Stay crystal springs beach hotel was very beautiful. The employees are always made an effort a pleasant hotel stay to offer.
The cleanliness the complete facilities and rooms was very good. It was almost a cleanliness. :-) every day there were change of towels and the beds in the rooms were every day on the side to clean and so on.
Who a relaxed vacation want for swimming and relax is in this hotel in good hands. The hotel complex with the garden is wonderful. The way from the hotel to the beach is not times one minute... read more

The hotel is in the meantime ageing. Special. In the bathroom you could feel the very. And also here and there one sees erneuerungsbedarf. The everything, but by the beautiful garden with the varied possibilities to lie down more than made up for it, because also the planting of the palm trees and so on was already older and thus very impressive. Loungers there are enough and cushions you can get yourself, also towels there were daily new and all this for free. A few steps to the beach a small bay, the sand with fine gravel is. Bathing shoe ... we didn't need it. It was also very good barefoot. For a relaxing beach vacation excellent.
The staff were very friendly, from the reinigerin on the front desk to the restaurant, there especially.
The evening entertainment was partly really good, too many but not especially. Way too loud, partly until 23:00 o'clock. There was in our room in the 2nd floor diagonally across the stage also with closed door to be thought of sleep not. The majority of the guests had booked all inclusive, we do not. For a small beer 3,50 Euro in the restaurant, for a large 4,40 Euro at the pool bar, you yourself must, is really beautiful expensive. By bus you can directly from the hotel in the neighboring places come, for only 1 Euro. To the next small town one can run also well, and also on a beach promenade to to Protaras, to get there but it is about an hour walk. Excursions many offered, we were in nicosia, surely recommendable. There is the possibility, a long day to Israel to fly, Jerusalem and dead sea, costs but good 300 Euro, with interest passport not forget.
All together a very nice, relaxing vacation. If we again in October a beach vacation want to do, we will probably return to the crystal springs. read more

Is a 4-star hotel in southern countries (not comparable to 4 star in Switzerland or Germany), if you are not on a beach with a hotel next to the other wants, is in the right place here. You have to take the bus (or we had a rental car) take, if one something under the people want.
Nationalities of the guests: mixed, most east europeans (but very pleasant, russians, czech republic, Poland), english, some german, a few swiss. Average age about 50 years, rather little children. read more

The walls a fresh fresh coat of paint and the floor had a laminate (rather niedrigpreisniveau ) receive.

Hotel characteristics: despite fully booked 150 rooms, neatly arranged and informal atmosphere. No stress with reservation of beach chairs, even after the breakfast sufficient choices at berth. The sanitary installations was the aged, but always in well maintained condition. Cleanliness the rooms are cleaned daily, and on request also change of towels every day. Included services we had booked all inclusive and were indicated buffet offer all three meals very satisfied. Vegetarian, mediterranean, different meat and fish, vegetables, side dishes and salads were daily freshly prepared to choose from. Guest structure: the largest percentage of the guests the westeuropäsche room. ... There were no major, closed groups present. Mostly pairs and isolates young families. read more

Altogether a very good hotel. All of the staff were always make an effort friendly. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained except for a few loungers by the pool the beach is easy to get to and is located in a small beautiful bay, the hotel's own wonderful park partly bordered is. The food is daily after issues, the week repeat-as well as the entertainment program. Itself the food was varied and very tasty something for everyone. However I found the selection at lunch small and monotonous. The lunch snacks at the pool var are ... simply and tasted good. Noticeable during each meal cats which partly pushy on a small gift waited.
The bus right in front of the hotel offers for 1 euros one way a fast possibility around the nearby towns and villages to visit.
To the room I would say that the size just perfect was. Daily the bed made and towels were changed on request also daily freshly. badehandtüchet there was at the hotel reception. The bathroom was a bit small however more than adequate and very clean.
Altogether have we the 2 weeks very much and to know the offer absolutely recommend. read more

Junior top room with large tv and spacious
For two people ideal a large terrace to relax!
Ischönes bathroom with a great shower, daily fresh towels and much more
Unfortunately the tv reception no good quality there was something better. A huge-disadvantage the internet costs a fortune!

The hotel is ideal for tourist, that are looking for peace and relaxation. If you go into the me, uses just the good bus connection into town ( stop right in front of the hotel). The in terraces laid out garden is dreamlike. Even during full extent of utilization of the hotel it was not a problem, free chairs to find. The food was great and also diverse. The cleanliness in the whole hotel was remarkable. The staff were from the gardener to the manager - specially but also in the service area - always accommodating, friendly and helpful. In the hotel is very good pampered. The whole area is beautiful. It is really great relaxing. Easy access to other Cities ( bus 1 euro each drive no matter where - stop directly in front of the hotel). Tip: the adapter to convert the current rather directly in Cyprus buy. Because there it costs only 1.95 Euro. In Germany against 10,50 Euro. Every day another motto for dinner ( international/Italian/bbq/Tex MEX/ Zyperisch.), as well as a daily other show for evening design ( Casino/staff show/Magician show.). We had half board and the we can really ... recommend. Lunch, you didn't really have time and no hunger to eat out. They used the time rather for snorkeling direct in the bay what a view wholeheartedly value is. Lots of fish, beautiful Floating with lots of stones and even squid are to see. Another tip: there is no sandy beach. So do bathing shoe bring along or directly in the kiosk buy (there is snorkeling equipment). The only negative was a scheduled trip to the water World in Agia Napa. We are by bus (40 kilometer for 1 euro) went for it. And at the entrance wanted the really 35 €per person and for children yet 20 Euro. That was it now not worth it and are beautifully in Agia Napa food and shop gone. The hotel room is nice and sufficient ( safe/ fridge/ hair dryer/ flatscreen tv/ balcony) only we had the bad luck the shower rod was broken and fell off. However that was a room of so many. Apart from that you very much friendliness treated from the cleaning lady to the hotel manager the every day can be seen and questions, wether everything is okay. All speak perfect English. If you don't can is unfortunately a little lost. German nobody could we met. read more

The hotel is on the edge of town and quite quiet. In the evening from 10:00 P. M. is almost always conclusion with nightly entertainment. The US pleased. However luckily drive the bus in front of the hotel 24 hours to the center where a good evening entertainment in the cramped. Restaurants is offered. The food is fresh and good, just a pity the after a week everything repeated. The small bay is good for swimming and loungers there are enough only the best loungers places are reserved with towels. read more

Was a great vacation. The hotel is very tidy, the garden a true flowerage. The beach is small, but one is with the great laid out garden terrace compensated. Service is super, the staff are also tried to speak German and always friendly. The food was very, very good, in the 10 days we never the feeling had, that a bit repetitive. The hotel is somewhat peacefully located, so nothing for party animals. Bus connection is right in front of the door and the buses are also. Animation is offered, but very discrete, as mentioned, a relaxing vacation. read more

The hotel is in fact getting a bit old. The furnishing of the rooms are perhaps not quite so their worth 4 stars. Nevertheless a very nice stay by the friendliness the hotel staff and extremely beautiful outdoor area of the hotel, the very extensive and is very green. Here is for every a small spot. The Bay was very nice and in comparison to typical sandy beaches also very interesting, if you have a little snorkeling. A car on site is very recommendable, as long as with left lane traffic could avoid. Apart from that recommend boat trips from ... the 1 kilometer away investors.
Lastly the food in the hotel - the food is of course many nations coordinated. The hotel is also Poland, Russians and English visited. Nevertheless we find, that it is a good compromise and something for every taste offer. Lunch is not always very varied, but the dinner and breakfast a little more. In short: we liked it and we would come again! read more

This hotel is for relaxation searching very suitable. Who looks for action, is here on bottles of capacity. The Supergartenanlage permits intimate atmosphere, the bay is for swimming a dream. All of the staff at the hotel is very friendly and a very special praise goes to the kitchen crew. International guests are not intrusive.
