Very recommendable, will come again! Very good food (and actually already nearly too much), very friendly staff. Short walk to the ski lift (back even shorter, since the largest part of the path on a trail in the valley to drive). read more

    ... The bar mostly deserted was actually a great shame, because it is quite comfortable. Probably the hotel guests out in the many aprésskitempeln more fun. At the quality and quantity of the food there is nothing to criticize, but the cuisine we personally a bit disappointed. We had regional, typical local dishes, and definitely not cross-over cuisine with for example tilapia (cichlid) from Afrika. Authenzität looks differently, it would very much like to see a ochsensteak from the area should not be. The offered vegetarian menugänge complement pleasant the food. The own wines are very well together.

    The lady, the our room during the entire stay cleaned deserves a strong praise for her good job. The waiters in the gastronomy area was very attentive, fast, always in a good mood and competent. Acting is the junior boss and chefsommelier Daniel syndromal, a pleasant guy, the dealing with the guests understands. Small tip : the front desk should the opening hours of the surrounding shops know.

To put it briefly on the point. The hotel reslwirt (the owners) are fortunate such a good team and a Exactly good kitchen staff to have! We had us because of the friendliness this team Felt very comfortable. This we can however not the leaders say! This goes with without any exercise your guests through its alleged Palace and gives the feeling the pure arrogance! I have seen many skiing vacation made (honestly) but something i never happened and will I didn't happen! Promised! read more

The hotel is medium sized and has four floors. Our room was a nice size, also the bathroom (with a bath) has a tidy size. In the hotel everything is quite new. We had half board there, is in flachau but definitely not necessary. Wi-fi available, but unfortunately liable to pay the costs. Several parking spaces are available. read more

    Room was large and decorated in a rustic style. Tv and safe were available. To the greetings there was a bottle of water in the room - kind. All in all completely ok, is well maintained and clean.

    There is a restaurant we breakfast, an afternoon snack and dinner have. Breakfast : wide choice and safe something for everyone, everything perfect. In addition one cannot also still different omelets and egg dishes offered order. Afternoon snack: there were every day something else, we could already on the day of arrival use. Just a small snack. Once it was a goulash soup, the other time wurstnudeln and always cakes. Dinner: once it was a choice menu (three different), the other day there was a buffet. The menu was so, that the main course unfortunately somewhat small broke down. On the four course over you were reasonably full, but could have been a bit more (in the late evening we learned then, that you still a consulting have gotten can). The büfettabend wasn't so great, the fundamental choice was okay, but some meals were too few temperature, especially the side dishes (noodles and vegetables) were cold. The bar is cozily, the price of drinks but unfortunately a bit too high (there are only small beers and cost of 3,10 Euro).

    The staff was always friendly and helpful. Especially the waiter at the bar was really great. At any time for us there. Also the staff in the restaurant was always there, you can hardly put drank was someone on the spot for the next order. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

    The hotel has a really big sauna area here. There are two different saunas (finnish and herbs) and a large steam bath, and a relaxation room. If you're nice ask you also get drinks from the bar at the sauna served.

    The hotel is in the middle of flachau, so are shops, restaurants, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. To the elevator you need to have a small piece run, but a maximum of 5 minutes, degree the road above and then a small path. Only the driving directions was a bit difficult, our sat nav knew the address and as in flachau plenty of hotels and signs are surveys one it quite easily.

We really liked the hotel! The family who the hotel leads, is very friendly and adopted the action of the hotel part, this makes the atmosphere very relaxed. All of the staff are very attentive and friendly. It was on special circumstances (allergies) taken into consideration, the we found it great. Great we found also, the families with children great welcome were, thus the hotel appeared to be alive and not stuffy. So this hotel we will also our friends with children wéiter recommend!
