We were from 2.-9. february to 8. or. 9. time in cupito and it was as always perfect however, if we keep the reviews some guests read we are of the opinion that these people only the vacation drive around the needle in the haystack to find. (where people work happen already times failed) We are definitely too 100% with food, rooms, service, and staff to be this year again. read more

Was 4 days there and felt comfortable. A footbridge and sea view were important to me. Food was delicious, slept very well (mattresses ok.) - hotel was recently renovated so everything was good! - gladly again! read more

Good location. The hotel lies directly at the Playa de Palma. The beach is right on your doorstep. Staff is very friendly. Modern and nicely furnished. Food is great. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly adequate. The entrance to the Bierkönig takes about 15 minutes and also the way home is not a problem ☺ fully recommendable. read more

In january we were for one week in this hotel. The location of the hotel cannot be better, directly at the Ballermann 10. possibilities to go out on the doorstep! The hotel is constantly renovated, it makes an modern impression. The rooms were very small, however well equipped and clean.
Quality of the dishes very good, especially the breakfast was good and varied. Evenings would be a little more variety have been desirable.
Foreign and indoor swimming pool very well maintained, also the sauna is great.
The staff in the restaurant speaks almost no english, this could be improved. The ... staff at reception against very competent and reacted directly on complaints!
The tiles in the outdoor area are very slippery, so be careful!
This hotel we will next time book again. read more

Very satisfied!
We had from the 12-to 19 january a double room with a direct ocean view. The room 314 was big enough, the beds comfortable, flat screen and very clean.
The food as a part of the half board was as a buffet offered and was diverse and good quality.
The guest structure was mixed, but mostly over 65. read more

For our year's getaway to Mallorca a hotel with best position right on the beach. After the successful renovation shows the cupids in pleasant bright and cheerful look. It is a hotel managable size, in which we almost nothing was missing. Maybe a indoor pool for the rainy weather. Condition of the normal double rooms is however for adults our age clearly too small. The then exchanged superior double room with a direct view of the sea was however perfect. The service by the staff is without exception good. Also the food, which in buffet form is served, hardly a ... wish goes unfulfilled. Also the offered wines are quite good. All in all a nice hotel, which we gladly again visit. read more

For a short break is the royal cupido very suitable, the standard rooms (here 610) are quite small though.
In december are very many restaurants and shops - all 'party people' -closed, but it was very quiet and we had the whole beach promenade for itself. read more

This hotel is just great ☺ was the 31-12-2012 until 05-01-2013 since. In this hotel however the first time(in Mallorca 17 time ☺
The hotel call i as one of the best at the Platja de Palma! It is a adults only hotel, which i totally liked a lot you very much peace. The hotel altogether is in a very good condition (which one not always hotels can claim ) the food was every day super good, varied and tasty(also a lot of fish)! Had booked all inclusive(huge and very good selection of drinks perfect)
The service was excellent! The ... room was relatively small, but very clean and tastefully furnished!
Conclusioncan only be recommended, for people with slightly higher requirements ☺

Probably the best hotel on the whole Playa de Palma. Less than 100 meters to the beach, great for a stroll on the promenade and in the winter without drinkers swimmers. Car hire, bicycle rental and bus service into the capital. Very friendly staff with proper fremdsprachenkenntnissen (german). Therefore full score. read more

I spent with 6 other golf a short break in this hotel. There were in our opinion 3 single room and 2 double rooms booked. Before we arrived, i wrote the hotel altogether twice (14 days before start) via e-mail, for some things in experience to bring. Received a reply to today not. Cost traps lurk as follows use of the internet 7,00 Euro per day or 21,00 Euro per week; however per day 1 hour in the lobby free of charge. The safe use cost 4,00 Euro per day book. Late check out is until 17: ...00 o'clock with 45,00 Euro will be charged. The only positive thing is to say, that the parking spaces (closet) in front of the hotel free of charge to use. However you find in the evening no parking lot more, because too few parking spaces are available. The crowning was however, that on the last evening the departure daily another hotel guest my room and already their belongings there deponiertet. This is definitely not acceptable, since the privacy is no longer a given. Therefore is in my opinion other reservations by far. read more

We have at the end of december 2012 some wonderful days royal cupido spent. Extraordinary architecture - great idea. The glass shower in the room -, very friendly staff, absolute cleanliness and varied buffets, the nothing to be desired let. There is always travellers, the fault, but somewhat adaptability for us on vacation and if there was once again no ham is, everyone will definitely something else find, only courage \u263a we definitely recommendable the hotel unrestrictedly! read more

We have this hotel for a weekend in december booked. The hotel is with the best and cleanest hotel in the area. The connection by bus to Palma is perfect. For two nights it with this hotel can't go wrong. More you can't say, since it concerns the absolute nebensaison wilmington. read more
