Never in the low season in this place. Hotel besides that really good. The banks and the holzwegplatten at the beach were collected. Lots of shops nearby and a bars and cafes. The sandy beach was ok! read more

The hotel complex is is divided into several buildings. It is important to mention, that you need the main building book should. The complex is huge and includes 3 large pool areas. It is everything but very german guests this, some other nationalities are still represented. There is a very varied spa programme and good entertainment. You can pay, also at the front desk, only in leva and the exchange office has unfortunately only about 6 hours on the open day. In the hotel complex there are a lot of cats and stray dogs, but very good are. Just first ... is at the front desk noticed, that 3 of 5 ortsuhren not functioning. If they already arranged, you could also time the battery exchange \u263a And finally something, what the hotel nothing-there were very many wasps, the allergy sufferers the loungers by the pool nearly impossible did. read more

    The size of the room was perfect, there were two closets, a middle-sized bathroom, balcony, tv and air conditioning. There was a safe for about 12€ at the front desk. A mini bar you could rent must. The telephone costs about 50 cents per minute and water bottles for the room you had to even of the lobby take. Otherwise the room was quite new and very clean.

    Also in the restaurant was the cleanliness very good. There was food in the 2-day change (means, that of about 12 warming trays per day 3 against something else exchanged). Twice the week there was a theme night for example italian or bulgarian, where it then somewhat other dishes. Overall the food good, but it was a bit monotonous. In addition is still to mention, that it very often only schweinefleisch gave (thus hardly chicken or other) and the entire restaurant for every meal time self-service is, also with the drinks. Annoying, that all salt only with brute force that moves were could, that you a few salzkörnchen on the food strewed. And since the food generally with very little, to not any salt prepared, they unfortunately also necessary.

    The staff are very friendly and spoke/understood german well. The cleaning of the room and in general is great, it was several times on the day the whole hotel mopped. Directly was on the first day the hair dryer broken, which already after 10 minutes was repaired.

    In the hotel there were three large pools and a small with heated water. Of the three large was a at our arrival, at the end of september even without water. The entertainment pool was shortly thereafter discharged, so the entertainment then was omitted. The quality of the two remaining pools was good, except for the slight seaweed edge, the in the course of the week at the edge was. And the filter system in the thermal pool were very dirty from the inside (from the side seen sichtbarr ). Chairs were abundant, but were then already after one of 2 weeks already tidy. The gym is good, however somewhat small, if in the high season more los is. One of 4 devices didn't work anymore.

    The distance to the beach is further, as in the catalog, but nevertheless easy to reach. The transfer time from the airport is ok. Shopping and entertainment outside of the hotel there was no in the late season. Even the pharmacy had already closed.

September -October is not a good time to go to albena, everything ran on low flame ( end of the season). Staff, dining, shops, pharmacy. At the ralitsa superior was also everything backwards. Only the entertainment team for good variety made sure. We come however in may 2013 gladly again back to albena. read more

The holiday in this hotel we enjoyed very much. It were all very friendly. The food was great. Internet was free in the room and in the lobby. The hotel was somewhat a long way from the beach, but there was always a free shuttle bus. We didn't use it, because also the way on footh to the beach was pleasant. Unfortunately it smelled in the morning unpleasantly after gas, what made us very upset. The hotel we have on recommendation and the right choice met. read more

Were with our vacation in the hotel very satisfied, in september there is just not a lot going on. This is reflected also on the hotel back. The age average was 60 years which we didn't recommend. It was a relaxing and the recuperation have we also gotten. read more

The hotel makes on the first view not bad impression. In the 2. Look at is the however a bit different. We had a while in the so-called side building. The location from the room is super, the room itself old, depraved, mold in the bathroom and in general rather dirty. The charwoman makes only superficially clean. Luckily were the beds clean, which is always the most important things is. To our travel time the hotel was crowded with seniors 60 +. Primasol is however known for a younger guest structure, overall for families with children. At nationalities everything was ... represented, mainly German regular customers, a few English, many eastern europeans. The food was every day directly. Was not püntklich around half 7 evenings in the restaurant, the food was cold! I would not again book and recommend the travel agent also not my customers. read more

    Since we in the while lived, we prepared, that the rooms not the standard, we are used. One could sleep and wash - that was ok. On closer look at fell a then but unfortunately the dirt on. Such as in the bathroom, where the shower curtain full mold was. If you the window in the bathroom didn't open, it has evenings even after the humidity and the mold smelly. The midnight snack at the pool bar left nothing to the imagination - the pizza was perfect, the fries lax, the salad not more firm and that was all. We ate at the havannabar at the beach to the lunch. That was as lunch ok - you became sated and it tasted also to some extent. But as we all know, is the with the food always matter of taste and to be regarded subjectively.

    If you before the vacation over the location and the place beforehand know, that albena a spa and therefore rather quiet. Although the way to the wonderful, well maintained beach not far (you walk about minutes) and as an alternative you can free shuttle service is available. Shops we have in the surroundings not found. A trip to the gold beach is recommendable ( by taxi about 15 minutes).

Over this hotel is already much written. It was the worst stay in a four-star hotel we have experienced. 2 to three stars would fully satisfy. The incompetence of a front desk is so hair bristling. Cold food, variety to nothing going. Cutlery was rarity, coffee spoons only right and kuchengabel knows you here not at all. Cleanliness the outdoor areas is Sunday Other countries with the possibility such large installations would wring our hands. Midget Golf complex could not be used, dirty and broken. Early at 3 o'clock then also a pool bar or something the music issued. The ... clientele here vacation makes the here usual off or have to have a rethink on. The hotel is in a very well maintained, extensive complex. The rooms are functionally furnished and in a respectable state. The ralitsa superior is a main and a neighboring building. We stayed in room in the side building(double room for single use). The rooms were cleaned every day, as well as the towels were changed. Three times a week there was fresh bedding. We used the ultra-inclusive offer. Tourists in all age groups, from kids to retirees. read more

    Except for the large dining room there are 2 restaurants, the à-la-carte-meal can be used. The premises were always clean and were also the hygiene standards. Kitchen style was typical of the country, but also adjusted. The selection was varied,there was a pleasant ambience, the staff were always looking out for the wellbeing of the guests! In addition we could six times in other restaurants in albena for going out to eat -also all-inclusive. For tips are boxes set up.

    The staff were always friendly, willing to help and courteous. Linguistic difficulties we had not. The child care was due to the entertainers excellent, the same applies to for the adults guests. A laundry service is offered, we however not used. To complaints it gave no cause.

    Leisure facilities there are a lot of. Since we with the weather had good luck, we were mostly at and in the sea. There were chairs and umbrellas sufficiently available and the supply of the beach bar also worked well.

    The distance to the beach was approximately 900 metres. Free there were buses every half hour to and from the beach. Albena provides various shopping possibilities. Baltschik, dobritsch and varna are very good and cheap with transport to reach. There are various trips with bus or sailing offered, around country and people to get to know.

All together is the a nice hotel with big facilities, if the shortcoming the cleanliness would not. Chairs and covers almost all dirty. Terrace tables shaky and not clean. Cleaning of the rooms also left to be desired. Toilet was only once rübergewischt and that was it. Hand towels partly with black edge, or not changed. Pool bar we could only a week 'enjoy' the but also enough. Path lighting partly broken. On the terrace some pears broken. Were only after 12 days replaced. And it should even in the low season not be! The best part of the whole ... hotel was the entertainment. The evening shows were the highlight of the day. read more

Very friendly staff. Price and performance is ok. The Vrhalten the German tourist is just strange. A thanks or ask the exception. At the beach should in Havanna Bar ensure, that to eat only the entry has, of its torso covered. read more

Our room and the bathroom were miserably small. The bathroom had no hair dryer, which was in the brochure written. The food was very tasty and rich. The entertainers did their job very, very good. Therefore we had a very nice vacation. read more
