- Room
The room was also very modern and we liked it, because there was something other was, but it was also a bit chilly by the white walls and black furniture.
The bathroom was really great. Nice and big with a large modern shower cubicle with rain shower and handheld shower, which cannot be taken for granted in North America. Especially there was a real large hair dryer, not as a strange hotel hair dryer.
The hotel is not very high and has a room on the second and third floor, but it is in the town, this means you a bit noise backdrop of the street, but at night there is hardly still traffic, that's why it didn't bother us.
- Gastronomy
The restaurant was very beautiful with a brilliant atmosphere and is a bit of Moulin Rouge the twenties with many mirrors, Chandeliers and red upholstery and leather couches. Unfortunately the continental breakfast here was delicious but well arranged and rather French and nothing for Deftigesser, because it only sweet Pastries and croissants.
We have evenings very long for a beautiful restaurant looking for. If we the hotel's restaurant previously would have seen, we would have liked for this Decision, because it is really nice.
- Service
The staff members were all very nice and helpful. Particularly the restaurant Manager was very nice and friendly that all guests are happy. When we photos for breakfast of the restaurant made because we liked it so much, he gave us the basement of the restaurant shown.

- Hotel
This hotel is very stylish and modern decor, the most modern hotel during our round trip and more for young people. It is centrally located, is however not easy to find, because our GPS already 150 meters in front of the hotel had met the target, the entrance is very plain, and there is no sign on the exterior gives, on the hotel out. One must just after a high-timbered façade search on the corner on the left side (one way). Chez Swann has no parking, but an agreement with a discount of 3.50 CAD (Rabattkärtchen you get at the front desk) with the parking garage to the same street 150 until two hundred meters in front of the hotel. The parking garage was still expensive and was about 22 CAD inclusive tax despite discount, but it was still cheaper than the rest, because parking is in Montreal evil expensive.
- Location
The location is great everything on foot to explore, the hotel lies in the middle and you need not public transport. All sights are to reach on foot, the mall is just round the corner, in a couple of minutes one is on the main station, to the University, the parc de Mont-royal and the place des Arts and the old town there are about 15 minutes to walk.
