Would like i for the great service, the staff's hospitality and the excellent food thank you. That was a really pleasant stay, even if by the early time still not everything was set up. The room was great location (annexe ), with a magnificent view and very peaceful. The entertainment for children and young people was varied. A suitable hotel for a family holiday. read more

    The room was clean, relatively large, had a balcony. The bathroom had a very spacious shower with correctly great hot water. Air conditioning, a heating was to use now in spring very pleasant. Minibar ok, tv with some german channels. Everything was good.

    The rooms and all toilets everywhere on the grounds are distributed were always very clean. The staff absolutely friendly and in a good mood. We laughed a lot.

    Who peace before his children to have wants, can confidently the entertainment mrs vomit. Afternoon games by the pool, in the evening kids disco, etc. There were really many pool chairs by the pool, at the beach, on the different levels. I am ashamed of my fellow countrymen (german), the still morning lounge chairs with towels blocked have. This is simply rude. There were enough umbrellas, towels and showers everywhere.

    Located on a slope, very lots of stairs from natural stone, not convenient for people with mobility problems. But very good for the many kalotrien to process, the one with the lush buffet included. Indicated bus one is in 10 minutes in Kusadasi. Nice place to shop and on the promenade with tea or coffee the sunset. In the hotel disco outdoors, very pleasant ambience.

Nothing for a family vacation with small children, from November the bungalows are not more obtainable, in the main building it is loud also at night. There is no sandy beach, and little possibilities for smaller kids to play, neither in nor outside. read more

Hotel on sonnenklar! Once and never again! The worst food for years! Every day salmon always with a other color, from very light to dark red. As well as chicken wings. The complex is in large and a very very clean only for the rooms are small things to complain about. We had a room in the main house, there are daily fresh towels and a stocked minibar but vacuumed and mopped was rarely. The all-inclusive offer is okay, it was for any taste always something for everyone, only the one in the a la carte restaurant the beverages( alcoholic) had to pay we found rather negative. 80% of the guests german, the rest dutch, english. The average age is between 40 and 60 years. What with the size the hotel ... surprised the peace and quiet! read more

    There was a main restaurant and several à la carte restaurants, several bars and snackbars, the food was in all restaurants good, from local pizza, hamburgers and so on. The cleanliness in the restaurants was good. The atmosphere in all restaurants to romantic.

    The staff were in general very friendly, of course there was also a few exceptions, but i think that anywhere. The majority of of the staff understood german and english. There was always a doctor in the hotel, that we thank god not needed.

    The beach is over stages (186) or you can take the shuttle bus. The next town is 15-20 minutes with the Dolmuş a cost 1,50 Euro. The transfer to the airport takes 1 hour

We were there at the beginning of October with our 2 grandchildren in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised, after the hotel here sometimes very poorly. We had no problems us with the staff to communicate. The child care was excellent and the children are fully at their own expense. The villas were already getting old however fulfilled their purpose perfectly. As Gehbehinderterter you should this hotel however do not book, since it is on a hill and has very many steps. All together this hotel is recommendable and we would be again book. read more

We had a families-apartment with 3 bedrooms booked, however only one with 2 get, when we complained we were told, that there will be such a apartment not at all and referred us to our tour operator. Also for other problemkonstellationen was always someone other responsible, so that one constantly while searching for responsible persons was, but too many not glean could. Service looks really different. The beach is very narrow and not really nice, it is both by the pool as at the beach like in a tin of sardines, more than 2 free chairs next to each other ... only still at 8:00 o'clock in the morning free, so that one as a family totally smeared is. Many services, the on the internet be promoted like for instance wakeboarding or individual specialty restaurant or bars exist not at all or were closed. Children in several specialty restaurant unwanted, as they 'not to the liking', this is a but with the reservation not told, so that the planned evening can forget, as a late transfer because of the constant retirement is not possible. The playing equipments on the playground are completely outmoded, partly ready for the scrap heap and perilous. The food was altogether good, varied and tasty, the beverages but up to beer and wine only difficult in the longer term endure. Who times to bed early to go to the beach should definitely noise carries forward, there one night for a long time loud treated to music is. The bathroom has no air ventilation possibility and starts quickly to damp smell musty. read more

Booked through sonnenklar a five star hotel with ultra booked all inclusive. After landing in Izmir we had 2 hours waiting time in the bus. The hotel is more like a 3-star category. read more

We had a place to stay in a bungalow rented, clean and spacious. The guests were mostly german and cultivated (have in other hotels often bad experiences made). The hillside with the many stages zumpool and beach didn't mind, on the contrary a nice balance. The food was tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and helpful. read more

    There was a main restaurant and 6 specialty restaurants, but in october only 3 in use were. To the alcoholic drinks we couldn't say a lot, since we once a beer or a Raki drunk habenb. The tischwein for dinner (3 sorts ) was okay. The tables after use again sorted out, on tips, no one waited. (of course, for the maids from time to time somewhat prepared or are in the 'gift box', the in the restaurants or the bars were set up.

    Staff friendly and even spoke german. The rooms were always alright and the fridge well stocked. The only thing we have to complain about was, that you in the specialty restaurants alcoholic beverages even had to pay, even though we had all-inclusive and we had no one drew attention.

    On the beach, there was enough beach chairs and umbrellas. By the pool were us the guests too close together, since we can't say anything about that. On the beach, there was enough showers, to the changing rooms you had to the aufbewahrungszelt for the loungers-cushions use, it was really nice

This hotel is recommendable, if you a car rents. The hotel complex is nice. There is no 'real' beach at the hotel; only poured. The geographical location is good. Weather was also good in october/november; for 20/25 degrees. The trip to Izmir is a real experience! read more

Very nice big hotel. The location wonderful. The complex features lots of stairs, is however very good for the gym. Food varied and tasty. The hotel's own beach is not so nice, but you have the opportunity for long walks along at other hotels to make. Wonderful vacation! read more

Checked in we were in the main building remote and on lots of stairs reachable bungalow, although we specifically on Gehprobleme and therefore to proximity to hotel building had asked. This wish is the hotel not been presented. Only on intensive request we received on the next day against a lush extra charge a double room in the main building. Met our suitcase however only against evening; we had to the whole day in our Reiseklamotten spend. Complaints (shower head, telephone) were taken, but not dealt with. The ordered wake-up calls on the day of departure was 20 minutes late. ... Fortunately we got the airport bus straight away. The hotel it lacks any organization! read more

This vacation by us as up until now the worst example for a one time vacation ( of nine times ) in Turkey card. From the swim in the sea: cloudy water and much seaweed, as well as a small beach. We were after 2010 to the second time in the hotel. As in the year 2010 the hotel was these times overbooked and some guests for some nights in another hotel accommodated, we were thank god this time not affected. We had BEY BEY travel on holidaycheck. De best price and were very surprised when we checked in, we bungalow were accommodated. After short consultation at the front desk and two nights in the bungalow we could in the main building move. ( additional costs 5 €per person and night). An ageing five star hotel, what its own flair. Very nice location at the steep coast and a great view however nothing for people the stairs! Will certainly at some point go back! read more

The food was very good and varied. The complex itself is but outdated and sometimes must updating and renovation. All paths lead on steep stairs and streets, muscular strain is pre-programmed. Better from the start the shuttle service with the treckeranhänger use. read more

Nice location with a sea view. There lots of stairs for disabled and infants very inappropriate. At beach- and pool bar there was daily the same almost foodgerichte. For the small hugner ok. , but apart from that you had to again the steep stairs (196 steps) to main restaurant high. During a visit of a themenrestaurantes you had to despite 'all inclusive ' the beverages pay ( what previously not told). The connections to Kusadasi were very good and not expensive (about 1.50 Euro). read more

Great vacation with lots of possibilities to keep you busy! Very good and extensive food! 90% germans guests ( pleasant). The rooms had a right old equipment but for sleeping and shower it was enough. Our summary gladly anytime again especially the food! read more
