Club mermaid village is a top refurbished, medium-sized hotel in which we great 2 weeks have. The rooms, as well as lobby, bar, restaurant and pool area are very well maintained and modern. The all-inclusive offer our expectations fully fulfilled (4 times food, all drinks other than cocktails until o'clock free). There are two pool areas with the larger during the day music, animation, food and cold drinks the vacation sweeten. Guests were in all ages since. Many came from Holland and Germany. read more

    The room was very modern and with air-conditioning and tv. A big balcony with places to sit made possible a nice view. There was a mini bar and a small safe against a small fee could be used. The bathroom was very clean and also new. A large shower with rainfall showerheads, and a further smaller shower head. The condition the room was good, clean and tidy.

    The service was very good overall. The staff were always friendly and unlocked and there were hardly any problems with the communication. The cleaning of the rooms is always tidy and in addition from the roomcleaner the things put together.

    To 2 hours, very good organized transfer from the airport Antalya one reaches the about 5-minute walk from the beach away hotel. Runs several times a day but also a shuttle bus. The hotel's own beach is unfortunately not very nice and is general compared to the hotel negative. Both beach, as well as sea are very rocky. The view and the water offer but very good. Otherwise there is a hotel's own bar, at which at noon also a little can be eaten! Who no white sandy beach needs here but on its costs. The area was during our stay unfortunately fully in development. In the city itself there was a bazaar with a few shops. To Alanya it was about 20 minutes on the bus. There, there are more for that selection. At excursions there is a very large selection.

Nice clean hotel which his star is. Nevertheless i recommend not to go there, as it was only from the staff been seen if you daily tip gave. Also by a number of events in the hammam or massage, for female holiday friends, was the mood violendy troubled. Not recommendable for single young women, as with other young holiday friends also some serious incidents have been (from the staff) Food was more or less fine. There is often what, which didn't taste, but since we are not picky and we always became sated. If we every day tip, we were ... treated as the prince. %blank% in the restaurant as well as at the bar or in the evening at the entertainment. You had no money on hand, you were suddenly not respected. One was air. The same for the room cleaning. Put one daily tip now, everything was super nicely done. Had you forget it was all carelessly somehow folded and not clean cleaned. (hence my negative evaluation during the room cleaning) The staff there was a really experience. Animation has only my son joined in. However, if he things to good like for instance table tennis or race, he was excluded and couldn't more participate. In the area is pure nothing at all except for a small bazaar in about 1 kilometer away, but no more than 10 or a few more overpriced shops houses and where nothing is going on. Who unfinished buildings around is wonderful cared for. (the ruins of the internal the hotel but not see) To the beach one comes by the complex have to leave and about 1 kilometer walk (drives but also a small train). We found the beach as dirty and dingy and didn't use it. We fly usually 2 times a year on vacation and no high demands, but i was the first time in my life glad, pack my bags and to fly home to be allowed, after all the negative terrible incidents as the retired are. As mentioned, the hotel is great. Clean, nice. Tidy. However is the location and the (at that point in time workers, especially from the massage) the last. That was worse than low category what they missed. read more

The Club Hotel mermaid village is its name very fair, a very spacious built, very modern property, with modern rooms and great cleanliness. The rooms, as well as the entire area, almost around the hour by dihshes staff clean gahelten, from the room service ladies, gardener, waiters and sauberkeitspersonal, you constantly someone seen, for the cleanliness the hotel care. The staff were super friendly, always in a good mood, unfortunately, not all german, but with english you got along everywhere well.     The complete staff the hotel was always very pleasant and unlocked, i don't know how often we asked, if everything is ok or we need. To the fremdsprachenkenntnissen of the staff you can say, the people the most necessary understands a guest to satisfy them, good english languages not most, but one has still arms and legs to communicate. The housekeeping staff was also always there, if an extra towel or similar used.

    The distance to the beach was approximately 400-500 meters, in 3 minutes on foot, or also with the hotel-own shuttle service, which every 15 minutes between the beach and the hotel-and herperndelt. Otherwise there is a bazaar nearby, in the next locations one comes with the turkish superbus' dolschmar' for little money very comfortably. There are trip possibilities by several providers almost on every corner, also here... Don't forget to bargain... Because 10 people ask for the same trip and got 12 different prices quoted.

    In this region there is nothing. Ruins not finished and two or three other hotels. Shops or bars/ restaurants if you here in vain. Unfortunately no beach promenade. Nevertheless is the beach good on foot or with the tractor ( shuttle bus) to reach... In comparison to surrounding hotels the' hotel beach' the possibility direct into the water to go, ohneeinen pier! From Antalya airport one drives with usual butterfahrten 1,5 hours to 2 hours. Excursions there are over the organizer and regional communities enough. Here one should however before inform well, these trips often butterfahrten are. The nearby dolphin show from animal welfare not recommended (welfare)

We had the all inclusive package and one has really over the whole day away enough choices of food. The clientele is multicolored mixed, both from nationalities, as well as from the average age. read more

    The hotel lies close to Alanya, so you have good 2 hours bus transfer from the airport in Antalya. Around the hotel are a few construction, however the work during our stay rested. The way to the beach is as advertised 600 meters, if that was too far for you, you can shuttle bus take. Times are at the front desk from. A shops you will find about 600 meters away from the hotel, here are the sellers not so pushy. Excursions are enough available, you should however also price with local providers comparisons, since these are usually 40% cheaper as the own travel agency.

The hotel is rather small and comfortable. With belly pain I am Los flown after I the reviews had read. But what we expected was rather positive. All negative reviews we can not understand. The furnishing of the hotel is good. The food is good with a large choice. However the service is bad and included drinks are lousy. The bar is absolutely bad there is no drinks menu. Cocktails only against additional payment. 6 €-9€ but also miserable. The cleaning of the rooms was okay and found every day instead of. Animation rather bland and unimaginative. As already mentioned ... the hotel lies slightly off the beaten track on a baustellenartigen street. The beach is already to further away than described. The way into the water is rocky stocked and the loungers unfortunately not the best. Right old editions cost 1 euros. The beach restaurant but already OK. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wireless internet in the hotel for 4 €the hour way too expensive. read more

A comfortable, informal effective flair. For people with rather normal, instead of upscale expectations. Staff can speak English, Russian and a little German. The rooms and outdoor areas are clean, the staff very nice and always for the well-being. There is a club pool with loud music and have fun with actions. A quiet, smaller pool, also with children's pool. Chairs are abundant. Full board offers enough varied eating and drinking, also in between times of fries, potatoes, vegetables, pizza, fruit, juices, cakes, on occasional days free bus rides in nearby places offered, otherwise 3a 6 Euro or by city ... bus to the nearby street from. A beach section has a drinks station, loungers and food. It is about 600 meters away. The hotel is located in a quiet area in a side street, the adjacent construction of hotelneubaus didn't bother. The rooms are renovated and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning is per remote control and also runs automatically. The use of the internet of 3 Euro the rate is rather too much, apparently wi-fi 5 Euro per day cost. In the spa area are massages of (allegedly) trained masseurs with various oils and pastes and rocks. Also turkish foam bath is one of them. The prices by individual programs start at 45 Euro and go 130 Euro out. I personally have been 60 minutes retreat with all facets. High claim you should however 't expect, rather than urlaubsausgabe than spaßangebot. In summary a good hotel, in which you a week good. read more

    Türkler as the whole area until Alanya rather still under construction. The hotel lies rather come about 600 meters of the main street and beach in a side street. The staff are very friendly, helpful and outgoing, with exception from their superiors (command steep and too loud the staff for the guests). Room only every 3. day cleaned. Safe daily broken. Hot water evenings not always. The entertainment team was top class. The joke is, that I for towels for the pool pay must, under all inclusive I something else for. There was a safe ( for a fee), a fridge and a balcony, which however at a construction site showed, so the view not really great was.
