The hotel complex is nice, clean garden area, the staff are friendly and can also speak German, sometimes also French and English. The morning as well as the dinner buffet was very diverse and well cooked. The hotel itself would be recommendable, were it not for these loud, screaming Lookéa animation( young, partly still pubescent people) behavior this entertainment was just stupid and naive. The entire program was only in French. There were in front of the evening agenda only the French guests welcomes.
As it was a family hotel is, would you expect, that also someone the entertainment to ... the children care. The kids club was however the whole week about, although some children in the hotel were.
A French organization is ( Lookéa /look Voyage), there were of course French.
If you with the mentality of the French not a problem has, feels in this hotel comfortable. Unfortunately had the, which at the same time as we in the hotel were, any Decency lost. They were very loud, talking often schreinend. And was day for day more than just ' beschwippst '.

The hotel is in a very good location, the path to the beach was beautiful thanks to the beautiful garden area! The rooms were cleaned every day, but clean it was still never! The food had a large selection, but it was not very tasty. The glasses and plates were mostly dirty. The entertainment was completely in French. It would have been nice, if at least partly in English one spoke. As an all inclusive customer us only at the beginning of a bottle of water provided, but you could not fill. So you had to buy for the night ... water bottles. All in all this hotel is not worth of four stars. read more

A nice beach holiday, with very good food. Unfortunately no major change in the program, since almost all the entertainment and evening programs for the French. If the hotel for a beach holiday is guaranteed not disappointed, as long as you can manage more than 15 meters far not to swim (otherwise there is the nice Baywatch-and whistles one back). A little excessive I thought. To the hotel: 90% French guests, but we knew that and didn't bother us. The food was OK, the dinner you have to just the right time get, otherwise it was almost all cold. Our room (Nr: 222) was from the size and the cleanliness was okay. Unfortunately not the bathroom: tiles dirty, joints. no longer exist or do not know ... anymore. In other words everything extremely worn! I would rate this hotel No four stars because I am entirely aware of the other three star hotels with a much higher standard feature.
