As I have already mentioned the location is great, beautiful view but you must also be good on foot since it located very high up is.
In general it is quite OK, if not this horribl planning of the staff would be. On complaints they reacted somewhat surly but one fixed the problem. A part of our family got only on the second day their 2. Room which rather a utility closet right (broken TV turned off, with discarded furniture, etc.). In the area where the table tennis plate is are old account rum, old furniture, broken technology so ... perfect that there children can play. Who evenings want a drink at the bar must have luck the he employees finds which after a long wait often worked well. But also positive it gives to say the rooms and the furnishing is sufficient and for the food tried even if everything was a bit hectic popular and you have to say if the salad buffet and it is all no one noticed. We have made the best of it and great excursions made. Our summary: the area sees us again the hotel not. read more

the rooms were large and functional. It was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was hearty and the evening half board with the daily Pasta appetizers very plentiful. We stayed with a hiking group in the age of 45 to 80 years since, and everybody was very satisfied. The host helped us very much at organizational things and was very friendly, as well as the complete staff. read more

Bathrooms are atiquiert, were 30 years time decay.
Food is average. Keie flexible meal times. Flower boxes are not planted. The floor in the room was cleaned only after repeated requests, however, forget it, the door to the balcony of our hotel was more than just satisfying a Community balcony to balcony. The staff is friendly. Dining room sober, you feel like you're in a cafeteria. Due to Czech groups, the charged on the evening buffets set and the resulting noise level of comfort the question. Between 17-19 hours just OK, dinner 19 hours. Whoever arrived too late, had salad ... buffets vorliebnehmen leftovers, wasn't refilled. read more

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed. The room was OK, only unfortunately not a guaranteed in the hotel. Everything was very dark, the balcony boxes had not even plants, the messy.
The restaurant cleanliness at the meals, was very uncomfortable.

By Overbooking in our hotel we were disappointed in old and Panoramik. We were not exactly friendly welcome.
The manager was never there.
Dining room is very Spartan, more like a cafeteria. After dinner the bar was not occupied, so that you don't drink more.
Terrace was very neglected.
The only good thing was the great view of mill Creek and the mountain pastures card. There can be three cable car use.

This Hotel I'm not going to book again.
In the showers in the Wellness Area of the mold, as well as in the steam sauna. On the toilet lid was attached with the patch. There is no ski area in order to keep the boots.

Large hotel with a great view of mill creek. The room room was small and comfortable. The food was plentiful, tasty and varied. Service and staff were without any complaint. Positive to mention is the free use of three cable cars. Good possibilities for excursions to brixen, bolzano... Gladly again anytime. read more

I recommend to all the guests in this house the confirmation of reservation or definitely take better there didn't have to reserve them, because of the unfriendly, grumpy Man at the front desk does not know any longer, which was confirmed in writing six months earlier and a higher price. When I told him the copy of the confirmation of the reservation and said, the offered price that I paid, he applied and rüppelhaft. Due to the very nice location of the hotel, we would have stayed the next Blakapellenfestival love to stay there again and stay possibly something extended. ... After this experience, of course not. Closing I would like to mention, that I am with my 65 years has never happened before. read more

The hotel owners and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
The food was excellent and the Wellness The area left nothing to be desired. We had possibility for parking in front of the hotel and would have no problem with that, if we had to some meters underneath parking.
Our daughter was thrilled!
In town there were nice small inns and excellent ice cream.
The rates are totally ok for South Tyrol, whether in the hotel, or in the surrounding area. read more

Food in the hotel was good, service generally correct friendly, the drinks were very expensive (0.5 liter beer.= 4, -€)
Rooms are bright, clean and friendly, our room was unfortunately very badly soundproofed to one side, since only paper wall and door was built. Should probably be time family. Bathroom was a bit small ... and very warm water jet sparse. Nice indoor pool, different sauna possibilities are great, fitness equipment go Sunday
