The accommodation in the first two nights in a musty ' cellar dungeon ' was a disgrace. After the move in a different room was the rest of the time alright. The salads were always excessive onions turned on, obviously was a ' zwiebelschwemme'. It was known, that it in front of the hotel no bus stop were, so that a hike to Jandia on the not harmless main road was necessary. But why, then the hotel no occasional shuttle transport? We were 2008 and 2009 in the hotel and were in this time not disappointed. I was initially a little skeptical, as some of the negative comments made, but i am surprised again and again, with which details some guests this hotel a negative review. (well, if the german nothing to moan about has.) I also had my room requirement (in advance via e-mail)-we have however got an other room, but comparable was. The food has itself (in comparison to the last years) improved. The dishes were (for my taste) better seasoned. Yes, there were also times a piece ... of meat, the tough-but this was only a exception. The waiters was from the front desk to cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. We have also the bus station (was on the doorstep) for our evening tour to Jandia really missed. However we had in the 2. week with hertz a car rented (hertz is very recommendable – Renault Clio 160 € for 7 days with sales without sb – included petrol!). We really enjoyed the stay and we will come again. read more

I was at the beginning of of january 2013 with my child 9 days for the 2. time in fuerte princess. Compared to the october 2012 was still less busy lots of guests around the 5./6.1. around left. We had a room with wonderful lateral view of the sea in pool nearby. On the day of arrival were once the air conditioning and the tv broken, before any notice. Both were after 15 minutes repaired or replaced. The cleaning of the rooms was this time super thorough. The dinner i was in the choice clearly reduced before (probably ... because of the few guests) with exception the grill and the dessert-buffet. The were great. The waiters in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive. The upper pool prior to the kids club was pleasantly heated, so you both splash, as well as decent to swim could. The sports entertainment was friendly and competent as always. We have archery, darts and water aerobics and had have fun. Some of the evening shows we have visited. Some had a very professional level, other not really. Unfortunately be capable the cocktails in the bar absolutely nothing. The biggest change is the beach directly in front of the hotel. Where in october 2012 before the steinburgen still lovely dug could be, is not a grain of sand there. Instead a 5-10 meters strip with large, loose rocks. There is swimming at high tide impossible, at low tide, you could on the stones eggs and then sand the entrance. Thus it is the sea. Left the beach bar (yes, it is still unchanged in business!) As in the vergangheit well run hotel with friendly staff! In the earlier years cheap bus connection to the nearby place Jandia was unfortunately set. The only problem, if you with tour operator schauinsland bay: with (mostly at short notice) flugzeitänderungen and/or air carrier one must always count! read more

The hotel in the south of the island is an area with lots of houses in a well-kept garden. It lies directly at the beach. Several pools are at first glance quite welcoming. The houses were during our stay white painted and also well-kept at least from the outside. Nearby some other hotels, but no supermarket or bus. At the beach is a snack restaurant, the probably soon either close or a change has. We had booked a sea view and got a dark room with a view of the opposite building! After complaint we got on the 3. day ... (!) A decent room. This meant, which we two of seven days live out of a suitcase had. read more

    Size alright, double bed (two singles pushed together), a sofa, a 3. bett as can be rolled out. Seitenschränke with storage space, tv with few german transmitters, mini-bar was empty. Bathroom with half separate tub and shower. Cleanliness was okay. Unfortunately only not spacious enough towels. Although we three persons were, there was sometimes only two towels. Cleanliness : under the bed was dust from at least three months, the bed linen was also not changed, after our small child at night a mishap happened.

    There is a huge restaurant, the several rooms and outside areas has. The staff is mostly very friendly and tried very hard. Plates are very quickly cleared away, if they are empty and also the beverages was fast supplied. The buffet tried a decent mixture from nationaltypical specialities and meals, the known. Other guests were unhappy, we found the food however completely okay. Of course, it was not a 5 star, but very good. Some meals were also very good. However there were here also shortcomings: the cutlery and the glasses were not always very clean. We have also seen, that some long before the end of the meal time has just had was, however not replenished. My request for a banana for my son half an hour before meal end with 'finish' answered... Good: it is on the other end the hotel another smaller restaurant with a what the offer is partial ' late riser breakfast ' until 11 o'clock.

    There is a hard working animation for adults, mdie we only seen, but not used. The child care is simple, but affectionately and our child went very gladly. Evenings there was a small kids disco, the in our case unfortunately not well visited, but nevertheless from the animatorinnen very professionally completed (two children!). There was a big plus! Pool: the children's swimming pool is heated, unfortunately but the whole day (until 17 o'clock) an unbearable whining, so that we were not for a long time anyway. In the other pool we never someone seen swimming was too cold.

We were for the 7. time in this hotel and were treated, as we would the first time there. We booked through our travel agency our will announce and a room requirement to. Unfortunately the request was once again not met. Front desk completely overburdened, inflexible, unfriendly. So let us imagine a treatment as regular customers not before. That is why we have decided, not book this hotel again. We should again to Fuerteventura come, we look for us another hotel. read more

    The rooms are big enough, but is the condition the decor in a mostly lamentable condition, as they completely worn or broken and should be changed urgently. The bathroom is dark, since no windows, and smells from the sewage met. The tvs are old and the reception german transmitter is partially. Poor. We were for the 2. time for christmas/new year's eve in this hotel. Of the 600 rooms only 30% booked mostly by the regular guests - as always clean, food very diverse and with the half-board very varied. Free there is nothing-both internet, wi-fi internet access, safe pay. And in spite of the a lot of free room was a extra charge of 21 Euro per day for a sea view room folio-otherwise the ausgedinge, although the tour operator already very much for the stay paid. The majority of the guests are Germany, the rest italian, french and so on ..., and we were as always the only from Austria. Many families with children. read more

    Na ja nice slow here they could start the hotel to renovate-door frames solve for example on, tv is a bit old. Mattresses should be new, but it was very hard. The plastiksessel from the balcony you could be washed. Otherwise generally clean.

    Located directly at the beach - we have the peace and quiet this year here really enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was since 3 several months no more bus to Jandia in the next site-so either on foot at the beach along, by taxi, or up to the main street. Transfer from the airport depending on the driving directions to the various hotels around 1 to 2 hour the bus for oasispark runs still in the morning the hotel at. If you are not at noon in the hotel food is the beach directly below the hotel a hidden gem.

Are the 12'. In this hotel. Location and the beach and breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a sea view Very nice. Unfortunately the quality of the dishes strongly deterioated. The rooms are in need of renovation, but clean. Nevertheless, we feel in this hotel probably. Public bus directly from the hotel to Jandia unfortunately inselverwaltung set. But Jandia is on foot or with the taxi (around 7 to 8 Euro) easy to reach. For a quiet vacation is this hotel perfectly suited. Also the free use of the sauna is a plus. read more

We were now about 20 times in this hotel, and on this island. Why? Here we have finally a place found, the us the work schedule in shortest time forget. We have again very lots of regular guests met, the also see. Very good is also, the staff turnover is very low. Off course the hotel has gotten old. A new room would not be Bad. Still everything was very clean. You should by the size of the hotel don't let this put you off. The complex consists of small houses until 2. floor, through a art pier can commit. ... The beautiful garden area makes the complex completely. You can eat on 3 terraces (1 large and 2 smaller). The choice is good to very good. Fish, meat and poultry there was daily. Fresh vegetables, and prepared salads. Stew and breaded things were also there, of course. Pasta buffet and pizzas. The christmas dinner was great. The affectionate design of the tables and of the restaurant was great. We will be back. read more

The whole ban on smoking ( also outside area) at the pool bar looks not umsatzsteigernd And the afternoon tea, as well as the nightcap except house let. The complex of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are but at places like türzargen in need of renovation. With the cleaning lady we had not so good luck. Bedlinen was irregular, when we arrived there was the toilet seat not clean, small ants we had in the first days against. But overall the vacation ok. read more
