you too much on the stony away eighth should. Otherwise made some holzgeländer no vertrauensseligen impression.
There should be a responsible ... municipality definitely of something. read more

We stayed 4 nights the offer of daily deal with full board and not -alcoholic beverages inclusive enjoyed and were very satisfied.
The lunch we have never eaten, but coffee and cake in the afternoon. There was always a delicious cake, as well as coffee, tea and cold drinks.
The hotel is wonderfully located right on the lake. We had the luck, a room with a view of the lake to = a great view.
The room was from the size and facilities reasonable, but not too big. In the closet was a safe with key and in the room ... there was a armchair, which one as file use could. The bathroom is too small and should urgently renovated, the four-star standard to meet. The room was always very clean and the blankets were daily affectionately draped.
The spa area, which again was grown, is small but nicely decorated. There is a pool, as well as sauna, A steam bath and an infrared sauna. Both in the swimming pool, as well as in the sauna there are possibilities to lie down to to relax and rest. Unfortunately is the sauna and the swimming pool only from 16:00 until 19:00 o'clock open, so that one after a large hike hardly more time, the wellness area to use, since it already starting from 7:00 P. M. dinner returns.
The gastronomy was great. Every day there was a 5-course menu, the one for breakfast to choose. The tables were always very nicely set. In terms of taste, the food was excellent and creative serves.
The breakfast offered everything your heart desires ( inclusive sparkling wine), but we sometimes a bit long on coffee, the served, had to wait, as long as to the rush hour came.
There is parking spaces directly next to the hotel. When Fully Booked of the hotel enough places however not for all.
The room keys are large and unwieldy. The keys hang at the front desk unfortunately so, that from everyone simply are removed, which not so great is.
The hotel offers guides hikes and the guide give tips and advice, which routes we can take.
The Schnalstal offers great possibilities for different hikes. Lots of tours you can directly at the hotel start. read more

We stayed in a sparkling hotel in a wonderful location with a always very friendly and attentive staff. The 5-course menu was daily positive surprise. Good Italian cuisine has been combined with regional specialties. The food wasn't only tasty, but also from the optics and presentation of a joy. Very nice we found the kind decoration, as the small Porzellanengel, the on every table. read more

We were pleasantly surprised, the price/performance ratio and the friendliness of the entire staff. As a starting point of our hikes it was very central and one had a bus in the whole valley drove every hour in both directions. read more

We stayed this hotel with a group inhabited. We have daily just after the breakfast leave the hotel and were late for dinner again arrived. Therefore I can't comment on the areas, such as sauna, pool. Say anything. The location of the hotel for Ausfklüge is simply great. The complete staff was always very friendly and also the service was very good. The food was was for us very good, a decent breakfast buffet and a great 4 course dinner menu was well seasoned. We had a double room with enough room and a great view on the lake. Our ... room was clean, it was daily cleaned. The mattresses were very good, this is for us when we travel always important. The room decor was simple, somewhat older, but the did not bother us, since we only for sleeping used have. read more

Nice hotel with a beautiful panorama. If you want to park in the large car park, you should not be coming home too late. Furthermore, one should not take a shower late in the evening, as the water will be lukewarm.
Very nice and friendly staff. However, the breakfast buffet did not impress us very much. You had to cook the eggs yourself in a device. The glasses for juice were often missing, the plates or the buffet were already quite empty. Whole wheat bread was not available. Delicious bread with caraway seeds - if you like that sort of ... thing. The guest room already got a bit long in the tooth. Short distance to Kurzras. read more

Unfortunately renovation mas took at the hotel and in the rooms urgently needed. wireless LAN service is decided to high in price. in many hotels of this service is free of charge. Televisions are not more the current standard.
Super to evaluate is the knowledge of the manager of upcoming trekking. is very great tips and is very much endeavored to ensure an enjoyable day the guest. read more

We visited the hotel in the first week of July, 2010. While in Europe it was almost too hot, prevailed here very pleasant temperatures.
The hotel is only a street separated from the lake. From the rooms on the lake has a fantastic view on the lake.
We had a room on the mountain side, what pleased us however not.
To our luck was an upgrade possible and we lived then the room 215 on the second floor.
The room is fully equipped with TV (small), minibar, telephone and balcony to the sea side. The bathroom has: sink, toilet, bidet ... and a nice corner bath. Unfortunately the bathroom is quite something and the shower hit.
The breakfast buffet had everything what you in a 4 * house expected in South Tyrol.
The dinner was very good. Also the daily wine recommodations were successful.
The service in the restaurant was class. During breakfast, one could meet the selection for the dinner and was good.
The SPA is small but nice. The sauna is something to small, while the Turkish really class is. Disturbing was only the fact here, in many Italian guests often hike the children (despite clear evidence of the owner) and the peace was disturbed.
In summary, there is, a return that is very likely. read more
