Drinks at the bar there was only in plastic cup, wether coffee or Cola and so on cleanliness in the restaurant poor

Staff unfriendly/ cleaning of the rooms poor/ complaints rather than harassment dismissed

Entertainer Henry was the only good about the hotel

Room 421 in a gesundheitsgefährdeten condition because in night for 13,09 it rained and the rain water came through the ceiling so the bed and other things wet were. At o'clock at night we had to a different room move. From nachtpotier us mitgeilt with the rain now times in such a way and we are there times loosely see. The food/ cleanliness bad. Each youth hostel in deutschlandwird better than this hotel. In the hotel management are only unable amateurs.

The area is the only positive.

Reasonable size, bathroom borderline. Everything getting very old, super-mini -tv, safe-rent I think 15€, balcony ok

Quality of the dishes really lowest level! Breakfast was still okay, you can't go wrong-with the' sausage' not enjoyable and indefinable was. During dinner I spent every evening the same food ( salad and fish), because everything else ( for me) not enjoyable and strange prepared-from the meat not to mention! The drink during dinner I waived, because for a 0.2. glass Cola 1.50 Euro to have wanted!

Well, so the lady at the reception I had always somewhat gene ffs, but that has me not disturbed. German she actually really good understood. Completely different with the service staff for the food: they have nothing at all understood in German. Cleaning of the rooms has much to be desired left! Every time, if you are on bed wanted to lay in, you had to before the feet abribbeln, that the whole dirt, the cleaning lady not swept/swept, not in bed land (, whether the once mopped has?!)!

Evening agenda oK, but without all inclusive rather boring ( drinks at the bar just too expensive and also only in the plastic cup - also the coffee)! The pool itself was very ok, even if the people in the morning before breakfast already their loungers had reserved... So luck, if one came in the late morning still got a beach chair.

Really am not picky, but I when entering our room - without consciously to eighth - estimated 20 black long hair found (most in bed). Bathroom and shower really tight, had to showering always be careful, that I disgusting shower curtain not berühr! Everything very in need of renovation! We wanted gladly a fridge rent, as we only booked half board had. Only if the rent for one week full 25 €costs! No thank you! Hotel was populated by English, shows for the food.

About the location I can only really positive say: Distance to the beach about 5 minutes; Transfer from the airport about 1 hour; Shops were in the immediate area; Bus station for excursions about 5-minute walk ( for example by bus after s' Arenal only about 7 €per person)

Small room, but ok. All with a balcony and double room with a bath. Climate with us worked. There is however no mini bar, fridge gG fee leaseable. For 2 persons is the size the double room completely sufficiently, for us 4 a little cramped, but ok, as we only for sleeping since anyway.

Food was good, every day there was something else, not as often criticized every day fries and noodles. Of course there was every day fries and noodles, but there was also times rice, meat, fish, many vegetables, all great. Breakfast also more than enough. We were very satisfied with the food.

Service was friendly and cleaning of the rooms has always worked well, I can unfriendly staff, as often described here, not confirm.

When we were there, was 1 animator there, and evenings there were changing show program of professional artists, committed, were. There is a small shallow pool, without extras and a large pool for swimmer. Chairs are available. Access to the internet via wireless internet access free of charge for example on smartphone usable.

No dream hotel, but for three stars completely ok! We were with our 2 children (1 and 3) in the double rooms. It was close, but since we anyway much at the beach were, no problem, balcony to the pool was great for us, since we evenings from the balcony from the show program watch, if our kids slept in. It was thus very noisy in the room, but the kids have nevertheless always good and slept through :-). The hotel is a bit dated, but not dirty, as here sometimes described. Cleanliness I would with 80% rate, very clean, it was not, but ok. We had the half board, for us a good choice was, since we were only in the morning and in the evening in the hotel were. The selection of drinks for children is bad, as there is no real juices there, only soft drinks and alcoholic we have for our kids then always apple spritzer bought and they in bottles with to eat taken, which was ok.

Location is great, in 5 minutes one is at the port and at the beach. pinienstrand is approximately 20 minutes out, there are we almost every day been. Shops and playgrounds only 5 minutes on foot away.

The size for a double room is ok. Mini bar isn't available. The rooms are clean, however in need of renovation. Bathroom door was in the Lower range damp and moldy. Floor tiles are damaged. Hotel room is very badly soundproofed.

1 dining room, 1 bar The food is good and at the european standard.

The staff are friendly and speaks partly up to 4 languages. Cleaning of the rooms takes place daily, hand towels were changed after demand changed

Animation program available, however for our stay was It not offered, since the entertainer was sick. Program is possible, however also while we were there canceled. Access to the internet for a fee in the lobby / Wi-Fi free of charge only in the lobby. Pool area was clean and loungers/ sun screens are free Offered.

The hotel lies two blocks from the beach-about 10 minutes. Bus station and taxi rank is centrally located Shops and recreation are nearby

The size of the room was enough, the furniture was reasonable, air conditioning thereby, large bathroom, balcony with a table and 2 chairs. As already written, every day was deseamed, which I found very generous think.

There's a restaurant for breakfast, hot lunch and warm dinner. The choice of meals is huge-local, German and something for English. Always fresh fruits - kiwi, orange, pineapple, melons, apples, exactly like vegetables. There is a bar with snacks from 10 hours until o'clock - you can get your snack put together yourself, whether vegetable salad, hamburgers, fries, ice or cakes. At o'clock also the bar for all drinks opened and the is until o'clock. Like the prices there are, we do not know, we had all-inclusive, on 2 children is very recommendable.

The staff were very friendly - all waiter at the bar and for the food, front desk staff, maids, the crowning was the entertainer ( Henry) - always in a good mood and friendly. Rooms were cleaned each day, we are still at o'clock the cleaners in the hotel met.

From the activities was also everything - animation has already at o'clock starting ( dahrtspiel, table tennis, Boccia...) evenings than children's disco and afterwards shows ( flamingotänzer, magician, bollywood...) with always mood. Pool was clean, close at the bar, with chairs and chairs. The beach was perfect, especially for the children.

Medium-sized hotel for all age groups. All we liked - the food, pool area, animation, cleanliness, with room we were lucky, with a view of the inner courtyard with a pool, terrace and stage. There were many English families there, the entire day at the pool and we at the beach, therefore it didn't bother us.

For the price the 150 meters to the beach reasonable, the hotel is actually located on a street, the are everywhere and the traffic is not so large. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, a port. You should definitely the Alcudia old town look, with a ruined castle and a market square. (20 minutes on foot)

Very dirty at our arrival was a cement on the toilet with, desinfiziert' but with the turn up were everywhere hair and dirt it was disgusting. In the room was supposedly cleaned daily but hair and sand were nevertheless on the floor or at washbasin, shower so that, in the end, I even cleaned have. At night, I heard from the neighbor room the geschnarche a guest which really didn't bother. Starting from eight it was then completely done with the quiet very badly soundproofed and the cleaning ladies came without knocking into the room, although a sign outside hung

The food was terrible daily chips and pasta and these swam in oil if you no schweinefleisch is as we did one lost. Seasoned was hardly anything and the coffee you could forget more water as everything else

Too many unfriendly staff especially at the bar and the hotel boss very unpleasant in case of a complaint he was very angry become

Well more for children the pool is too many only with playing children manned and even in the morning at nine one gets no more couch as visitors this with towels reserve but not there are

The hotel has is from the outside not so bad and it has a brilliant location for the price however everything else really leaves to be desired. Especially there are many british people your kids and get pissed

Our room was quite small. We had a double room, which apparently as triple room can be used, as we our bed a extra bed had. The bathroom was totally worn out and door frame and the door itself by moisture in the lower area a bit swollen. The joints in the shower stayed many places verschimmelt. At the start of the vacation the room was in a quite clean state, however in the complete week not even swept or mopped.

Breakfast in the hotel was always the same. There was no variety or. Exactly in the evening buffet. We have the dinner in the hotel exactly one even try and were very disappointed. The remaining days we only in the hotel breakfast and in the evening in the town a restaurant searched and eat there. Which we personally especially annoyed me was, that one during dinner the beverages extra pay had. If I am honest I would have not any half board booked, but only the breakfast.

The staff in the hotel I was personally not at all personable. Language skills were more bad than good. On German you could as well as not at all converse, if at all you had to communicating in English. The cleaning staff you could not at all even, because the ladies not understand.

We had the hotel in the travel agency selected and booked. Then we on the internet reviews angesehenund were quite confident, as at the start the reviews all relatively good canceled were. After a couple of days we were but a better informeth. Plenty of bad reviews the mostly also was accurate. We actually wanted a beautiful, relaxing and relaxed vacation there. However we were in this week very disappointed. I had a long time to not a hotel which so bad is like this. The largest part of the time we were in the town and at the beach spend.

Alcudia is a really beautiful city. There is not the large shopping streets and boutiques as in other cities, nevertheless you can have a nice bummeln go and in the evening is there really live on the street and in the restaurants. The beach is really nice and especially large and clean. The only problem there are the toilets, which not available are.

My single room was relatively small, but comfortable. And only the single rooms are without a balcony, thus for me as a smoker no possibility, me smoke on the balcony to please. I had in the room a desk with 2 chairs, two single beds, a bedside table and a built-in cupboard, as well as a tv. Remote control gave it against 6 Euro deposit at the front desk. The room was already somewhat older, but in good condition. The bathroom functional with a bath.

The hotel is in the basement with a large dining room, which also has some outside places has, equipped. The food altogether more than satisfactory. Everything in buffet form. Most of the guests had booked all inclusive, and so the hotel is designed. Mornings breakfast buffet, afternoons and evenings hot buffet. At any of the 6 whole days, which I in the hotel ate, there was the same. But always meat and fish, fries and noodles, and rice. Much salad, fruit, vegetables. To the dessert different fruits, pudding and always some different kinds of ice. On the ground floor there is a bar, at the every day between and hours drinks was. Also here one noticed, that it is a 'all inclusive' -hotel is, it was all drinks in plastic cups. The clouds the good impression a little. With beer it may still reasonable his, in coffee it is rather marginal.

In principle the staff were very friendly, there was exceptions, so the review not so good. Who speaks English, what for me not a problem was, come here clearly further. German knowledge are available, but a bit heavy. The cleaning of the rooms was however good. Every day beds make, cleaning and floor sweep was of course. And the staff here always very friendly.

The pool wasn't very big, but since I anyway in the sea want to swim, it was all the same to me. For children the place was the pool almost perfect. Places to sit during the day plentiful, not a few loungers, the however at the latest at o'clock were full, although the hotel management pointed out, that the loungers not are reserved. But it was not controlled, and it was no matter. Animation in the main for children instead, and monday to saturday from o'clock in the morning. Evenings from 9:30 P. M. found on every evening a show took place with very good semiprofessional artists. A Flamenco-show, a magician, a singing duo and so on sunday is animation day of rest. Unfortunately was somewhere described, that it free wi-fi-access should be, therefore dragged my notebook. This was however not sunday There are 2 computers's a guest lounge, here cost however 20 minutes internet 2 Euro. Afterwards a good solution, I was finally for relaxing there...

The hotel is medium sized with 4 floors, enough room in the dining room, sometimes a bit cramped on the terrace in the evening by the pool. I had all inclusive, the food was tasty and varied. It has three stars, offers for the food in my opinion after almost 4 star. During my stay dominated families with smaller children. Who absolute peace searches, is here surely wrong. However was my room well soundproofed. I have the colorful driving very much. Guests from the british isles were clearly in the majority.

The distance to the airport is quite far, but I knew that, as I had booked. Alcudia is now about 70 minutes by bus away. The transfer was however smoothly. In the brochure of the hotel were approximately 150 meters to the beach specified, which is true. Once around the hotel, a street up and one stands before a long wide beach. Around beach and close to the hotel rows a shop at the other, numerous bars, pubs and pub are from the hotel within a maximum of 5 minutes to reach..

The room was large but when you lighting as well as with the cleanliness and interior furnishing saved... The balcony just enough for 1 person. The air conditioning does not work, even after the several times we had complained. Fridge we had to rent... A row was also available... ( beds, bathroom, room, balcony everywhere) We had 2 normal beds and 1 pull out bed... However none was really comfortable. It came us before, as if we are on the slatted frame directly sleep would.

At the bar was the service ok.

The pool was probably genuine a pinkelbecken as pool...

The hotel is right on the main street and if you bad luck so as we had, one gets a room on the road to... The cleanliness of the hotel was thinking desired... Breakfast we could never use, as it was only until: o'clock breakfast gave, however after we the cleanliness in the room saw, we could not believe we anyway not.

Right on the main street. Visa vI was just a large parking, this was never empty and as usual in Spain generally the öfterenmals also honked without reason...
