The hotel is located in the quiet villa quarter of forte. You can rent bicycles at the hotel and can be reached in five minutes from the village. 300 meters to the beach. Everything was very clean. Rental of beach chairs/umbrella expensive. Off-season 45 Euro/day. Beautiful pool with a bar, where you could eat lunch snacks. Large breakfast buffet, dinner was super loose clothes, also in the evening. In the many expensive stores. Restaurants and pizzerias very good, but expensive. A trip to Lucca very recommendable, via Highway 35 kilometer from Florence. about forte. It was really a nice time ... (summer 2011) in this hotel and in this area. Barbara read more
